I get all my tires here! The service is always excellent and the wait times are not long, especially if you come in early. They are always courteous and professional and have always a pleasure to deal with. I am on my second set of Michelin's from them on my car. They are great tires, and last set lasted 60,000 miles. I do have them check the air pressure regularly, and rotate and balance the tires every 5000 miles. It's part of the warranty contract, I would recommend this to everyone. Have put tires on my wife's car as well. And they even have rotated the tires on my pickup truck that I bought and the tires are not from them. They did this free of charge!! The front line staff are outstanding, good products and prices. The only gripe I have is that they don't seem to be capable of balancing the wheels. I took my pickup in for routine tire rotation and balancing and got back a bouncing Betty. Severely out of balance. Took it back a second time and they made it slightly better but no where near the smooth riding and driving truck that it was. Called in days ahead and scheduled an appointment then called in 2 hours ahead of scheduled appointment to make sure they were on time, they said they were spot on. I arrived 5 min early and waited 20 minutes for someone to get my paperwork started, in the middle of getting my information the salesman took a call to give someone a quote, when he was finished 5 min later he continued helping me. 1 hour after paperwork was finished my truck was still parked in the same spot. Most of the salesman helping others stated they were severely behind schedule, they finally started on my tires 1hr and 30 min AFTER my scheduled appointment. After all was said and done it took Discount Tire 2 hours and 10 min for them to install tires on my vehicle. Imagine if you buy tires from Discount Tire how long you would wait for balance and rotation to keep your warranty up to date or if you actually had an emergency and needed service. An employee named Ace Cruz hooked me up beyond belief. I ran over a screw in my AWD vehicle so I needed 4 new tires ASAP and only had $400. I was set up to get some lower end tires for $398 without warranty. Well, Ace bought my 3 other good tires, gave me a free warranty, and upgraded me to a mid-level tire all under $400. He said he'd hate to see me hit another screw without a warranty! What a guy! I ordered a set of tires online through their website which was easy to navigate and I was able to set up an appointment for mounting during the checkout process. The next day I was called by a store associate to confirm my order and the appointment time. As the appointment came closer I received another phone call to confirm that the appointment time and date still worked for me as well as notifying me that my tires were shipped to the store. All the phone calls were very professional. When I arrived to my appointment I was greeted curbside by Jose who was very nice and professional and knew exactly which tires I was there for just by me telling him my appointment time. I was able to watch the entire mounting and balancing process through the waiting room windows and the crew working seemed very efficient and knowledgeable in their work. I ordered tires on sat. Then dropped off my truck on a Wednesday at 8am. Find out tires wont fit my rims. Then told the wheels will be done by 430. I show up at 4, then the tires dont show up until 550. They rush and put them on. The person tells me on my way to get in my truck the sensors they installed will take a few days to register. 5 days late I bring them in and they trys to tell me there in for sure. Then he goes out and tells me they didnt put the sensors in. Now here I wait yet again. I will never recommend or go here again. By far worst customer service ever. We just had the most AMAZING service at discount tires!!! I usually don't write a review unless the service is really really bad or really really good. BUT, I usually read reviews before I go somewhere. On Monday I ordered tires for our travel trailer and was told 3-5 days for them to be there. I said we go on vacation on the following Monday. On Friday I hadn't heard from them so I called to check up. Jon had no idea why they weren't there yet and the new ETA was tues. Which was a no go. So he upgraded the tires to what they had in stock. We took the trailer in on Saturday and were helped out by Ace. I have to give a total shout out to him and the ENTIRE crew working today. Not only did we get upgraded tires but evidently the old ones were over 10 yrs old (which we didn't know) and they switched out our spare tire for a new one too. I'll admit this was my first time buying tires not from Les Schwab in years. Why did I wait so long???? I called in to get a price for tires for my truck. The price was very reasonable (about $400 cheaper then Les Schwab for the same exact tire) unfortunately I couldn't make it in then and they didn't have any appointments for three days. However the guy told me they open at 800am and if I was there when they open then they could fit me in. So this morning at 800am I was there when they opened the door. My truck was out front and ready for me to leave at 842am. 42 minutes to take off my old tires and mount and balance 4 tires! I'm super impressed with the speed and how well they did the job. Amazing service! The attendant came out to my car the second I pulled in wearing a mask. They let me drive it in and out of the service bay myself which was nice. Very quick service - in and out in a half-hour (they told me over an hour). The prices were $200 less than the competitors right down the street for the same exact tires. I had some new tires mounted on my Mustang rims and had a bad experience with Les Schwab scarring my wheels putting new tires on my Mini Cooper. A friend told me that Discount Tire has done quite a few tire changes on his custom wheels, so I decided to go down and talk with them. I talked with Jon and he assured me that wouldn't happen. They were busy and it was Friday afternoon, Jon told me if I left them he promised me they wouldn't leave until they were done. A man of his word, I received a text at 5:00 saying they were done. I bought my last three complete set of tires (for 3 different cars) from this place. They've been fair in pricing and availability. I've never had any other needs besides getting the tires from them and so my experience with them had been ok. However, my recent set of tires had one bad tire...the walls were giving out with bumps on it. It still looks brand new, tread wise, and under warrantee. When I brought it in, I was charged a prorated amount for the tire and dismounting/mounting and balancing. Ok, I can understand the prorating part but the mounting and balancing is what I don't agree with. Why would I have to pay mounting and balancing on a tire that's under warrantee? If the tire is good, I'd NOT need to have a new one and mounting and balancing. The manager told me that everybody charges for the mounting and balancing, including Les Schwab and all these other places. I took it that he's being honest, but then call to check with Les Schwab and they do not charge for mounting and balancing for a tire that's under warrantee. BE WARNED.....you will be pinched for every penny you have when you need tire service even when it's under warrantee. If you need service beyond the initial purchase, even under warrantee, think twice about America's Tire Store. read more

When I bought a new set of Falken tires for my BMW, I assumed the reason I got such a low price on them was because follow up service was going to be lacking. I was wrong. A year later a nail went through my sidewall and the tire could not be repaired; I called in to check on a price for a replacement tire. The guy on the phone said, "You bought the warranty; we don't need to see the tire. I will order one right away and call you when it gets in." He did. Total cost? $18.00 for the warranty on the new tire. I am now a Discount Tire loyal customer. These guys are great. I just sent a coworker in for new tires on her car.
