The drinks came out quickly, but the food took over 45 minutes to arrive. When it finally did, much of it was cold--not even warm. The biggest issue, however, was the food itself. Everything was incredibly bland and lacked flavor. Mexican food is known for bold seasoning and vibrant flavors, but there was nothing memorable about any of the dishes we ordered. The service was equally disappointing. To top it off, gratuity is automatically added to the bill. While restaurants have the right to set their own policies, it certainly felt frustrating considering the level of service we received. My honest recommendation would be for Don Tigre to stick to what appears to be driving its popularity--the nightlife atmosphere, social media appeal, drinks, and appetizers. If you're looking for a place to have cocktails, take pictures, and enjoy the vibe, you may have a better experience than we did. However, the entrées were overpriced for the quality of the food, and the customer service did not justify the cost. Social media may bring people through the door, but good food and good service are what bring them back. Unfortunately, this experience fell short on both. Long wait times, cold food, bland flavors, overpriced meals, and poor service made this a place I won't be returning to or recommending.

The salmon bowl we ordered the purple rice and it taste like regular rice just colored in my opinion. Corn was cold .The salmon wasn't hot when I dug my fork into it no steam or anything came out so I'm not sure how long it sat before we received it.
