I bought my car in for having a nail in my tire and a tire rotation at Bell road and 4 th avenue. They had my car for 2.5 hours and called me and told me my car was ready. I pre marked my front tires with a 1 and 2 because this location didn't rotate my tire on a previous occasion. I go to pick my car up and they did not rotate my tires again. And to top it off they didn't even fix the tire that had the nail in it all they did was put air in it and told me it was ready. I got home and found the nail still in my tire. Cheaters! You should mark your tires if you're ever going to take your car into discount tire for a tire rotation. They think they can get away with not doing it because it's a no charge. Every employee there whether they are busy or not they will speak and let you know someone will be with you. They also offer you something to drink while you wait. To be honest I didn't have to wait long and I got new tires put on. Thanks for the great work guys. read more

The customer service here is awesome. You couldn't ask for nicer, more courteous employees. They are very prompt with their follow up calls and service. They had to order some inner tubes for my small tires (yes, they even service dollys!) and called to let me know of a delay, and again when they were ready. Great price, great service. Honest, good group of people. They don't try to sell you tires every time you come in. They have fixed my tires twice, rotated twice and have not charged me. Chad was very helpful and pleasant. Love the free air and love a rep from Discount tire actually does it for you! Give him a buck, it's worth it. Good tires are pricey but in my research they were the lowest and have very good warranties, even if you only need 2 tires, if the other 2 are above a certain depth you can include them in the new tire warranty so all 4 are covered. Staff is friendly and take the time to explain. I do like this tire store, it's in my top 2. read more

After having the worst experience imaginable at another location, I took my car, problems and frustrations to Pat at the 4th St and Bell location. Not only did Pat order me a new tire due to a defective one, but he had my rims re coated after the other location decided to use a screw driver on them! The only reason I'm giving less than a 5 Star review is because of the hassle of the entire ordeal. Pat is a great guy and takes pride in the way he treats his employees and customers! read more

Discount Tire has always been a loyal business in my book. All of their stores are very clean for servicing vehicles. Employees are all friendly and genuinely enjoy their job. I have gone several times for leaky tires, and it ends up that there were nails in the tires. Both times I was out within 30 minutes without a charge. We have been Discount customers for years and have been happy with the tires and services most of the time. Occasionally we have left feeling that they were pushing tires when there was still tread left. I had tire damage (that I caused) on one rear tire and, after looking at it and looking up when I bought it, realized I had over 50K on that pair. I headed to Discount, was met by Joe, and, after looking at my tires he noticed some splits in the sides of the newest ones right below the tread line. He didn't think that was normal and, to make a long story short, replaced them under warranty. I drove off with (4) new tires; the two I bought and the two he warrantied. My insurance didn't cover road side assistance and I had a flat tire at my house in the driveway. We lived right behind this location and I called to see if they could replace the flat so I could drive it over to them to get it replaced... and they did! Meh. Came here for a tire patch due to running over a screw. Tire guy couldn't find the key to my rims. I ended up taking my car to the dealership and the key to the rims was in the glovebox the entire time. Annoying. read more

I came in during lunch to have a leak fixed but there was a big bold in the sidewall which meant the tire was done. I knew needed tires anyway but was short on time. They moved me ahead and replaced all four tires on my Subaru super quick so I didn't have to drive with unsafe tires. Super awesome service. If you want a fast and honest tire place, Discount Tire is the place. All the guys at the front are great but Josh is awesome. Easy to work with, helpful in getting the right tires and not pushy to sell you the most expensive ones. I had found the tires I wanted online but when I went in to the store they were not available. Instead of selling me more expensive tires without a rebate, Josh looked for the tires at all the stores in the country and got them shipped to the store within 6 days. Awesome service! read more

I have a 2015 Honda Civic, and I got a nail in my tire. Took it to bell honda, they told me they cannot patch it and I would need to buy a new tire. Quoted me $159. I told them I am going to discount tire to see their prices. I had asked about a certificate for the tire and he said that was included in the $159. Lies. when I went to discount tire, Patrick was so welcoming and friendly and HONEST! He checked out my tire and they were able to patch it, FOR FREE! Considering I am a young female, they could have very easily told me I needed a new tire, but they didn't. They offered me the certificate for my tires and I bought it without a question. Steven and Manny helped me as well, and they all were just amazing! I recommend them 1000%! Great guys. Took very good care of me, I will go to them from now on! read more

I went to get my tire patched and the manager told me I needed new lug nuts. REALLY!! The only ways you can wreck a lug nut is by using the wrong tool to take the lug nut off. Nobody has ever touched the lug nuts on that tire except for Discount Tire and now they want to charge me for their mistake?!! This is unethical!! read more

Wonderful establishment. I'd been burned by discount years ago and swore I'd not go back until about 8 months ago when I was in a pinch and they could get me fixed up quickly. Very impressed with the service and have been back a couple times since and each visit I have been very impressed. Most recently needed a patch in my tire filled. Online scheduling was super easy and convenient. Walked in and greeted very welcomely. I was kind of weary on just getting a tired repaired for safety concerns and they answered all of my questions and in a manner that I felt very at ease letting them just do the repair. Sat there for what couldn't have even been a half hour and the technician drove my car up front and handed me a receipt and said I was good. No need for payment. Not sure if I was just lucky this Monday morning or if this is a service that they perform for no charge at all times but I was NOT about to argue with that... I will continue to be a customer of this exact location and firmly believe that every surrounding location should be trained by the staff at this spot. Thanks again y'all! read more

I came to this Discount Tire due to a flat tire that had happened overnight. I was in and out with a patched tire for free in about 30 minutes. Josh helped me, and he was so friendly, nice, and respectful. Another employee also came to let me know how much longer my wait would be. All of the employees that I interacted with were so polite and respectful; not just to me, but to other customers that I saw also. There have been very few times in my life where I have received such exceptional service, but this was one of those times! My tire blew while on the free way and and I was only able to drive it just enough to get it to a gas station. Luckily my mom was able to pick me up and take me to the nearest Discount Tire so I could purchase a new tire, as I didn't think that I had a spare. Not only did the assistant manager Richard Alvarez provide amazing customer service, but he also offered to follow us to where my car was parked, take off my tire, and replace it with the new one. Upon getting to my car, we realized that I did in fact have a spare tire that was under the trunk. So he put my spare on for me and then followed me back to Discount. I think I speak for not all, but some women out there, when I say that changing tires/car problems in general are not exactly "my area of expertise." It's people like Richard, and great service like this, that will always keep me coming back to Discount Tire for anything I need! read more
