Clean and nice, got a gel manicure, it was pretty fast and she did a nice job. Didn't put lotion on my hands- first time I've ever gotten a manicure without that, but no biggie. I was very disappointed to see one of the women working there (who was not with a client at that time) not wearing her mask the entire time I was there. In fact, she had it around her neck, then took it off completely and had it on her arm. I was very relieved when she went in the back. Two other employees were periodically taking off their masks while talking to each other. Nice place, so might give it another try, but unnecessary and against current rules to have employees sitting there without masks. read more

Terrible customer service. Had gel nails painted on Sunday starting peeling on Monday. Went back to the nail shop and was told it was my fault for the gel nails chipping. Spoke to the manager she wasn't much help at all. They did redo my nails but the nasty attitudes was frustrating for me as a customer. Won't be going back. read more

I would give 0 stars if I could. They have on their door that Walk-ins are welcome. I called them at 6.45 PM if they could take an appointment as their hour say closing at 8.00 PM. She said of-course. I get there in 15 min. The lady sends 2 men to the pedi chair, one doing my ledicure and another doing my manicure both of them pulling me in different directions. Within 15 min of me being there they come to take my credit card when I am still having my legs in the water.They finish it in 30 min, a very shabby job to say the least. I protested and the man says we close at 7 PM. I told him their website has the hours as 8 PM and they I called ahead to take the appointment. He says that day they close at 7 PM. I get mani and pedi done in the same pedicure chair. This is such a horrid experience for me. soon after the painting is done in 2 min they all get ready to close the shop lights off and say "please do not wear your socks as it might get smudged" and they motion towards the door. Needless to say by the time I reached home both my thumbs paint is gone. They are rude and very unprofessional. Do not know a thing about customer service. I went in for a normal guy's pedicure, about 4 weeks later my right big toe has almost stopped hurting, redness and swelling is almost gone, the puss has stopped, the scab and my mangled big toenail are now the only remembrance of this terrible experience. I don't know if it was a dirty tool or if she broke a piece of nail and drove it into my toe. Have you ever had to cut away nail from a swollen toe in attempt to relieve pressure that was causing excruciating pain? The guy doing my wife's toes scoffed at her when she told him she likes her toes cut short, he said "uh, I know, I was going to get to it" then he left them too long. My family had what I would best characterize as a terrible experience. My daughter was dropped off with a local elementary school teacher as a special treat to have a kid's manicure/pedicure, advertised at $30 (Pretty steep to start with for simply painting nails, they do no "digging" for kids) versus $45 for an adult manicure/pedicure. When we returned to pick her up, needing to hustle to a practice, the manicurist steadfastly demanded $45. We put up an initial resistance, but were told by the manicurist that the charge was non-negotiable. Not having time, we indicated we would return the next day (Chance #1 to make it right). The next day, upon returning my wife was careful to confirm the rates first which were gladly stated at $30 for kids. When inquiring again about our situation, we were first told they could not find our receipt (Chance #2). Resisting further, we were then questioned about the age of our daughter if she truly was in fact 12 and under.....she's 11 (Chance #3). We were then offered a $15 gift certificate versus cash (Chance #4). Only after demanding to see a manager (who clearly was over-hearing from the back but doing nothing), and noting that we have bought several gift certificates here in the past for teachers, did he finally come out of the back, return $15 and offer no apology. 5 chances and 45 minutes later, they begrudgingly did the obvious thing. Given there are a bunch of nail options in the area, I would think twice about Devine given the obvious ethical issues of the staff and management. Check some of the other reviews.......money and particularly cash seem to be a top priority for this establishment! read more

I went in for a mani/pedi. If you go here I would determine who you like and stick with them. Very inconsistent in the service quality. I usually get the detox which is pretty pricey. The guy completely cut corners and didn't scrub the feet as the offering suggests but merely brushed them? Others always look over my feet and offer additional callus removal since I work out and wear heels. Haven't decided if I will go back so they get an average rating as I know that I have had better service. Get the classic pedi for $27. Tech will try to talk you into more, but once I said no thank you she did not continue to pressure me. The classic included a scrub, lotion massage, and hot towel. While I will say the salon was clean and the nail polish color range was large - the service was horrible I went in for a mani/pedi and received the worst treatment I have had since beginning getting mani/pedis over a decade ago. My technician was incredibly rough and painful. The woman cut my toenail so low it, it began to bleed and is still throbbing hours after the fact. I'm worried it now may be infected. She didn't care at all. When it was time for the manicure, my technician was so rough, she cut my skin deeply with the cuticle scissors on multiple occasions. So much that my hands were bleeding - 4/10 of my nails were heavily bleeding. The technician didn't seem to care a lot and instead was rude and still made me pay full price for the lackluster service. I know my experience with this one individual is probably not indicative of all the workers there - however based on this experience I will never return and would not recommend this to loved one read more

My sister recommended this place so I went for a pedi in preparation to a beach trip. I think the name of the lady was Susan. I enjoyed every minute of my pedi. Unlike most Asian women in this industry that talk to each other in a foreign language she made an effort to chat with me which I appreciated. Never again. Worst pedicure I have ever recieved in my life. She did barely nothing to my feet. Did not take time to scrub my feet. The equipment they use is very cheap and was painful and she cut me. She didnt even use cuticle cream to soften my skin before she clipped so therefore she cut me.
