I have been coming to thus salon for about 7 years. Service is mostly okay. The owner and some of the ladies can be brusque. If all you need is a pedicure, and you get one of the friendly ladies, it is a great experience. If you expect a great basic manicure, go elsewhere. Your nails will be abused. Back and forth filing with a really rough file. Nails does not get filed smoothly at all. I left to discover a tear in my nail, which broke while sorting laundry only 5 hours later. To fix it I will likely ruin not only the nail varnish on that nail, but all of them. This will be my second and last manicure here. They recently renovated and enlarged their space. My pedicure is now $8 more than what I used to pay (2 months ago). I always use my own polish as theirs is so old and they lack variety. I will be looking elsewhere. I do want to mention Donna. She is so friendly and goes the extra mile to ensure you have not only a great pedicure (she also did SNS for me once), but that your pedicure looks amazing. Thank you Donna.

I love Sky nails! I have been coming here for years and they never disappoint. The staff is super friendly and deliver exactly what I ask for, and the quality of their work is consistent. I always ask for a design and they always do a great job. Even though I like my acrylics short, I always get compliments on them from friends and family.

My friend and I did schedule an appointment ahead of time but we still couldn't sit together & get our nails done like we planned on. For that and not having the color I was looking for, I cannot give 5 stars. The price was affordable and our nails looked good.

I'd give zero stars if I could. I went here for a quick nail color change & the man at the front desk made me feel as though I have no importance as a customer just because I was getting a color change done. I said I wanted my nails filed down & him & the nail tech both looked at me like I had requested something crazy... As soon as I walked in and throughout my entire stay there was an overwhelming smell of incense burner and with hardly any ventilation going on it gets hard to breath. If Im going to a nail salon then I expect a certain level of cleanliness and organization. Every seat is so packed close together, the lady behind me kept hitting my chair when moving out and about. The nail techs are speaking obnoxiously loud making it completely awkward. The lady next to me was getting her nails painted as well and her nail tech messed up her nails and instead of redoing the nail she just painted over that spot making it splotchy. It just looks like they want to fit as many people as they can so they're extremely crowded with their furniture. The lady who did my nails did not remove my previous color completely so I had multiple splotches of my red polish left on my nails AND on my fingers. She didn't even think to remove any of the excess polish from my skin. All in all - ridiculous, unprofessional, disorganized, cluttered, bad customer service, & overall not clean. Never ever going back. That's for sure. Save your money and go elsewhere.

This salon is friendly, clean, and prompt. We always walk-in and the longest we have ever waited is 30 minutes. Their service is fast and they do repairs without charging extra! I have enjoyed 3 years of coming in for fantastic service!

DO NOT go to sky nails. My customer service was horrible, AND all of my nails are uneven, lumpy, and different shapes. They charged me a total of $45 for NORMAL SNS while their menu says $35. They continued to up charge me. After the session was over I told my nail artist I had left over black polish all over my hands! She took a little amount off then said "ok. Bye" leaving a majority of it on. HIGHLY disappointed and would not recommend to anyone. Also my personal nail technician spoke little English and barley spoke loud enough for me to hear. She didn't ask my name or even tried to engage in small talk. She also tired to blame the lumpiness of the nails on me saying I bumped them when I clearly did not.

    Perfection in a picture.

Lady was not very polite and cut my skin on my ring and thumb fingers. Left bleeding and annoyed.

Just had a fabulous brow wax. Meticulously done for just $8. Very friendly. I'll be back.

The salon is hands down beautiful, serene, and definitely "posh". Everyone was so kind! They accommodated us immediately and didn't mind us gabbing on and on catching up after not seeing each other for a while. The color selection is large enough that I found my go to shade fairly quickly. We opted for the powdered milk highest end pedicure and a basic manicure. Heavenly! My polish got smudged twice and while they were quick to fix it, I wish they'd just redone that particular toe nail over instead of spot correcting since it was fairly evident that portion of the nail did not match the rest. I let it go in the interest of time, but after leaving I noticed even my finger nails could have used a second coat. I could visibly see the polish lines. Got home after some errands and the spot corrected nail had completely ruined, which was frustrating. All on me for not being vocal, but a bit disappointing since I simply trusted that it'd be done right. Went to pay and almost completed my transaction before my gf noticed they had a 20% discount advertised, but they didn't apply it to our bills. Had she not said anything, I would have paid the full price and gone about my day. That's definitely predatory on the salon's behalf and pretty disheartening/disappointing to almost have be taken advantage of. Watch your bill! I think the one thing that truly irked me is that they asked me if they could put my purse on another chair, which is completely fine, but threw a dirty rag on top of it and left it there. I was appalled when I looked over and saw what they'd done as it's a suede purse that absolutely should not have any kind of water on it. That's 100% a no-no regardless! Willing to go back for a second chance, but will most definitely be more cautious the next go around for sure!

While the staff was polite and the final nail quality was decent, the overall experience was extremely frustrating due to scheduling and time management issues. Despite having appointments, services ran significantly behind schedule throughout the evening. The children (age 9&10) in our group waited several hours (approx 5hrs) before their services even began, and my acrylic nail appointment did not start until around 9:30 PM. I ultimately left the salon close to midnight. :( In total, I spent nearly 8 hours (one work day) at the salon for a gel pedicure and a fairly simple acrylic nail set. By the time my service started, I was too exhausted to proceed with the nail art I had originally planned. I understand that nail art can take time, but customers should be informed of major delays, and appointments should be managed in a way that respects everyone's time. Keeping adults and young children in the salon until almost midnight is not an acceptable customer experience. The nails themselves turned out nicely, but the excessive wait and lack of schedule management overshadowed the entire visit. I hope the salon improves its appointment planning and communication going forward. 2 stars--one star for the nail quality and one for the staff being courteous. The final nails are fine, but no nail service is worth spending an entire workday in a salon. The issue was not the technicians' skills--it was the complete lack of appointment management, prioritization, and respect for customers' time.
