I took off a star because I was also not a fan of their serving model of ordering at the counter. With these prices, I expected yo order at the table or prefer ordering off a QR code online on my phone. I was exhausted that day after moving into a new place (should have gone to another restaurant but realized too late the process and by then, I was too tired to go elsewhere), and did not like having to order at the counter. My family sat down while I ordered (they were tired too!) and we had to yell to one another everytime the cashier had a question about the dish (dressing, sides, etc.). The kind of food served here is not conducive to counter ordering. The food and drink are brought to the table, though, and the servers were great in that respect. First things first.... This spot is so cute!! I love the atmosphere and the vibe that it was giving. My best friend invited me here for brunch on Sunday. I didn't indulge in much but what I did get was the Texas Hot Chicken Sandwich. No joke, this was SOOO good. Only thing I request is that it come with just a little bit more slaw. The sandwich wasn't too spicy. I twas perfect spice level. I got it with the house made chips and those were good. Perfectly crispy and a nice little crunch. The only thing that could make this little spot a little bit better would be the service. Our server wasn't quite the best when it came to checking up on us. I purchased a beer with my brunch but wanted to order a prickly pear margarita and our server was no where to be found for about 20 minutes. Omg! This is my new favorite brunch spot in Austin! The food was so good I forgot to take a picture of it before we ate it all, we got the chicken and biscuits (those were our favorite thing we got), the avocado toast, a buttermilk pancake, and the hot chicken sandwich, everything was so good! This isn't a traditional restaurant in the sense that there's no servers, you wait in line to order and then seat yourself with your order number on your table. Parking is in the parking garage or street parking, lots of shops to walk to! Wasn't impressed. Maybe it was an off day, but Sunday Brunch on Father's Day should probably be an on day? We walked in and there was no line (you walk up to order here) and the cashier girl wasn't particularly helpful or friendly. We ordered and found some tables outside in the back. Immediately started getting swarmed by flies. When the food came it got even worse. The servers were friendly. But the food itself was just alright. I had the ranch style eggs with brisket. My gf had the smoked salmon (she gave it a 6/10). The brisket on mine was ground up, sitting under the eggs, pretty flavorless, and there was not much of it. Idk what I was expecting but was told it covered "the whole thing". This was not exactly the case. But I had an extra egg thrown on there which made it a filling enough meal though. I only wish I could have enjoyed it more, batting away flies constantly is never fun. I had an oat milk cappuccino which I did like. And together our two meals and two coffees came to about $45+tip). Came to this location with a friend for a Sunday brunch a few weeks shortly after they opened up. I'm excited about all the new healthy options opening around Austin, which is conveniently located near the house! This restaurant is counter service forward, meaning the restaurant is available on an as-you-come basis, and reservations for tables cannot be made. It would be nice if you could reserve a table since there are so few inside tables when the weather is not optimal outside. Aside from the counter service and fighting for a table, the space is "homey" with a lot of curated plants and updated fixtures to make it feel nice and cozy. Once we placed our order, we conveniently grabbed a table and waited for our order. Wait, staff, run out your order to you and ask if there is anything else they can get you. I ordered an Oatmilk Vanilla Latte and the Ranch Style Eggs, and my friend ordered the Nutella pancakes. Everything was delicious and made to order. Management came to the table as my coffee took longer than anticipated, and after letting staff know, a latte magically arrived. Oh my goodness, this was one of the worst meals we've had in Austin - EVER. I'm still just amazed that food can be so bland. We went for brunch and my french toast, despite having nutella and fruit was so so tasteless. Menu's are located right as you walk in so you have some time to look it over before reaching the ordering area. The super salad is so fresh & has such a beautiful medley of flavors. The pesto sandwich has the perfect combination of ingredients that make for a dynamic experience. Excited to see another healthy casual food option in the Mueller area with totally reasonable prices. I visited here with my family and ordered a whole host of plates which are discussed below. Super cute seating area inside and outside with greenery everywhere and a full bar which is nice - makes it family friendly but also good for grownups. Also super close to Mueller Lake Park and they validate parking in the next door parking garage so love that it is accessible too. Lavender Blush cocktail - pretty tasty, strong lavender flavor, but it was missing something at the end, like something salty or another flavor to cut the strong fragrance in your mouth Pretzels - yummm. So good, and they are nice enough to refill your pretzels at no additional charge Hummus and pita - also tasty, I liked the herby mint and basil flavor that this has. Pita wasn't fresh tasting or anything, but that's okay. Seasonal grain bowl - really good! Warm elements mixed with cold elements and lots of color which makes it really appealing. Lots of flavors mixed in there, I especially liked the roasted cauliflower. Veg tacos - one of my favorites on the menu - these were just packed with flavor and very filling even though it seems like it is just 2 tacos. Also comes with a side of black beans Side garden salad - I was a little disappointed because the salad was not very appealing when it came out and missed the chickpeas and sprouts that were mentioned on the menu. We let them know and they were nice enough to switch it out for a different salad. The super salad came out next and was tasty, but to my family tasted like a salad out of a Sam's club bagged salad with a lot of the same elements as well. Wouldn't get these salads again. Quinoa stuffed avocado - Really nice citrusy quinoa mixture inside of a full avocado. What happens with this is that the ratio of just plain avocado to quinoa mixture is not even and you end up getting just mouthfuls of plain unseasoned avocado. Might work better if the avocado is seasoned somehow or there is more quinoa mixture on the side or underneath. There's a few other things that we didn't get to try yet that I will be back to try, so looking forward to it. But definitely will be back, especially for brunch, as we enjoyed the vibe of the place a lot! read more

Came to check this place out with my neighbor and our pups on a weekday during Christmas break. We left our dogs outside on the patio since we have to order inside but since it's a weekday, it wasn't busy. The restaurant is part self service so you order at the counter and they bring it out to you. One of the hostesses noticed that we have our dogs outside and offered to bring us treats. She came out with a water bowl, doggie biscuit and frozen pup cups! I was really impressed with their service towards our pups. My drink came out first and it was the most delicious cocktail ever!!! I highly recommend the frozen mueller if you're ever at dish society. The fried chicken sandwich was pretty good as well but I wished they had given me some honey on the side cause I couldn't taste the honey on the chicken and I love honey on fried chicken. Greeted, given plenty of time with no push to order. We ate the deconstructed chickennpot pies. OMG! What??? A bowl of warm pot pie insides with a puff pastry on top to dip. What a concept. how many times have you gotten the chicken pot pie and couldn't wait to get that bite? Then it is so hot and steamy you put in your mouth. Not with this it was the perfect temperature to eat right away. We even split a french fry, which was so yummy and unique because it had a coating on them. They gave us catchup for the fries, but they were so tasty and unique, there was no need for any condiment. So excited to have a new place to eat when visiting. Tables for comfy and roomy, they were live plants all over to give privacy and a really nice Decour. I can't wait to come back and try more items on the menu. From the beginning the moment we walked into the door to the moment, we left absolutely cannot rave enough about how well each employee treats everybody that walks in. With that said atmosphere is relaxed and calming, and now the FOOD! The food is such high quality, and so delicious!! My kids had pancakes, eggs, bacon, and they were gifted a special beignet treat!!
