To start with maybe the dentist should do the job right the first time. I had to go back three times because my upper denture was pinching my gums. I ended up grinding it down myself because I was tired of the back and forth. He told me losing weight would change the fit but to come back if it did. Now he wants 250 dollars for another reline,this is unacceptable and not good business practice. I would think they made plenty off my insurance to fix the issue I have. Now I'm stuck piling on the adhesive and I'm really not happy with the way the girl that answered my call talked to me. I do not recommend this place. So it's my fault I had problems with the fit and it was Your responsibility to fix it. I had not lost any weight at the time the work was done. Great experience. Well cared for. Hi tech equipment. Price was high tech cost. Able to finance. Yeah. Pain was 9.5 day one. (Took Motrin) Pain was 8 day two. (Took Ibuprofen) Pain day three 7.5. (Took ibuprofen.) starting to wonder if the extraction was necessary as this happened once before and extraction was not necessary and cost was half as pain level was much less as well. I've been here twice, and Dr. Rogers comes across as a genuinely kind and trustworthy person. Unlike many other places, I never got the sense that he was prioritizing money over patient care, which is refreshingly rare these days. The office staff is also friendly and helpful, making the overall experience positive. So far, this is my favorite dentist and hygienist in Vegas. Took a little longer than expected to receive my permanent bridge but I'm going to chalk it up to the dentist just caring about the final results. And the final results are great. Adrian, the young lady who did most of the work, was exceptional. If it wasn't for the dentist with his hand in my mouth, I would have told him myself. She repeatedly assured me that I would be fine. Love this dentist and his assistants. This office has state of the art equipment, and this makes the implant process much easier. His assistant was so nice, she talked to me about what to expect, and then genially, vocally, guided me through to whole procedure. Brought my mom here for a third opinion on a procedure we were iffy about. Everyone here was kind, helpful and honest. The doctor listened to our concerns and gave us his opinion based on that.
