I've been using this location for years and this will be the last time. When I 1st came in I had to wait for the guy to finish his paperwork, then make a phone call. Just needed my tires rotated and they've taken 2 others in front of me. It seems if you're not buying something you're made to wait longer. Have been here all most an hour and am still waiting. Next tire rotation will be at a different location and if the same thing happens I'll go elsewhere. Sign should say "Discount Service". Total waste of time. Discount Tire will always be one of my favorite places to bring my business. Every single time I go in they are fast, friendly and professional. I always take advantage of the free tire pressure check and even in rain, heat or winter cold they always do the best job for me. I will buy my tires and rims from these guys every time. Today I took my vehicle in for a tire rotation with no appointment and they had me in and out within 15 minutes. The best part was they didn't even charge me for the rotation and I hadn't bought my tires from them yet for my newest vehicle. I did know someone there so wasn't sure if they do that for everyone. I would have paid for it though and I offered. Free is great but I hate being a cheapskate too so it was much appreciated. You can bet I'll be back to buy tires from them when I'm due. read more

Was asked to take a seat by a management looking guy, so I did. He never came back while I watched 3 other people come in and speak to another management type guy and get thier appointmentments. I should have been first in line, as I was asked to sit and wait, but after 20 minutes of waiting I realized others were getting in front of me and management guy who asked me to sit was nowhere to be found and other manager guy had taken 3 or 4 orderes to be done before mine. I hopped in my car and drove to big o tires and they sold me 4 new tires and had them on the car in the time I waited on gett ing waited on at discount. read more

Went to this location a month ago because a light saying my tire pressure was wrong stayed on even though the tire pressure was fine. Went to another discount today they found a nail in my tire, fixed the tire and the light is now off. They quoted me $240 for sensors because they were "bad" and the other discount fixed it for free. Don't trust these guys go to the discount on power and mckellips they are great! read more

I would not recommend taking your vehicle here. My car started to have a noticeable wobble so I took it here to get tires rebalanced and rotated. The issue with the wobble persisted and I was advised to get the alignment inspected. When I got the alignment done somewhere else they pointed out one of my tires had separated and there was a very noticeable bubble in the center of the tire, there was almost no tread left on the tire in that particular area. Pure incompetence is the only explanation for how this was not noticed when they balanced and rotated the tires. Unfortunately my ordeal was not done, when I took my car back to get the tire replaced through warranty they put the brand new tire on the drive axel. Took my car somewhere else to swap the tire off of the drive axel. Even though this location is within walking distance from my house I will not be returning and will no longer be using discount once the warranty lapses. read more

Very pleased with the excellent service I received from Manager Richard Myers and the Discount Tire crew. I visited store around 1pm. It wasn't jammed pack at the time so they could fit me in their schedule right away. After getting information about my vehicle and what kind of tires I wanted, I was on my way after 45 minutes. I do believe it helped that I talked to Rich about their schedule before I came into the shop to avoid a longer wait. read more

This is my husbands new favorite place to take our small rv. The manager, Jesse Jazwinski, was pleasant to deal with. He was nice enough to bring the service guys out to the parking lot to point out where the propane tank was so they would be aware of it when they rotated the tires and added valve stems to the rear tires. Ive been going here for ten years, just recently a few days ago, The 202 where I live is under massive construction we have been running over nails the last 6 months from all the construction. Again my wife and I but this time we ran over a couple of huge bolts in the freeway and caused us both in two different cars getting a flat tire on the way home from my sons track meet. At the time we were using the spare tires I just put on. I work on cars on my free time also I am well knowledgeable about plugging and installing tires done it many times. I could plug these tires at home but the bolt was too big and left a huge hole in the tire. NOTE: I used these tires ONCE and went 30 miles in them that's it. I called Discount tires spoke to an Eric there, he said these tires are worn. I said you can still see the paint and rubber stems still on the side from being BRAND NEW. Then He stated they are worn and I didn't no what I was doing. I kept my cool and said even with the warranty I still have to pay 40.00 for the tires. This place nickel and dimes you to death. BRAND NEW TIRES with a extended warranty and they still charge me with the extended warranty. I got them fixed but told them after this I am not coming back. In fact My son just got tires from COSTCO and was treated better, got a better price and better tire. Also Costco is open Sundays to do tires which Discount isn't. Been going here for about 15 years. Unfortunately, today, I learned that the reason Discount offers free tire repair is so they can tell you that your tires are unsafe, and that you'd better buy new ones. Case in point - I brought in a large truck tire with a bolt in it. He said that they can fix it, but he'd better verify the D tire rating meets the weight requirements. It met the weight requirement, but he said that it needed to be a 10 ply, and it was only an 8. He admitted that an 8 ply used to be the standard, but now they've decided that 10 ply is the requirement. What's the purpose of the D rating anyway? So he wouldn't fix it. I'm sure they'll rebut saying they're only looking out for my safety, which is a nice excuse to sell more tires. If it used to be safe, why isn't it safe now? As I thought about the past 15 years, I realized I've been duped into buying new tires that were likely ok in the end. I'm sure people who have money to burn say they're great. If so, knock yourself out. It not, I suggest elsewhere. I took it to Gunnell's, and they fixed it right on the spot, Good bye Discount Tire, I've got somewhere else to go now. read more

I am not sure why I actually went to Discount that day, but I am sorry I did. They just wasted my time and, of course, tried to sell me something I didn't need. I called to see how much a flat repair and tire rotation would be, and was told they would do them for free even though I didn't buy the tires there (tires were OEM on relatively new vehicle). I set an appointment on line, and went in. When I got there, I was told by Rich that it would be $40. Not that I mind paying for services, but I was told on the phone that it would be free. He relented and told me to come back in 45-60 minutes and they would have it done for free. I came back in 75 minutes, and was told by Rich and Shawn(?) (manager?) that I had a staple in the tire and they could not fix it and I would need a new tire. The reason being was I had a staple in my tire and they could not use the plug-patches since the holes were too close together. While I understand that would be true, apparently these guys missed the fact that a single plug-patch is not the only way to patch a flat tire and that their are consumers that know this. Of course, they tried to sell me a special order tire to match the OEM tires when I could have gone back to the dealer for a prorated replacement. Of course, another fact that they didn't see fit to tell me about. I graciously thanked them for looking at it and went to leave. Then when get to the car, I discovered that they only rotated 2 of the tires! Hillarious! When I mentioned that to the manager (Shawn?), he shrugged it off and didn't even offer to finish the job. Amazing service, NOT! It's too bad people resort to these tactics to sell things. I took the car to a local service center that I had been going to for years for these type of things. Not only were they very accommodating, but fixed the flat and rotated the other two tires in 30 minutes for $15. They were also amazed that Discount Tire refused to fix the tire. read more

Took my wife's tracker in for new tires and was in and out in 30 minutes. They could have sold me a more expensive tire but said I didn't need it for the type of driving we do on this vehicle.
