I'm so thankful for this place. I'm a little bit of a health nut and this place is chalk full of healthy yet yummy options for me. It is a straight traditional Hispanic spot. Much of the menu is in Spanish with some English translations. I just think of it like a Mexican Jamba Juice sort of.. haha! So even better, cause there are fun cultural treats to try as well. And do not be afraid to ask. Everyone is very nice. It's divey with regular laid back people ringing you up. I personally had to do a bit of questioning to understand the menu and figure out what I want. The menu on the wall is chalk written and all run together and a bit confusing so I just refer to the brochure menus they have at the register when ordering. Would recommend any of the Smoothie or Juices, those are bomb. The Mamey is a must try if you've never had. Then food I'd suggest the Bionica which is fruit with either cottage cheese, yogurt, or ice cream on top. They top it with granola (a mix of rice crisps and granola, which I thought was ok). Then of course there's the Acai bowls or Pitaya bowls. And there's that Chamango (fruit with sherbet and chili I think). And also the Fresas Con Crema (cream, granola, and strawberries) which are always popular. They have a large menu but those are some good ones I've found. Prices are good for what you get. Wish they were open earlier for breakfast Acai bowls but I'll survive. Really like this place and am sure I'll be a regular. read more

Yes!!!! This place is right near my house and I am super upset that I didn't try them years ago. Everything is fresh and delicious. There are tons of options, you want any type of food and snacks they have it. The smoothies are great and so are the tortas. They have chamango, and ice cream and Cheetos and they can pretty much make you whatever you want. My favorite item to get is the acai bowl. The prices are super reasonable and the service is good although a bit slow. read more

The customer service that's was given on separate occasions were horrible the cashier (younger lady) is extremely rude this isn't the first time, when we were heading out and out the door she started to run her mouth and was complaining that we came in. This is not okay, she seems to hate her job. It's suck because I know the owner work so hard for this place and are extremely friendly and make you feel welcoming, not her. I was really disappointed when I came to this disfruta. I will never come back to this location! I have never had any problems with the location off Mission Ave so i was pretty annoyed with this experience. I ordered a mango liquido which tasted NOTHING like Mango. My brother took the liquido back and the employee working at the register apologized. When another employee walked over with the new drink we ordered, she said to my brother "have her try this because I don't want to have to make another one for her". Wowwwwwwww seriously? Been here several times and has not disappoint. Still the best smoothies in town. It's a few miles away from where we live (by the 5) but it's worth it. Used to always order a custom made smoothie (strawberry, banana, pineapple) but now switching to #3 (strawberry,pineapple,orange). Its highly recommended!! As I'm sure all their smoothies/juices are. Love the agua de piña but makes it very unsatisfying to drink when all you keep on getting is chunks of pineapple gunk in every sip as well as the agua fresca de limón con chia it seems too contain too much peel of idk what. I tried this place after finding it on Yelp. It did not disappoint prices were great and so was the food. I've tried their ice cream, fruit, and chip specialties. I love that they have tables and seating to enjoy your treats there. They even have a little tv playing cartoons for the kids. Definitely going back. I love this place! I go here with my son a lot after a couple of hours at the park close by. They are always nice to us. I always get the no.1 smoothie and it's always perfectly made. Not too milky and you can definitely taste the fruit. Sometimes, I ask for a small cup so that I can share my smoothie with my son, but they end up giving me a cup that already has smoothie in it.
