This coin up only deserves one star because they have heavy load machines. 40 out of the 50 dryers were out of order, not only that but these dryers emit no heat whatsoever, therefore; this will seriously be my last time doing laundry here. Everyone in here was complaining about getting ripped off their dang quarters smh, don't waste your money or time doing your laundry here, the owners are certainly con artist secretly robbing ppl for their money wow!!! Okay, I am going to break this review in four separate sections: Laundromat, Staff & Alterations, & Environment. Laundromat: Machines, way too expensive and some don't wash clothes properly and some took change. This place needs a remodeling pronto! Staff: From what I had experienced today, this staff was horrible! Upon putting money in the machine they walk up to me and ask how much are you putting in the machine as if I do not know how to read! Not to mention their respect for their patrons are none at all! They should take hospitality lessons before opening up a laundromat! Also, who in the right mind goes in the bathroom with the key without knocking and a patron is using the bathroom still! Evasion of privacy!!!! Alterations: Now I know for a fact the person taking the orders was nice and all but she forgot to add some things to my invoice which my order was not completed and the seamstress (one who does the sewing) hates being told there is more work to be done she will charge you additionally besides the costs even though you were specific on your order! Lastly, environment!: Goods: Video games to pass the time but too expensive! Snacks but overpriced just go across the street to Walgreens if you are hungry, Bad: Tiny parking lot that can fit no more then ten or so cars if that! Bathroom toilet is never cleaned and never have toilet paper there I had to ask for some and they just told me to grab some and not the roll how rude! This is the only place I get my military uniform dry cleaned and altered because they are the only people I trust. They are fast, efficient, and they ALWAYS do a good job. The people who work there are also very friendly too. So if you have a piece of clothing that is very important to you and you need it dry cleaned or altered, you should most definitely take it here. read more

The dry cleaning and service were good, until they insisted on charging me twice. I paid up front, but the woman behind the counter forgot to mark my stub. Not having been here before, I didn't notice. When I went in again to pick up my suit jacket, the same woman insisted that I had not paid yet. Not having any cash on me, I was forced to go across the street to Walgreens to get some (in the rain), as they refuse to take cards for anything under $15. I won't be back. read more

The young lady at the counter has been outstanding with her service and I will come there again and again. What if I fold you, that there are other better and younger laundry mats near this, that's a lot better. Ones that can go 24/7 all through the night. Cough Cough Mission Fiesta cough cough. This place remind me of an old-timer trying to hook itself in the corner, trying really hard to get people to come inside it. It's near a bus-stop that makes it look like busy, when it's not. The place has barely anybody there, besides some questionable 'customers' who looks like drug-dealers. There, there are some bums there looking for somewhere to sleep. Other than those two types of customers, the place might attract some locals to use it, but for the most part. It's pretty empty. Don't get me wrong, Clean X-Press isn't the worst place to do to laundry. I don't want my review to seem that it's not worth your time. If you want to spill your dirty laundry here. Go ahead, I wouldn't stop you, just note, it's a place that seem stuck in a time-warp, where you still separate your whites from your colors. You're get that, if you go here. Nobody go here, happy. There is no rainbow color underwear that makes it look bright and new. No snuggle the bear smell. Just old greasy bear bums sweat smell. It's bland as hell in here. The place tries hard to keep it fairly clean, just wish, it can keep the bums not washing anything, out. It does have a bathroom, but I never did bother, going in there to check if it's clean or not. There are TVs there. Since, the place is run by Filipinos. You probably end up watching an endless amount of soap operas and game shows. By the end, of your run, you probably be speaking Tagalog very well, because the washing and drying machines do go really slow. They only got heavy load machines that often break down. There is a soda machine and a snack machine with very limited selections. Once again, I didn't bother, checking if the items in there are fresh. There are quarter machines available for change and an ATM machine. Still, I wouldn't dare put my ATM card in there. That's asking for trouble. There are seating, but like I said, bums sometimes sleep there, and you find yourself, using a folding table as a seat, at times. They indeed change their hours of operation, where they closed early on evenings. So watch out for that. They don't bother opening on Sunday, so don't bother. FORCED TO GIVE 1 START went to pick up my clothes today and to my surprised the lady told me that they're missing my DKNY vest. got the other clothes but not the vest!! i was speechless, that is my fist time using it and i really love that vest and she just say "oh, we can not find it!" "it's accident!" And what makes it worst, is that we keep on saying that its old and it's not stylist. well excuse me, if it's not stylist enough, then who ever took it will return it if its really accidentally hand it to other customer. i was so upset that she keep insisting on paying me $30.00 for it!! my goodness... if it's not bad to blame i would say she liked my vest and she would just claim its missing and just pay me the money. I would not surprise it that was the case since she keep on saying it happened before. i would think that if they like something they will just say its lost and we pay you $30.00. what makes it worst, was they never called me to inform that they are missing one my clothes/vest. 2 weeks after went to pick it up then she has the nerve to say "oohhh, the vest is missing". ive been coming here for the past 8 years now, and my experience every time has been nothing but outstanding. this is the only place i trust with my dry cleaning, my laundry, and my alterations. the ladies that work there are always very friendly, the service is great and fast, and the prices are low as well. theres also a parking lot, so i never struggle with finding a parking spot. i dont see why there are only 2 other reviews! this place definitely deserves more reviews. all in all, great service, and i will continue to be a lifelong customer. read more
