I am from out of state, found a nail in my tire and went to Discount Tires to fix. Told not fixabledue the holebeing too close to the side. Ordered a new tire. Not in stock. Waited 2 days to be delivered from Tucson. Got a text 2 days later, tire is in. Asked for an appointment. All booked up. Said it was COVID. DROPPED vehicle off. Ready 2 hours later. Paid the bill full with cash, while wife paid for the tires inside, I inspected the new tire outside. Right size but wrong tire. Different from the other 3 on the SUV. I had requested matching tires on purchase day from Titus. He ordered righttire but shop mounted an inferior tire instead of the tire I had bought. I questioned the tire and found it it was a cheaper Michlin tires that I paid for. It was very faded as left in the sun too long and much wider low profile type of product compared to the other tires. I asked for the manager Cody. Told he was too busy eating lunch. A young man by the name of Timothy took charge, and replaced the tire with the right tire immediately without any questions. Awesome worker working with lazy supervisors. Wrong guy in charge. The shop obeying the Covid protocol but failed in customer service. Selling and installing me a cheaper tire that I have paid premium price for is wrong and fraudulent practice. Wife wouldn't have noticed the switch. I did while still at the shop. This is very disappointing and frustrating. It cost me time and money to be stranded in Mesa, AZ and be treated with neglect of my travel needs. Damage to the trust factor for management to be so negligently in the role of making sure that the customer is provided with good service. Fire Cody and hire Timothy as the manager. These bozos broke 3 of my wheel caps, Titus confidently blamed it on a bad weld on the retaining ring - it was not a welded part. They lost the clips.. did and would not do anything about it. Now I am stuck having to buy parts they broke! Thanks fellas! read more

Stopped to get a tire leak looked at. The company took two tires off and repaired the leaks, replaced the sensors and balanced the tires. When I went to pay, they said "no charge". The service is free, just come back when you are going to buy tires. Now I must say.....I certainly will be buying my next set of tires at this location. read more

I love getting my tires at discount tires because they are always so helpful and friendly. Tyler Foisy has been amazing and his customer service is great!! The first time I went to him was at a discount tire a couple miles away from my house. I went to him for a long time and then he got moved to another location. Now he's kind of far from my house and I still drive all the way over there because I trust him and I don't want to go to anyone else. We are in from out of town and our tire got slashed at the hotel. Needed a replacement before driving back across the desert to CA. This location got me in and out in an hour or so on a busy Saturday. Here was the best part though, I sat and waited for the car to be done and every employee was running...not leisurely moving from one car to the next, but running... Fast service. Got my tire replaced with warranty. Love their warranty program. So worth the money. $16 and got my whole tire replaced because the nail was too close to the edge of the tire. The only complaint I have which really isn't a complaint at all is that they told me to expect my car done at 7:15 and it got done 2 hours before that. Crazy how fast it was. I just wish they gave better time estimates haha. Overall happy with the service though and will continue going there. read more

Never a disappointment for me at Discount Tire. The prices are great and national network if something goes wrong is unbeatable. I usually go in knowing what I want after doing some research on the tires and prices and they are always happy to get it done at the best price without any negative vibes. This time around I saved about $200 after all the discounts and negotiations on a set of wheels and tires! Some tires have a lot more wiggle room on price than others. Out the door with 4 wheels and 4 Cooper tires load range "E" plus they re-mounted my best old tire as a spare. Total price was just over $1100. They had not even started working yet on my vehicle. When I asked why, I was told a few other appointments came in. Explanation I received was sorry we put the wrong car in the bay. My vehicle wouldn't have been serviced if I didn't notice. Safety hazard potential and all you get is a excuse and they walk away. I brought my 2008 F150 in for two new rear tires and they screwed up my tire pressure monitoring system. When I asked them to fix the problem they told me it's not their fault. The gentleman that fix my tires told me that they broke my tire pressure sensor but put a new one in. Apparently that's not the case because it still doesn't work. I took the time out of my schedule to bring my truck back in to get fixed and they would not fix it. When I called to speak to a manager, I was told that when they run the check on the systems they sometimes drain the battery. I asked if he drain the battery why didn't he fix it and he said that it's old and not their fault. That is BS! If you don't want to get ripped off I would recommend not shopping at discount tire. Unfortunately today I was that customer and came in (on a Friday afternoon) with a flat tire. The staff was extremely helpful and patient even though they had a full shop. I really appreciate Michael at the front who came right out and checked ALL my tires (not just my flat one) and made sure to get it in and out as soon as possible. Awesome location. Every time I come here i am in and out in less than an hour even if it's busy. Always fast but also efficient. The dude Joshua went above and beyond to help me out. He noticed I wasn't having a good day, how could I with a flat tire. I was looking for a used tire for my Mazda 3 if possible but i guess my tire was beyond repair which was fine. He waved some fees that were included with the purchase to get the price down for me probably cause I wasn't having s good day, I'm not sure if they do this for everyone but it was good enough for me and it lifted my mood a little. There's no better place for service when you go to discount tire. I've used this location for four years and have been treated like a king every time. The service is great and the products are top notch and if you buy the tire warranty you don't get hassled when you have to use it. If every business was good as this the world would be a much better place. So I'm updating this review Just so you guys know: Discount Tire told me the wear pattern on my vehicle tires was unusual and that I needed to get the alignment checked. I asked them where I should go and they gave me a card that referred me to Network Automotive at 3007 Main St. I went there 14 months ago and I am still paying for it today with a vehicle that continues to destroy the new tires I bought from Discount Tire as well as the new parts that were installed by network auto. On top of that I still don't know where to go to finally get it all fixed. I must warn you about network automotive so that you can make your own decision about whether to go there or not. Please see my review on them and the other shops in the valley that are involved with my vehicle nightmare before you decide where to take your car for service. read more

Was getting all new tires. They quoted me about 45 minutes. It was all done in about 25. Always schedule an appointment on their website. There was one old lady causing issues that didn't have an appointment and it was taking too long for her so she tied up every person at the shop. They were bending over backwards to help her and it wasn't their fault but it did back everything up for every other customer since she was dominating every employees time. read more

I have been to Discount Tire a few more times than I have actually checked in for in the last few weeks, and every time I consider writing my review, my number of stars change with each experience. I decided to wait until my actual tire purchase and with all experiences combined, I guess I will settle for four stars. My tires were looking a little low, and after struggling with the air machine at a local gas station I decided to try to get my tires filled at Discount Tire. A girlfriend told me that it was great, just just pull up into a line, leave your car running, they bring you water, and you're out of there. She must have gone by a different location. I went by 5 times (all different days) and there were people parked in the "air check" lanes, or there were tires piled up where it looked like they waved people in. One time I got out of my car to go in and ask because I was confused but it was so busy that I just left. A couple days later I came by to get my tires inspected. Rich was super nice, gave me some prices and filled my tires since I couldn't afford to have them replaced right then. The next week I called to set up an appointment to buy one tire (even though I needed two). The guy that answered the phone was nice enough. Appointment day came. I knew what I wanted and wasn't going to budge. The guy changing my tire brought my other one in that needs to be replaced and tried talking me into doing it right then. I got a little annoyed because he wasn't taking no for an answer and I thought for a second that they might not let me leave. Another Assistant Manager stepped in and took care of everything. I left happy. So, in a nutshell: Confusing "air check". Good tire purchase experience with fast turn around. Nice staff but service is inconsistent the majority genuinely want to provide a good customer experience and want to help. read more

Will never do business with discount tire again. Bought new tires from them and at 15k miles started having issues. Had to go to this place 9 times for balancing issues. 7th time they realize, the tire sensor was loose in my tire, they kept the tire overnight for it to cure and bond back to the tire, that didn't work after a few days, took it back they said they fixed it and its possible mechanical, took it to my mechanic, the car was fine. still had crazy vibration in my wheel at 65 miles and higher. We Decided forget the warranty and took it to an establishment that wasn't discount, and found that discount DUCK TAPED the sensor to the tire!!! Really!! Tape!!!! Not a clamp like we just purchased to fix the issue. Guess you should expect this from a place that runs like its a fast food drive thru though!! Never again!!! read more
