Tried this nail salon on a whim for the first time since I was in the shopping center. Walked in and was instantly sat. Got served a drink and started on my nails. It didnt take long at all. I got a basic french tip and square shape just to see how they do the basics. Price was a little high but not too bad. I enjoyed the set and it lasted about a month. Less than 24 hours later, a $40 gel manicure is lifting at the edges and there are air bubbles all over the nail on several fingers. The gel is also super close to my cuticles so it's lifting on the edges already. Also they didn't use any acetone to remove existing gel. Just the drill the whole time. Really disappointed that this is a professional manicure. I could have DIY'd gel nails myself for a better job. Pedicure was great but gel nails were a total miss. read more

Do not go here. This place is very dirty and unhygienic. You will definitely get an infection or fungus here. The lady who did my nails' hands were so dirty and she didn't wear gloves. It looks like they autoclave the instruments, but they're still gross looking. The lady also ruined my pedicure that they had just finished. They offered to repaint my nails, but I didn't have another hour to sit there. They still charged me full price - when they're the ones who ruined it. I also asked repeatedly for a massage and was told they would provide it. They provided ZERO massage - barely rubbed in the cream. Seriously, go anywhere else. Do not waste your money here! Edit: The business owners response is the very reason I won't be back and neither will anyone else. I'm not questioning how you do business, I'm detailing my experience. I shouldn't have to wait over 30 mins for an appointment. This is the THIRD time in a row. If you're short staffed don't schedule appointments period. Being short staffed has nothing to do with your staff cutting me and my friend numerous times, your roughness, and my nails literally crumbling at the edges after a week. Do better. THANKS. I don't give 1 star reviews often but this one is deserving. First, I made and appointment for 2 and had to wait almost 30 minutes to be seated. Walk-in's were being seated and attended to before us which I have no idea why. The lady doing my friend's nails was so rough she cut her extremely deep. She decided to cancel her services due to this issue. I decided to stay because I really needed a mani/pedi. I wanted dip powder on my nails. I chose a light blue color which needed a white base coat so the nail wouldn't be see through. My tech failed to do that and made the nails super thin. My nails should not be crumbling a week out. The lady doing my pedi cut me multiple times and the nails are cut at angles. I could slice someone with my big toe! The best thing about the experience was the free margarita. I will not be back. I needed a pedicure ASAP it's been a while since I visited this salon and my coworker states the pedicures are great. I arrived I was greeted, seated and offered a mimosa promptly. I was provided the pedicure menu and within about 7 minutes my tech Dianna was there to service me. I must say this one one of the best pedicures I've had in a while. Dianna took her time and provided excellent service. The hot stone massage the hot towel wrap not to mention my third mimosa was exactly what I needed to start my self care day. I've tried many nail salons when I moved to Dallas. This one has quickly become my favorite go-to place. The atmosphere feels very clean and luxurious. Prices are decent. Staff is very welcoming, personable, and accommodating. Yolanda is my favorite nail tech and I would recommend her to anyone. She's very sweet and pays close attention to detail. The time around, the nail color I chose did not look the same when it was actually placed my nail (I chose a pastel, but it just looked gray). I have gone to the Divine Nail Bar on Hebron and always had great nail service. I decided to try this location since it was closer to my home. I asked for a short stiletto. The tech initially tried to do square so we had to take the tips off and start again. Then when they started working on the nail my cuticle got cut multiple times, and the length is entirely too long. I asked her to make them shorter at least twice, and she told me they aren't pretty short, I finally just said never mind. Then I got charged because they were long never mind I didn't ask for them long. I can't type with them this long and that's what I do for a living. This used to be my favorite nail salon till the last few times I've came in for a service. I always go in for my hands and feet but looks like this place is not doing good. Last time I went in for a color change the lady complained and left my nails badly done. Now today I came in for a pedicure and it was another bad experience, after the owner had the lady do my feet again she did them with an attitude and left them bad all over again. All my toe nails have bled a little and is now red and hurting. If I wanted my pedicure to look like a kid did it I would've asked my little kid. I have worked in customer service and the kind of treatment I received yesterday was not what I was expecting from this place as I am a regular. Last time I came here they were running a discount for ombré , i genuinely asked a question if any chance they were having a discount etc. the front office was extremely rude (the Hispanic lady and the Vietnamese guy) both laughed at me. I honestly don't know why I stayed and gave them my money/business. Long story short I felt bullied and had a terrible time even though I was trying to forget about it while I was getting my nails done they still kept "joking around" how they can give me a discount. They said yeah you can get one hand done and come back tomorrow to get the other hand done. I could not believe what I was listening to. I had a crappy day at work and all I wanted to do was to get my nails done. NEVER AGAIN I WILL BE COMING HERE NOR WILL I BE REFERRING PEOPLE. I'm so pissed off. If I had the option to select neg -10 I would. I request for a full set and pedi. which cost me $115. I had to pay extra for nail (which is fine) In 3 days my nail polish peeled of like stickers. I have never experience that on acrylic nails. I actually alter my work shift to come in to get my nails done. Because I don't have a lot of free time. I could not come back the day it happen. I came back a week later and ask if they could fix the polish on my nails. Im assuming I was speaking to the manager regarding the situation (some man) I didn't get his name. He told me I waited to long. Slightly disappointed with this nail bar. I have been to other Divine Nail Bars in the Carrollton/Addison area and always had great service at those locations. I was excited to try this newly opened location and I asked for a next-gen set and Classic pedicure. Lynn did my nextgen set and I am disappointed to say it was not the service I was expecting. When she cut my nails, she cut so quickly and roughly that she was clipping my skin along with the nails. Then when she put tips on for my set it was placed crooked 4-5 times and she would rip them off my nail, hurting my actual nail. I then asked for an almond shape which is what I always have done and she did coffin. When I asked her if she was going to make them almond, she said they were almond. I said they needed to be more rounded out and she instead filed quite hard under the nail filing into my skin and cutting it again. I decided not to press further about the shape because of the pain, but you can see in the pictures that the final product was still coffin and not almond. It almost seemed that Lynn did not have much experience and is new to the business. I believe Yolanda did my pedicure and she did a great job. She paid attention to my concerns and her attention to making sure I was comfortable and I liked everything was great. This review would have gotten 5 stars if it was just based on the pedicure but the next-gen treatment dropped my satisfaction. read more

I really want to like this set of nails, but I just can't bring myself to like them. The ombré isn't really ombré--it honestly looks like more of a deep tip. The nails are exceptionally thick almost like there are too many layers. They're even protruding on my skin. It's definitely raised above my skin. There isn't any color on the sides of the nails due to filing. There are a couple of dints and fuss and bubbles in most of the nails. The technician tried so hard, but I think she may be a bit inexperienced especially in ombré. The pedicure was amazing, and the technician who did it did an outstanding job. Overall the salon is well maintained, but I did not see any sanitizing between clients. Everyone who assisted me was very nice and helpful when I had questions, but the mark was definitely missed when it came to executing what I wanted. After posting about my experience on Facebook, the salon reached out to me and offered to redo the nails. They ended up looking much better than the first set (the manager, Tiffany, redid them), BUT many of the nails have cracks in them which started forming just a few days after having them redone. Two of the nails that cracked also ended up painfully breaking less than two weeks after having the nails done. I'll be looking for another bail salon. read more
