I rarely write bad reviews but this was absolutely not ok. I received a text early in the day I had booked asking if I could come in sooner than booked - I let them know I had another appointment beforehand but I would absolutely get there as soon as I could. I got there and it was just me and a different technician than I booked with in the whole plac. She tried to confirm with me that I had booked a lash extension and I had to confirm with her it was a lash lift. The bathroom was dirty and there was nowhere to put my bag. To be clear, I don't even think I would write a negative review for the above, but this woman was on her phone the WHOLE TIME. The only communication she has with me was "look up", no joke. When the lashes needed to set I sat there, with no idea how long, while she was on the phone in a different room. At one point I was worried she was putting extensions on but my eyes were closed and she was talking to someone and I didn't feel comfortable asking. It was....weird. This is my second lash lift so I luckily kind of understood the process but it was wildly uncomfortable and I will not be going back. My lashes look mediocre at best. read more

I had two visits at this lash lift establishment, and both experiences were disappointing. After the first session, my lashes looked tangled and curled tightly, and almost burnt at the ends.i complained to lady at front desk and she said i should try again and purchase the conditioning treatment. Despite trying again and following the front desk lady's advice to use a conditioner treatment, my lashes ended up looking even worse. I brush them five times a day and it's no help. Got my makeup done for my birthday and the makeup artist was mortified. I recommend STAYING AWAY from this place. When i called Abby stated she couldn't assist as i should email corporate support or something like that without a care in the world. I asked for email address. Abby then gave it to me but was highly annoyed and reading so fast. When I asked her to spell it out. I then spelt it back she said yes that's it. Please read all. The reviews posted on here on all scam or fake - the names used are the names of the lash techs, there are doubles of reviews posted literally dated a few days away from each other by the same 'person'. There are even other reviews within the reviews. If you're going to mislead people, at least double check your lies. Initially, the service was fine, with no problems. I received a hybrid lash with manga\anime add-on. The service was ok - they were punctual, pretty silent. However, lash bed seating is very uncomfortable and cold. After service I was prompted to pay and suggested to tip. I did both. Lashes were looked great. But by the end of the day, they began to fall out. No exposure to steam or water or oils. I called in for a repair service, couldn't reach anyone. Called for days, no phone call was answered. Eventually I was called back but missed the notification and called again no answer. It is now four days later, my lashes look terrible, and not worth the cost. They have poor customer care support and offered no refund or additional repair service. This business is a scam. I made a day-of appointment based on the positive Google reviews. After coming to yelp a few hours later (and a few hours prior to my appointment) I decided it wasn't worth the risk. I was unable to cancel on Vagaro since the appointment was made day of. I tried to call Diva lash 4x and sent a text message, as suggested on their voicemail. No answer to text or call. I was charged the entire fee of the service as a no show. I tried to call another 2 times to clear this up with the business, as it doesn't say anywhere on Vagaro that the entire price of the service will be charged for a no show (although that would be understandable, but when you have no working phones, I'm not sure how you expect customers to contact you). Ended up disputing the charge with my bank. Be careful when booking here. read more

I was a loyal customer here for a long time I want to say almost 2 years. This place goes through lash techs very quickly. None of them stay for long which should be a sign to stay away. When I first started coming here there used to be someone at the front desk that would greet you, check you out and answer the phones. That ended after only a few months. It's a huge safety issue in my opinion that there is no one at the front desk. Many times it was just me and my lash tech in the business by ourselves. The bathroom was never really clean there would always be a dirty sink and even times no toilet paper. So I would go in to use the restroom and have to walk right out after searching for toilet paper and not being able to find any. I went through about 6 lash techs here. The only one that I liked was Nura. I went to see her for maybe a year or a little bit more than a year. She did decent mega volume lashes but I feel like towards the end the quality of her work went down. The thing I never liked about this place is they advertise mega volume and volume lashes but none of the lash techs really ever gave me mega volume even when I was paying for it. My lashes never looked mega volume full especially when the last girl I went to would do them her name was Asel or something like that. I would walk out looking like I had hybrid lashes after paying the mega volume price. She also was very rude to me once when I had an issue with a package I purchased. The techs here also would not give me the length I was asking for. I would always ask for 12-18 cat eye I was always given 12-16 and I was told anything over 16 is too long. If you are a volume or mega volume girl plz avoid this place and take your money elsewhere. If you like more basic lashes you might be ok but I personally don't think this place is worth it. I don't know about this one. It had a nice calm vibe, it was clean, the receptionist was nice, but they made it so it was more aesthetic than a functional space. My lash tech was super unprofessional and my lashes today reflect my self esteem, broken and deflated. This is how it went: I entered the space and a lady asked me to sit down and wait. There was nowhere to put stuff down like your purse, coat, scarf, you kinda just bundle it up and sit down, and there's a basket of an assortment of Cheetos that you don't really know if you can take, and if you can... why would you eat bright orange dusty Cheeto puffs right before your appointment, or crunchy Doritos as other guests try to relax during your appointment, or could I have taken some as I left? Who knows.... So I sit down and a lady comes by, sees me fill out the papers she gave me, takes them with her, comes back and takes me to this bed, and calls me by another name, and I was confused she was confused cause she had just read my name, but then my lash tech came to get me a little after. I have nothing personal against the lash tech, let me just make that clear, I have a problem with the fact that I payed for a service, and felt like a burden, and don't even feel pretty. As soon as I sat down I told her I was worried about the lift because I had recently had a stye and lost a bunch of eyelashes, and I didn't want one of my eyes to look super full and the other one to look spotty, she told me that they wouldn't look like that at all, and upon looking at my eyelashes told me they were nice and long. She didn't provide much guidance, narrated, or showed any signs of wanting to talk, which is fine not to be buddies, but I would've appreciated a little introduction or something. So I remained silent for our appointment. She taped my lashes down, put a bunch of tape on top of that, didn't really ask me if I was okay throughout, she washed my eyes, and was particularly harsh about the eye I asked her to be careful on, she clumsy rinsed them (water down to my neck), went on doing her thing, and kept kinda smacking her lips to herself and making little unsure "mmsms" and frustrated sighs, I was honestly trying to just fall asleep. She finished and I felt like she was rushing me to open my eyes to see myself and go, but my eyes were stinging pretty bad, I stood there looking at her waiting to be provided by a lash brush, or her aftercare tips, a little hype, but she kinda just looked at me half smiling and told me to pay at the front because my eyes were stinging so I couldn't fully open my eyes to see myself but it looked like I had lash mites all over, I felt embarrassed after leaving that appointment, and I couldn't even wash my eyes because you can't wash your lashes 24 afterwards . Had my lash extensions done by Nura in the style wispy anime. At first I thought that they looked good but they ended up falling out within a couple days of getting them done. Would not recommend going here. I even waited 48 hours of get them wet and the lashes still fell off. The corner lash was literally flipping over and wasn't holding properly. This would irritate my eyes for the whole day and my eye would twitch whenever I blinked. I had gotten them done for Prom and my makeup artist was in shock at the bad job. She had to put lash glue just for that corner piece to stay in place for the night. Every morning and night I would brush through them with the spoolie brush they provided and that's when lashes would fall out and yank on my natural lashes. They said they could add in lashes for free but I just ended up removing the lashes as adding lashes wouldn't have solved the problem of them falling out. In total, $200 down the drain. read more

Literally had to get my lashes removed as soon as I got them put on smh !!!! Let's start from the top. I originally booked a lash appointment with Adina. She was great, so good that I immediately booked with the front desk to have my touch up done (that was apart of my package I purchased). Upon arrival I was walked to the back of the room by a new tech.. I assumed maybe she was just walking me down to Adina but instead she pointed at her own work space. I immediately asked her for her name and made it clear I never booked an appointment with her. She then informed me there was a mix up with clients so they made a switch and hoped it would be ok. Due to time constraints I went ahead and allowed her to do my touch up ! Her name was Asel SHE COMPLETELY CHANGED MY LASHES AND MADE ME LOOK A FOOL. I'm starting to think because I'm black she assumed I wanted these long ghetto lashes but they were terrible. Not only did they look bad, her breath smelled bad the entire time, What should have taken 45 minutes took an entire hour, she had her phone on the bed near my head I had to literally ask her to move it because it was constantly vibrating in my ear, and lastly her hands were just all over my face she had no etiquette. Once I expressed my concerns with the manager I was able to get them removed with a side of her attitude, like lady my face is messed up, I wasn't told anything when I walked in, but you're giving my attitude. I asked for a cooperate number but she expressed there isn't one, I asked how to get in touch with someone over her she told me no one is in charge of her. So I asked if she's the owner because I'm confused now I never heard a manager not have a boss lol! She also said "maybe there was a glitch in the system I saw your name with Asel" How is your response different from the techs? And how did I receive an email reminder at 5am for an 11am appointment but now there's a glitch ? So I never received any number from the Manager Abby she could only give me the support email. I have been to Diva Lash twice (despite the negative reviews) and strongly advise people to read through the comments before going. The services provided were just decent (nothing phenomenal but nothing terrible); just good enough to get the job done. The first time was fine, the second time there was an accident. However, on top of being burned I was also charged twice for my services, without an apology. Their customer service, however, is very concerning and potentially set up to scam their customers. I paid for my services prior to booking, and then after I was done with my appointment. They charged me again I still paid and decided to follow up with the manager and they ghosted me. I followed up 3 times and no response. In addition, they also burned my skin. I'm a very tolerant person and understand things happen as this is my first time having an issue (mistakes happen) but I am considering reporting this business for fraudulent charges and lack of proper communication. read more

This was my first time getting extensions since 2020. I had a good conversation with the receptionist about what I wanted (hybrid). I used the washroom and then the tech called me over to her table. She didn't engage me in any conversation about what I wanted so I assumed the receptionist had explained it to her. After the service, she shows me and I am shocked that the lashes are far more dramatic than what I had in mind. I said this to the receptionist but also said it's my first time in a few years so maybe I need to adjust. Two days later (the following day was a holiday so not an option) I decide to have them removed and go to another salon. There I am told that the job wasn't at all a hybrid - was definitely volume and included mostly fans and not individual lashes like a hybrid job would have. Further, she said the job was not very well done. I have emailed and called multiple times to discuss the situation with management and request a refund I've had zero response. The lack of willingness to even talk to me about the situation has made things far worse than my initial frustration. It's one thing to decide you don't like a service - it's another thing to NOT get the requested service and have the salon take no accountability. Do not recommend - run away. read more

I went to diva lash last week, Everyone I spoke with from scheduling my appointment, to my reminder call and being checked out all were all incredibly kind and professional. The salon is very clean, quiet, and has such a relaxing ambience. They're even setting up a retail area and will be carrying lash products soon!. My technician was Gigi! She was absolutely amazing! This was my first time ever getting eyelash extensions and she made it such a positive experience! I came a little unprepared but she was patient with me during our consultation, gave her creative freedom because I trusted her judgment 100%. She was so kind and comforting and taught me everything I needed to know about my new lashes! I absolutely love them and even a week later they still look so full! I came here because my usual girl was out of town, this location looked fancy,, pricey so I thought they must have skilled lash techs. I was excited for an upcoming bday vaca. I had my reference pictures, showed my tech Gigi, but wasn't prepared for the outcome. It took longer than usual, felt heavy, pinched in spots, but was I hopeful. I opened my eyes and immediately thought Sesame Street character!! Omg I asked to use washroom, cried at how stupid I looked lol They we're SUPER thick, I couldn't see out unless I over opened my eyes all surprised, layers upon layers of thick overly dramatic lashes!
