    Frozen espresso martini
    Alyssa C.

I came in on a Sunday afternoon and was able to easily sit at the bar. The bar has a lot of seating. Both bartenders were very attentive and the managers/food runners made sure to bring food out quickly so it arrives hot and fresh. I came in for the frozen espresso martini after seeing it all over Instagram. It was blended well and is still coffee forward which I loved. It's not too sweet. I've seen mixed reviews about the food so opted for the Brussels and a pizza. The pizza was cheesy, pretty flavorful but the red pepper flakes and ranch gave it the little extra spice I needed. I loved the brussel sprouts. They are like kung pao sprouts that many places have. Crispy, sweet, with some spice. I will definitely be make for drinks and apps.

The service at Sixty vines was one of the best. Attentive yet not over the top but genuine. We came in for lunch. They made me and my kids feel comfortable. Food service was great and prompt. All meals tasted great. Only small complain is the coffee was bitter. This is so small compared to the excellent experience. Also the outside is cosy and the inside was classy.

Came here for our anniversary and was treated to an amazing night. Kudos to the wait staff for making our evening super special! Super modern, large space with the dim lighting for the romantic mood. Music is a bit loud inside but we were seated at a table that happened to be a bit away from the speakers, so was very enjoyable. They also have an outdoor patio area if the weather is nice. For the food, we decided just to get a bunch of smaller plates to share so we could sample a bunch of the food. Everything was very good, familiar classics for the most part with a neat twist. My favorite was the grilled golden beets. Normally I hate beets but these were almost like eating a ripe peach - so juicy, sweet and flavorful and was the perfect vegetable to complement some of the fried stuff we got. Chicken and caviar is thin, super crisp chicken (think Milanesa style) with lemon, crème freche and caviar and the combo just works, especially hot out of the fryer, the contrast is fantastic. The pappardelle is perfect al dente pasta, with nice toothsome chew, hearty meat sauce with the braised pork spinoff, my wife's favorite dish of the night. Fried zucchini came last and it has a perfect fry on it - good texture again, well seasoned and the little chili sprinkled in is the perfect pop. If you come with a group, I would dare to say just order everything and share so you can try it all. Too full for dessert but would definitely want to try that sticky toffee cake one day. So glad Sixty Vines is here and with definitely come back!

I can't wait to come back for happy hour, sit at the bar and try everything I can. The service is wonderful, the place is beautiful, super clean. The bathrooms are immaculate and of course the food is unbelievable. I just came here for lunch and came in early. This place looks like it gets pretty packed, but I love it! The espresso at the end was the icing on the cake. What a remarkable lunch I had here and oh so many times I'm coming back!

We had reservations but canceled them & decided to sit at the bar . All the bartenders are extremely friendly & as busy as they were they are quick with drinks & food . We happy shrimp and sausage pizza.. It was spicy and delicious. For appetizer we had the chicken caviar which is delicious and quite a bit of food. I had this fruity frozen wine drink with fruit in it. On a humid day it was refreshing. The wine section there's plenty to pick from hence the name.. on a Friday and weekend I would highly recommend reservations. Bon appétit.!

First of all ...let's talk about the candles!! Obsessed!! Of course I bought one. Atmosphere was lovely! Very a "ladies who lunch" vibe ...which we were as well. Wine selection is fantastic! We had the Truffled Fries which were next level good! They aren't fries per se, but layers of thin potatoes fried into deliciousness! My house salad was off the charts with candied pecans, strawberries and pecorino with a spot on citrus honey vinaigrette. Service was perfect, didn't hover but checked on us just when we needed it. Would love to go again the next time I'm in Austin or to one of their other locations.

Sixty Vines is a great, lively spot that is perfect for a date night or dinner with friends at The Domain. The space feels bright, stylish, and energetic, and the wine on tap concept makes it fun to try different pours with your meal. The chicken with caviar dish is an absolute must. It is rich, unique, and one of those bites you keep talking about after dinner. The rest of the menu is solid too, with good shareables and mains that pair well with the wine selection. Service can vary a bit when it is busy, but overall it is a fun, reliable place I would gladly come back to.

Second time around everything was outstanding . Granted we were here at lunch and the cooks were not in a rush so all of our food was ready very quickly and delicious. If you haven't been here the ambiance is clean modern and very open and airy ,the atmosphere is very loud at diner but at lunch everything was quiet and relaxed. I will say in my humble opinion that the main courses are good but I highly suggest getting serval appetizers as your entree. From that amazing chimichurri tri tip and cream fraiche fried chicken with caviar you really can't go wrong. Those things all paired with a glass of wine of your choice and you've got a great meal and awesome experience. All together a solid 8/10 and that's a great thing considering the amount of competition in Austin let alone the Domain where it's located. Parking is the one of few things I absolutely hate and think is atrocious at this place otherwise a top contender at the Domain considering that many of the other places are older and kind of played out. The staff was very helpful and helped us pick a wine to take home. You can have a bottle of anything on the menu and they will sometimes give you 20 percent off if you ask and wink.

I was so eager to try Sixty Vines after seeing all the pictures and reviews about the fried chicken! We had a reservation for dinner with the special request to be seated outside and upon arrival, they did not skip a beat with our accommodation, we had a great table on the deck. We had already been looking at the menu and knew what we wanted so we immediately started putting in our order. Our server was amazing, he let us know that almost everything on the menu was gluten-free and cooked in their own separate fryers and surfaces, which was really great since I have a gluten sensitivity. The buttermilk fried chicken cutlets with lemon crème fraîche and caviar was absolutely delicious! I could eat that once a week and never get tired of it. And the fried zucchini was insanely delicious! And the portion is very generous. My husband's favorites were the roasted golden beets sitting on whipped feta and sprinkled with pistachios, and the roasted potatoes. Chef's kiss! The olives with citrus and fennel was a beautiful palette cleanser, very bright and fresh. For dessert we ordered the basque cheesecake which is also gluten free, very light flavor, not too sweet, not heavy. It was perfect. Definitely look forward to going back!

Came here for HH and was pleased with their menu. It was busy but our server was still friendly and quick to get our order in and make sure we were always refilled with water or wine. The wine selection was really good and I loved the potatoes as a shareable for the table.

The avocado benedict which had a croissant base instead of the usual English muffin base was delicious. The croissant added a buttery crunch to the dish and elevated the dish to a new level. The inside of the restaurant is modern and well-decorated.

It is gorgeous both inside the restaurant and on the patio. They have a lot of space inside of restaurant. We have started with drinks, my husband got himself a glass of wine and I got the Slipstream. The wine was amazing and overall I believe their selection of wines is great and has good pricing. However, Slipstream was terrible - poorly made cocktail, there was too much gin and alc was not the best quality. The appetizer we chose was wood grilled shrimp and it was genuinely impressive. I highly recommend trying it - 10/10 Pizzas we got were Mushroom and Fig&Prosciutto. Fig&Prosciutto was good. Mushroom was a bit dryish For dessert we got sticky toffee cake and it was also good, although a bit too sweet We had to wait a little when we arrived, although we had reservation and it wasnt that packed. However, our server was very nice and did a great job Overall, it was a good experience at Sixty Vines

On Christmas Eve EVE, we tried out Sixty Vines at the Domain for the first time. My parents were visiting us, and we were excited to try a new place after peeping the location taking photos a few weeks before by the Macy's Christmas tree. Located next door to Macy's, Sixty Viines was bumpin' for the holidays. It has a large indoor dining room, bar area, and a medium-sized patio. We used Open Table for a reservation, and the staff were very helpful to seat us on the patio per our request. The patio is incredibly charming with lights in the oak trees. They also had igloo experiences set up, which we thought you had to spend $200 to rent (but I guess it is that you need to spend $200 within 2 hours). The weather was unseasonably warm for December, so we were happy to not be in an igloo and enjoy the fresh open air. The igloo experience did look cute for those partaking in it, and I would imagine it is lovely on a cold night. The area is a bit loud (lots of street traffic) and the bustle of The Domain especially with the holidays, but I really liked the vibe. The food at Sixty Vines was delicious with a sort of new American style with bits of Italian and Spanish cuisine sprinkled in. The appetizers were actually the best part of the menu for me: The grilled golden beets were truly special, and the wood roasted cauliflower with eggplant puree and pitas was a crowd favorite. I wanted the cauliflower to be cut a little smaller and cooked just slightly longer (a bit too al dente, and I like al dente). My partner and I had margherita pizza, which was tasty with the San Marzano tomato sauce (although mine had a bit too heavy of parmesan on top). My parents enjoyed both of their pasta dishes: campanelle (which is served with shrimp) and braised pork pappardelle. They also got a caesar salad, which was pretty mid, and none of us would choose that salad again. Our server, Nicky, was doing her best to serve literally every table outside (and likely other guests inside), but there was a long wait to order and get my family's bottle of wine (like almost 30 minutes). Because of the long wait, we decided to forgo the dessert, which we wanted to try. Nicky was wonderful and friendly, so she and the other staff just needed more help. I heard another table when I walked by was sending back a starter that came out after their main, and it took awhile to get more water for our table too. I think it was a combo of a busy night and not enough staff, so I hope they can hire more folks to help their current awesome staff out. I will definitely give Sixty Vines a try on a different night. For those who like a tasting menu, they also have small glasses of wine (I think 2.5 oz) that make getting a flight or trying some different options possible. Swing by for a happy hour or tasty meal out at The Domain!

He suggested a wine flight options if we wanted to try different wines, which was nice. We each told him our typical preferences and he created a custom flight for us. They have limited food options (i.e., two) so we ordered the hummus that was pictured with bread but they were out so they offered pita chips instead, which were fine. He did say that even though they had limited food options, we could order from El Dorado next door and they would walk it over when it was ready, which is very cool even though I typically don't think of Mexican food and wine going together. :-) The overall presentation of the food and glasses was more basic than I would have expected from a wine shop since I've done several wine tastings before, but the location is great and I look forward to checking it out again soon and trying some different wines!

Of course, I went for a patio table and while I didn't enjoy the occasional fly zipping around, the shaded and breezy tables were perfection on a Sunday afternoon. Our server was Jamie and he was absolutely a DREAM. I was fully prepared for that awkward wait at a table alone when you're lunch date is running late and you have no idea exactly how late... From the moment I was seated alone, Jamie introduced himself, was warm, and fully engaged in manifesting a wonderful experience. I'm certain I would have dozed off in one if we weren't called up. We sat outdoor alongside several other families with kids. The music wasn't super loud and the tables were generously spaced so we weren't close enough for other peoples' conversations to distract from our own. We then ordered the following: Smoked Fish Dip Maine Crab Cakes Brussels Sprouts Fish Sandwich Lobster Grilled Cheese Lobster Pot Pie The smoked fish dip was good but nothing crazy. My sister had suggested the fried calamari instead, but my love of bread overrode my familial devotion. The dip itself was moist with no excess liquid and spread easily onto the provided cuts of sourdough toast. My only critique is that the dip seems like it's missing something, but I'm not food-smart enough to know what. However, because of my bread bias, this is still a 4/5. The crab cakes on the other hand were amazing. There was no excess oil soaking the fried crust and the crab meat inside wasn't over-salted, as I've come to expect from most crab cakes. These were highly enjoyable with bites of avocado and mandarin in between to balance the fried elements. 4.5/5 The Brussels sprouts were well-roasted, with a nice vinaigrette coating their crispy outsides. I expect this level of quality for Brussels sprouts from American restaurants at this point, so no surprises, just good in general. 4/5 Skipping the fish sandwich as unfortunately I didn't get to try them, but it looked and smelled great. I had one bite of the lobster grilled cheese, so take this particular review with a grain of salt. The smokiness of the cheeses sits on top of everything else without overpowering, while the lobster, bacon, and tomatoes provide a great mix of fat and brine. This is a lowbrow surf and turf between bread, and it's perfect. 5/5 Finally, we come to my own order, the lobster pot pie. Unfortunately, I shared this with the aforementioned sister and didn't get the full experience. The dish came piping hot and fresh, and the puff pastry was flaky and not overbaked. Internals-wise, I could see myself eating just the cream sauce like a chowder. It was perfectly flavored with veggies and herbs, with regular chunks of lobster. Not too salty and absolutely decadent, would not share again. 5/5 Overall, this was a highly enjoyable experience with fast, not rushed, service and an amazing spread. This is an easy recommendation for a family-friendly restaurant with lowkey vibes, and I'll forsure visit again when I'm back in town.

The bartenders are sweet and nice and very customer service above. Be happy hour Monday through Friday. The pizza is amazing here. And may have also special drinks that are very tasteful. I recommend the espresso martini here. It's located right across from Perry Steakhouse-green garage. For a happy hour event or watching a sport this is the place to go and they have numerous table and numerous TVs. It does have an outside patio bathrooms are clean and everyone's just very friendly.

To start off we placed our order and at the same time asked the waitress for extra chips for our app not minding if we had to pay extra. Waited a while for the food to come out, when it did they forgot the chips and by then the appetizer had already gone cold so we didn't bother. The tacos were okay except for the cheese that gets melted on the tortilla on one of them , it just tasted very greasy. The rice and beans that it came with were not good at all, not sure if you're able to tell in the picture but that rice was burnt, half of it was inedible, hard burned rice and the beans were cold. My fiancés fettuccine was too salty and she left 80% of it untouched. The only upside besides the other server who took our order and forgot our chips, our original server was friendly and nice. The drinks were the best thing here and the only thing worth the money. Everything else was not worth the money or hype.

This place is so intoxicating from the aqua blue color palate and funky green art work to the alluring lighting and huge metal plate (looks like something from a ship...also their logo). My brother said the green artwork looked like broccoli. My brother ordered the Idaho trout with coconut rice and Brussel sprouts. I sampled his food and it was all good. The standout was the Brussel sprouts...crispy with this absolutely delicious drizzle. I ordered the Mezze plate with a flavor explosion and many desirable texture. It had lamb kabobs, fresh salad (emphasis on fresh) with thinly sliced cucumbers, finely sliced onions and creamy feta (never had creamy feta), red round sweet peppers, hummus with the most delightful pesto like sauce, and olives. Oh my...what a delicious lunch! Morgan, our server, was attentive and accomodating. She moved us to another table when we notice our table was rocking a little. Great catching up with my brother and excellent meal!

The chicken and waffles were enjoyed but one of those chicken pieces was burned and bitter (see pic) The buffalo chili was on the spicy side and for $16 a small portion. (See pic). My 10-year-old has a tiny appetite, and it was even a small portion for him. The whipped feta appetizer was delicious as were the fries. Very well executed. I'd probably come back.
