DO NOT USE THIS ESTABLISHMENT…read more I'll update this review first thing tomorrow morning. My wife and I came here to use a Uhaul to move her stuff from Kendall Yards to Eagle Ridge, and back to the store. That's a total of 17-18MILES (because math is easy and Google maps is free smh) and we were charged for DOUBLE. The gas was also NOT at what they told us when we used the truck. I returned it with more gas than originally was in the truck in the first place. Hear me out, normally I make sure I provide photo evidence but I've moved three times in the city (I'm active duty military) and had NO issues with Uhaul. But I was told the only way to dispute what happens was to have photos instead of owning up to someone's mistake in the establishment. Piss poor. Stay away from here.

This rating is for the manager, Ryan, only. The rest of the staff was friendly and helpful. I…read morerented a 26' truck in May and drove it to Pullman to start a move. The truck had 1/4 tank of gas when I started, so I had to fill up in Pullman. I put $216 of gas in the tank and then noticed a fuel leak. I was able to get a replacement truck in Moscow, but I had to fill up that truck too. I worked with UHaul to get reimbursed for the gas I couldn't use, sending receipts, pictures, and video, but the ultimate decision came down to the Spokane store manager, Ryan. He denied my claim because he didn't think I could have put that much gas in the truck. UHaul's site says the truck has a 60 gal tank. Gas was $4.50/gal. Do the math, Ryan. He was completely unhelpful. I had to file a claim with my credit card company instead. Good luck to any who have to deal with this moron.

I had a bad experience with an online order. I bought a "new" pedal car from this store and had it…read moreshipped to my house, but the shipping cost ended up being almost double what they originally quoted me--even though they used the same company. When the car arrived, it had missing parts, dents, scratches, a bent suspension, and what looked like an old seat. I tried contacting the store and left a voicemail with my information, but no one called me back. A week later, I finally reached the same salesman who took my online order. I explained all the damages and missing parts, and the next day he called me back offering to send the missing parts and give me a $20 credit for the dents and damages--which isn't even close to what it would cost to get a proper paint job. It feels like they just expect me to spray-paint it myself. Then, they sent me an invoice for the refund, but it doesn't show the full amount I originally paid. At this point, the whole process with them feels really fishy.

This last year or so they've had the WORST scalper prices for their Pokemon cards! For example,…read moretoday, a $120 Charizard set being sold at $200, on release day. What??? Everywhere else is selling at or slightly above the $120. What are they selling it so high?? Another example is a $15 Gengar deck being sold at $40. Again..what?? Who is paying this?? They've lost my business forever. Not even going to buy non-Pokemon stuff from them anymore. Won't support this price gouging company.
