Biscuits always sound good to me, ergo, I recently paid a visit to District Biscuit. I came around 1pm on a weekday. There's only five parking slots, but I snagged one of them. District Biscuit was busy with almost all the tables taken. You can order one of the many biscuits or biscuit sandwiches from the cashier or use the kiosk next to the cash register. The interior ambience is modern but sparse. I ordered the Prosciutto Biscuit. My order was filled quickly. Service was fine. First off, the biscuit itself was top-notch, both for flavor and texture. Though for the price (currently $9.39), it was a bit svelte. I was disappointed that there was just one slice of prosciutto. The idea of fig jam on the biscuit sounded tempting, but in reality there was too much jam and the jam was a bit sour. Still, overall, this was a good biscuit sandwich. The biscuits were flaky on the outside and soft on the inside. They were decent. My daughter and I both didn't care for our meals and felt it was a waste of money. Good AF! I came there about to weeks ago when I finally had some free time. I've been wanting to try this place for a long time and I'm so glad I did. (Don't drive too fast because you can easily miss it.) It's very clean and neat on the inside. I ordered the breakfast sandwich with bacon, cheddar and egg. The food the biscuit was pretty crunchy and the French toast was super soggy. The bacon as another reviewer mentioned was thick but pretty fatty. I only tried a few small bites of the French toast but it was totally inedible (wish I had taken a pic) and immediately after I was sick.
