I pulled in a spot upon arrival and before I could get out of my car, someone walked up to see what service I needed. Upon requesting an inspection he took my keys and insurance and pointed me to sit inside. There were already 4 people inside so I sat at their little table. The unorthodox part was no one checked me in, asked for my name, or any other info. 15-20 min later, a lady walks in, points at me, and says my car is ready. So I walked up and paid and then one of the mechanics handed me my keys, insurance card, and pass/fail paper and that was it. The unexpected part was no one tried to upsell me on unnecessary fixes. How refreshing! I wanted a state inspection and that's all I got. Love it! They processed those state inspections very efficiently and everyone was in and out in short order. Some kind of organized chaos but it worked. I've never had such a quick inspection and not having to deal with an upsell was such a relief. The waiting area is clean but small. Four chairs, a table with 3 more chairs and a couple of stools that can maybe be used.

Even though I told them I've the jump cable and they just need to bring the battery Ofcourse I was ready to pay , but most of them said no . This kind gentleman was 0.2 miles away ( 7 min ) walk came all the way to give my car a jump start . It was really hot , we all know Texas heat 106 degrees . Carlos ordered the actuator from Toyota, and he was able to replace the actuator the very next day. He also took me to my work about two miles away from his shop while he waited for the part to get delivered. I came across this shop as I was driving in the area and decided to stop by to see if they were open so I parked on their driveway to look up their website and hours of operation. Seconds later I hear a truck honking behind me. I didn't think the honking was for me but apparently it was because the truck drove really fast into the shop nearly hitting the side of my car. When the person got out of the car he had this angry stare at me. I rolled down my window and asked him politely if he was the owner of the shop and he said yes. I said, "that was very rude and I guess won't be coming here". He then said I don't give a fuck. If you have any kind of business sense, you don't do that to a potential customer. So much for good business practice with this guy. It's a shame. I would give it 0 stars but yelp only allows at least 1 star.

They gave me an estimate without looking up my VIN or even raising my car to see what the damage is under. Not only that, but when provided with my estimate it was given to me on a small note only showing the total of the repair. It wasn't until I had to ask, did I receive a breakdown of each price that I was being charged with. To add the cherry on top, when I asked to break my car repair process into parts because of the outrageous number they gave me they said no! That I would have to pay it in full because the owner did not like to do business like that. As if he was the one who just got into the accident! Because he needed to feel more comfortable! That only led me to do further research & realized I was being charged excessive items just for their own financial gain! I do not recommend coming here at all. There is another body shop I passed right down the street before I got to this one, I should have went there!
