My friend and I walked in around 4:40 pm on Saturday and the restaurant was nearly empty. Somehow it still took around twenty minutes for the only front of house staff we saw to come take our orders. After taking our orders, it was another 10-15 minutes before the server came back to "check on" us, but didn't even bring drinks. Another ten or so minutes and he came back to ask my friend what drink she ordered, then left and came back with hers, then left and came back again with my water. No offer of straws. A little while later he came to "check on" us yet again, with a half-hearted "sorry about the wait." We were in the restaurant for nearly an hour, there are a grand total of 8 customers, including us, and no sign of our food. We left around 5:45. read more

Place was empty at 7p when 100F outside should have been a warning. During our dining experience the wait staff was teasing and making noises at someone sitting at a booth who would loudly yell at them. I guess they figured since the place was almost empty it was ok. Then the food. The worst excuse for veal parmigiana I have ever seen. The menu read "spaghetti with meat sauce" what ya get is a vegetable stew on top of veal and spaghetti. Carrots, celery, pepper and onions in a brown sauce with not a hint of meat or marinara. Waitress only said it's meat in the veal.... Really? Then said never had any complaints before. Wow! Very impressed! This review is for carry-out only. Ordered a carry-out for 4 people, so a decent sized order. I was a bit hesitant on the size of the menu with quantity over quality. However, I was surprised with how good the quality was with our meals. Got the Michigan Traverse City Wrap and wow! Huge wrap and packed with tons of chicken and fresh ingredients. Most flavorful chicken I have had from a coney place. I added fries and went with the seasoned fries which are curly fries. I asked for well done and my one compliant is that the fries were not well done and instead were soggy. The burger was cooked to perfection which is hard to do for a lot of other restaurants in the area. Impressed with the size of the patty as well. Good flavor and juicy. The veal cutlet dinner had two big cutlets and a huge portion of mashed potatoes. See the theme here, huge portions! We ordered dessert and they forgot to pack our apply pie, so we went back to pick it up and for our troubles we were given 3 big slices of pie. Rice pudding was also good, creamy, and thick. I love their salads abd wraps! Their grilled chicken is the best I've ever had, the marinated chicken wrap is my favorite! Service was good.

Grabbed some lunch with my dad, it's near his house and he likes it. They have quite an expansive menu! Pretty much anything you would want is available. I got some pretty standard fare, a grilled cheese and fries, my husband got the meat lovers omelette, and dad got a fish sandwich. All were great. Staff were wearing masks the whole time we were there, and they had hand sanitizer available. They seem to be following COVID precautions. read more

Honestly, this place is really good for being a diner. They have a pretty extensive menu - power bowls, salads, pitas, burgers, etc. Their fries and pitas are really good. I like that they have middle eastern options, like being able to add shawarma onto your salads and whatnot. The service is always good too. It's also nice and clean here. read more

Ordered from here on Door dash. The food never came and there was no picture in my app to show where it was dropped off. Door dash asked if I wanted a credit, a refund or a redelivery. I chose the redelivery. I got a call from someone at the restaurant saying that they already made the food. When I told them that it was never delivered, they said that they had to confirm with door dash. I told her that redelivery was an option that door dash gave me. She told me to hold on and then disconnected the call. The dasher got to the restaurant and was told that since they already made the food, they were not remaking it unless a new order came through. Ummmmm... I'm pretty sure it did since you were calling me. So, I never got to try their food and I never will since they decided that they wouldn't remake the food that I never got. The service is always friendly. The food is always hot and very good. The portion sizes are huge! The chicken gyro is very very good with extra taziki sauce. Yummy. The french fries have a coating on them and they are so good. The gyro is also very good and huge. I love thier tomato soup. It's so tasty. Awful customer service! I work at a nearby school and we order here semi regularly. They have messed up our group's orders previously but today made us NEVER want to return. We asked and paid for extra dressing (5 salads) and we were given 5 total despite paying for more. The manager said we should have received 8. Then when the soups were opened, they were COLD. No one wants cold soup. The girl on the phone said "I'm sorry dear" (I'm not your dear) and offered nothing to make amends. When I told the manager, he said we could come back, which is not possible working in a school with a very limited lunch break. Both people I spoke to were combative and didn't seem one bit in making amends. After multiple errors, lack of care and rudeness, we will be taking our lunches (and generous takeout tips) elsewhere. read more

This place has change from when it first opened up. It seems over the last month or so, customer service got bad for some reason. I noticed the last 2 Saturdays service was lousy and slow. Seems the regular wait staff that I was familiar with are gone now. My waitress was totally inept..... bringing my meal out without the cole slaw that was suppose to come with the meal beforehand. I had to ask ..... where's the cole slaw? The previous week the waitress forgot the tartar sauce. And on top of it all - not even a "Oops, sorry". Oh, there was 2 waitresses and 3 tables to wait on this time.... so they were not busy at all. Not sure where my waitress went between orders. It took her awhile to come back to see if I needed anything. The place was great when they first opened - not now! I'm not ever going back there again, since there are a number of better places to eat nearby. read more

My friend ordered Coney dogs with light chili so he could pick them up and eat them he told the waitress this but she brought out two Coney's drowned in sauce and told them that's their light sauce and did not offer to bring him what he asked for. Then never brought the french fries that went with the meal. Then brought the bill that listed the french fries and said you didn't get your French fries do you want them to go he said no I want you to take them off the bill. I ordered a Coney and chili my Coney was drowned and chili sauce and that was the oiliest chili I have ever eaten in my life. So the waitresses only concern was letting my friend know that his complaint was incorrect did not offer to replace the meal with what he asked for and took forever to bring us our food and service. We will not be back.. PS previously I have eaten there several times and services been acceptable and the food has been good I don't know what changed but it's too bad. read more

As my husband says, we'v been there twice, the first time and the last time. We've recently moved to the area and are trying different places to find our "go to" spots. This won't be one. Visited on a Sunday about 2:00. There were 9 or 10 tables with people. It took the hostess about 3 minutes of standing there to seat us, no one else at the door but her phone was more important. We asked for water and a coffee. A waitress brings a coffee and an iced tea, no water, and says our waitress will be right over. I ordered a breakfast dish, she comes back a few minutes later telling me they are out of a key ingredient. Not what I wanted but I could deal with it. I asked for Swiss cheese and salsa on the side. Meal comes, it has cheddar and mozzarella cheese, no Swiss. I sent it back. A different waitress brings the fresh one, we had to ask for silverware. There were four different people at our table and no one noticed we didn't have silverware. Our waitress checks in, so I ask for my salsa. We finish our meal, and the cook, waitress and hostess are busy discussing the schedule, so we wait about 10 minutes for our bill, where we are charged for the iced tea we didn't order. The food was good, the waitress was nice, but not worth the overall hassle. read more

I came here on a Saturday night. The place was very slow but I was greeted right away by a server who was not my server, but got my drink order. My waitress finally came over after several long minutes to take my food order. I ordered the patty melt and french fries which came out steaming hot and was really good. I sat there for a few after I was done, then went to the bathroom to wash my hands. I stood in line to cash out without a bill, and my server walked past me a few times. I finally asked her for my bill, and she said that the cashier could print it out for me. I don't know about you, but it shouldn't be so hard to get a copy of a bill before you get to the register. This makes me very sad. Used to be our family's favorite restaurant. Decided to take 2 of my friends there for our (friends lunch) since this had been the best place to choose in my area, I was not only disappointed in the food, the service was horrible and the plates and utensils and the bathrooms were dirty. I was so embarrassed and had to apologize to my friends whom I rarely see. There was one other table being occupied and my friend literally after 15 minutes had to go get a waitress to bring us menus, then go get one to take our order. The rueben sandwiches were soggy and horrible, the corned beef un -chewable. The lemon rice soup was the only edible portion i won't criticize. Needless to say we wont be back. I saw there was a new cook in the back. When the owner was there and used to do the cooking the food was impeccable. Please take advise from a long time patron. Don't loose your restaurant due to poor service and bad food. And cleanliness is of the highest importance, especially after the last 2 years of what this country has endured. The fries are insanely good... I definitely recommend the gyro! The meat was cooked perfect and it was huge! I asked for the onions to be grilled grilled and the waitress didn't roll her eyes, like a couple other places I don't go to anymore. The waitress was very good. Place is clean and bright. read more
