My family has been huge fans of Discount Tire for many, many years. My dad has gone to them since I can remember growing up as a child and they have my business for life. Each discount is extremely accommodating and friendly. Their prices are hard to beat and they take the extra step in making sure their customers are satisfied before walking out the door. The salesperson who helped us (I believe it was Mike - dark spiked hair) was truly awesome and gave us another great experience. They replaced our donut spare tire with the better of the older tires and sold us a nice low-price wheel (less than $20) so it would fit the old tire. We were in and out in under an hour and overall it was another memorable visit. read more

I have been going to this location for over 10 years never a problem until about 3 months ago I dropped my car off for a tire rotation and a balince. When I picked it up the drivers side door would not open all the way. I went inside and talked to the guys. Someone came out to my car and saw the door would not open. From that point on they said it was not their fault and was like that when it came in. ( it was not) after 3 months of dealing with their ppl I got a email today saying they will not fix it due to my car having already having some damage. Yes it has a dent on the back bumper not the drivers door. Will never use them again since the free tire rotation is now causing me to pay $1000 out of pocket to fix their mistake. read more

I had my wife take our 4Runner to this Discount Tire because we had a tire going low. I had filled it up on Thursday morning and it was low enough to trigger the TPMS light by Friday morning. There was clearly something wrong with the tire. She takes the truck to this Discount Tire this morning and they blow her off and tell her nothing is wrong with the tire, fill it up, and send her on her way, completely disregarding what she had told them. I knew this was wrong because tires don't lose 10 lbs of air in less than 24 hours so I had her take it to a different DT this afternoon and they found the nail in the tire in 10 seconds. The other DT was concerned the first one missed this. Everyone makes mistakes and I get that, but this was so obvious and blatant that I doubt they even checked the tire we indicated that had an obvious problem. I like Discount Tire, I've always had great service with Discount Tire and I will continue to go to Discount Tire. But I will not visit this location again. I tried to address this directly with the manager after the fact, instead of leaving this review, but apparently they don't answer the phone either. read more

I have been a customer at this location for over 20 years. in the last year service has gone down hill. There is a shortage of counter people and their priorities seem to be the people on the phone, rather than those in the store right in front of them. Further, the manager is not exactly a people person. He is short and curt with his answers. The manager is also the biggest offender with ignoring customers when he is on the phone. The more I go to Discount Tire, the more I love them. recently had 4 tires put on my wife's car, a few days later we noticed that the center cap to one of her tires was missing. My wife went down to discount tire (I'm thinking it's a futile trip... what are they going to do) and she lets them know it had gone missing, and ask if they had found it in their shop. The gentleman helping my wife checked around, and said they didn't have it (I was SOOOO shocked) but the gentleman said he would call the dealership and have them send one over right away and that Discount Tire should have it by then end of the day. So my wife went home with our 2 month old son to wait for a call. That afternoon, she received a call (which went to message) from Discount Tire that the part was in, then he said: "I noticed that you had your son with you, so when you get here just call us from the parking lot on your cell phone and we will come out, put the cap on, and you will be good to go. That way you don't have to hassle with getting your son out of the car and into the shop" I was SHOCKED!? No charge, no hassle, and AMAZING customer service! Seriously you never hear of this kind of customer service anymore... so i had to share this. Taking care of my wife like that... you bet you got all my tire business! read more

Discount has been my "go to" tire shop for a few years now. I've lived a few places around the country and have experienced a few different locations, this one by far sets the standard! It's an extremely busy location and they're up front about that. If you don't have an appointment they immediately let you know if it's a long wait and that you'll be better off making an appointment for another time. If you have an appointment that wait goes right out the window! No pressure sales, they do their job and inform you when you're getting close or maybe even past the point of needing new tires but leave it at that! But, know that if you have the tire warranty it ends when the tires get to a certain tread depth. They'll make sure you're aware of that as well! As long as I'm in this area, this will be my shop! read more

Went in to get tire replaced. Of course got up sold to get all new tires. Good value on 4 of them so that's fine. That's was at 1:30pm. Was told my car would be done by 4:15 pm. Got call at 4:45 that they need another hour or so. If you're like me and keep people to their word, halve your own schedule to keep to and enjoy quality service I'd consider a different option. read more

This place. Jaw-dropping, excellent service. Wow. I came in for a tire rotation and upon arrival, I had been notified that my situation was much worse (I don't know much about cars). This being the weekend before my wedding and realizing I needed a new wheel and that my car was VERY unsafe to drive, I was very upset and low on funds. The manager, (I'm kicking myself for not knowing his name) treated me like family. He pulled me aside and told me that he was worried about my car so, due to the safety hazard, and he wanted to make sure that I was taken care of. He told me he would take my car to Brakes Plus for me and that he would take the $40 for the rotation (that I had already paid) for the new wheel I needed. (Usually $65). He ON TOP OF THAT, gave me his discount for the brakes place, with saved me a lot of money. THEN he rotated my tires for free. PHENOMENAL. I would give ten stars if I could. Bravo, Discount Tire. STAY AWAY! This place is garbage. Came in for a tire rotation and they slashed up my wheel well so it would rub up against my tire so I would have to return for a new one. What can you say about this, hmm it's a tire store. They are pushy here, they will do anything to get the sale, just like any other tire store. They say they will beat any price, or at least match the price. They have a 30 day money match guarantee, if you find it lower they will reimburse you the difference. I have never taken advantage of this claim, but I could imagine it would be difficult to get the reimbursement based off their persistent encouragement to buy their tires. read more

I went here yesterday after work and received wonderful service. Thank you for your tire replacement warranty. I had damaged two tires hitting a curb. They told me what I did to the tires and they were replaced. I only had to pay for the warranty on the new tires. Buying their tire warranty is the best investment. I did have one instance where my tire was beyond repair and not only did they offer me a credit for the old tire, they match a competitors price for a new tire that was similar and I ended up with a new tire for only 20 dollars! Found a screw in my tire today, so I called Discount as soon as I saw it. Their appointments were filled up for the afternoon, but were still taking walk-ins. I'm not sure it was less crowded due to it being a holiday weekend, or I just happened to hit a good window of opportunity - but I was there and done in under an hour. It was fantastic - and the guys over there were so nice. We called Mike Byrne, Senior Asst Manager, at Discount Tire here and he made great tire recommendations and provided me with 'out the door' pricing. We drove 2 1/2 hours to have tires replaced on two vehicles, prices came out to the penny, appointments set for 11 and 11:30 am. Almost like clockwork, vehicle #1 rolled in for tire work. The second will roll in momentarily. Very professional and courteous. I witnessed a gentleman walk in and was greeted and attended to in less than 15 SECONDS from walking in. The store in my town ignored my mere existence for over 30 minutes on TWO separate occasions ... never going there again!!! read more

I went in and asked how long it would be to put a tire on my car, they said about an hour. So I left and went to get something to eat came back an hour later and he said Oh I thought I said an hour and 20 minutes so I said okay I waited 30 more minutes and my car sat there. Finally I said I've been waiting an hour and a half you originally said an hour I've got to go. One of the mechanics came up to me and said hey give me about 15 or 20 more minutes and I said no I don't have time I need my car and a refund. The gentleman that was giving me a refund asked me what they could do and I said you can't give me my hour and a half back of my life. So when they say it's an hour figure three hours. They were able to produce quick results when it came to replacing my destroyed tire. However, their staff may have been reckless as there are cosmetic blemishes on the wheel replaced. Needless to say both the wheel and tires aren't cheap, perhaps more diligence could've been enforced when replacing the tire. Dropped my car off this morning to have a nail removed from the tire. Great service! Went back this afternoon for pick-up and had disappointing service. Next in line, at the window 15 minutes and was not even acknowledged by Kevin as he sold a tire to a customer on the phone. I appreciate making a sale but, please, say "hi, I'll be with you in a minute". Nothing. He gave me the keys and said sorry. I went out to get my car and it was nowhere to be found.
