I made an appointment for new tires.. that didn't seem to help..I still waited in a line that day... and it was a very busy day.. high traffic... I was not happy that they measured my brakes and told me they were worn down to what would amount to half life... which the were new pads on all 4 tires...I since to my vehicle back to where the brakes were done and they measured them reassuring me that my brakes are fine.. bottom line...I think the Les Schwab staff eyeballed my brake pads and just threw out a number read more

Purchased tires here, rear mounted first, fronts came in later. After the new front tires were mounted they told my son he could not drive the car home until he had his front hubs replaced. He told them no, just put it back together and I will settle up and leave. They refused and called a tow truck. The tow truck driver put the front wheels back on, and then he, the tow truck driver brought. the car here to our home where he removed the wheels and we checked the hubs, the disk brakes, the drive line slack, everything and all was within spec. They were either incompetent or trying to run up the bill. The car is now being driven and needed nothing they recommended. Be safe, we will not be coming back to Les Schwab. Both my Son and I are trained mechanics, and I am also an engineer. read more

They readily helped with with a nail in my tire. They did the repair for free, nice customer service. Later I called for a quote on tires and the gentleman who helped me was notably friendly and helpful. I will definitely consider Les Schwab when I have a tire need. read more

Usually they patch my tires for me super fast but they took over an hour and a half as well as charging me over $280 for a new tire.

Last year they did a good job with the oil change. I thought I'd found a place I could count on. This time, the oil change took 2 hours, and they said there was an issue with my brakes. The pads were "practically metal on metal". They gave me a quote for $780 to change the brakes. This included... * Replacement of the rotors, which is crap for a new car having it's first brake replacement. The rotors are smooth. * Replacing the both calipers?!?! I've never had calipers fail on a car. When I asked about this, they said because they were dirty on the outside and replacing the pads might cause dirt to get into the brake fluid, which is total BS. A slow oil change I could shrug off, but trying to scam me? No, I spent $59 for new ceramic pads and it took me 30 minutes to do it and my inspection showing no issues what so ever. Hell, with 4mm of pad left that places it just within the range to consider replacement. read more

I needed some winter tires I was going up to the mountains over the weekend. I called other stores but no one had winter tires for my Tesla Model 3. Les Schwab did. I went in and the associate was very knowledgable and professional. I left the shop with my winter tires. The next day I realized that one of my tires was flat. I went back to the shop they let me know they had just forgot the tire honest mistake. I noticed that the rims on the left side of my car were sticking out a bit. I mentioned it to the staff and they mentioned that sometimes they use different weights these were the clip on type and that it was all fine. The next day I noticed my hubcap was missing. I wasn't sure where I had lost it so I took my car into Tesla so I could purchase a new hubcap. The service person who looked at my car said that the weights that had put on my car were unacceptable. Model 3's only use the sticky weights and that they should know better. He told me to go back to the tire center because they owed me a hubcap. I eventually was able to retrace my steps and find the hubcap. I took the car in and they took care of me immediately. They put the right weights on and I was out of the door in less than 10 minutes. I wanted to give Les Schwad a higher rating because I thought the welcome center was clean, the staff was very friendly, and they were pretty quick. Leaving with 3 out of 4 tires that still needed work and having to come back on multiple occasions was not acceptable. Also as an FYI they do not do alignments on Model 3's. read more

My tire pressure light kept coming on intermittently, and I had tried adding air to all tires at a filling station to no avail. I came here and they looked at it and told me I'd gotten a screw puncture in one of my tires, so if I waited an hour they would take care of it. I don't think it took a full hour, and when I asked what the charge was for patching the puncture they told me there was none. So then I went and found the tech that had done the work to give him a tip, and he wouldn't accept anything, he just said to write a good review. So that's what I'm doing, and I had a great experience at this les Schwab. Thanks! read more

WOW! Not only is it so nice and clean inside... popcorn, hot chocolate, coffee, and water available. Nice seating area with a big tv. The FRIENDLIEST staff, inviting and customer service professionals from the front desk to the guys doing the hard work. Needed a patch, literally took 20 minutes with 3 other cars in front of me AND it was free! Give this place your business, they deserve it! read more

Went back multiple times to address suspension noises after they replaced my struts/shocks. Were quick to sell me additional parts (tie tods, etc) to address the problem - which never did. Told me it was my steering and sent me to another shop. It wasn't. Found out they re-used parts with 195k miles on them, didn't inspect them at the time, and were to lazy to inspect them when the noises first started happening (on the day they were installed) and they failed. When they failed, they destroyed the new struts - which voided my life time warranty. The best part? Their response. "Sorry about that". Run away from this place. Completely incompetent. Spread the word on these guys. I am in every way possible, far and wide. I am awaiting the response to "come in to the shop and speak to the manager". I have done that - MULTIPLE times. Look where I ended up - paying another shop to fix your incompetence. Good news is that the other shop did a fantastic job. read more

Went in with a flat tire and no clue whether they could fix it or not before I had to get to work. Not only did they fix it and replace the spare, but they don't even charge for that service! Juan was super helpful, and I was only at the shop for 20 minutes tops. Will definitely be going back for future repair/tire needs! read more

5 stars all the way. I accidentally bought the wrong tires and I realized after they installed them. They were very understanding and ordered my correct tires that day. The worst, pulled in with a blown tire from a pothole, thank you Broomfield road maintenance, they wouldn't change one tire, I supposedly can only change all 4 tires according to this racket, paid to have my car towed to Discount tire, service with a smile. read more

While traveling around CO from out of state, we experienced a slow leak on one tire on our rental car, and unfortunately the rental company wasn't much help. We stopped at this tire center to see if someone could look at it; every other place we tried said we had to leave it and it would be 1-2 days before they could even assess it. At Les Schwab, they immediately took the car in and within 15 minutes had checked it out, including checking and refilling the air on all 4 tires, FREE OF CHARGE!! The two men helping us were polite, friendly, and extremely professional. If we lived in the area, we would use this business over and over again!!! read more

These guys are SO helpful!! I called them completely last minute on a Saturday to see if they could help find out why my low tire pressure light came on. I was greeted by Connor who was able to see me without an appointment. After assessing my car, he found a large shard of metal was causing a slow leak. My teenage son has been saving his money for several months so he could purchase rims for his car. He was going to buy from an online store, but I encouraged him to shop from this local store, where we recently went to have his show tires swapped. He went in today and asked for help, but the man behind the counter refused to answer any of his questions and just responded "nah" to everything my son asked. Went in there yesterday for an alignment and possibly 2 new tires. When I got there, the guys rushed outside to greet me!!! I'm so used to going in some place and standing around waiting for someone to help me. What a difference yesterday was!!! When they got the tires off and looked at them, they came in and talked to us and explained all 4 tires were bad. So I got 4 new tires!!! When they went to do the alignment, they found that the ball joint was loose and couldn't do it without replacing them. I said fix it!!! And they did!! Long story short, EVERYONE there was always keeping me informed as to what was going on. When I left there, my car felt like a brand new car!!! Customer for life!!
