The lady at the counter argued with me saying that the pants from the factory weren't actually 32 inches to begin with and gave excuses. We both agreed that if I came back with a receipt for the new slacks I had to buy, the store would give me the money back for replacement as the sign posted in the front mentioning that I could get up to 150$ back for damaged items. I later returned, and was refused the money back. I might be able to understand the tailoring issue, but my suit and shirts looked awful as well!! For that price, the alterations should have been done in a couple of days, not over a week. To make matters worse, the receipt said they would be ready to pick up at 5:00 PM, but the shop closes exactly at 5:00 PM, which makes absolutely no sense. When I picked up my pants, they couldn't locate them because they had my phone number under a different name. My receipt had my correct name and phone number on it. You would think whatever they printed out would be what's in their system. If a business is going to charge top-tier prices for basic alterations, they need to manage their scheduling and organization properly. Extremely frustrating experience.
