The lady that I got was absolutely HORRIBLE. From the jump she had an awful attitude and did not let me speak. She interrupted multiple times while I was trying to explain my situation. Her name is MARINA. She clearly did not want to help me with a bonded title, tried to pass it off to someone else. I'm so upset that someone who has a "customer service representative" position can be so rude and nasty. Steven- thank you for your timely response. I appreciate the insight! The issue was not the explanation, it was Marina. She has a horrible attitude and clearly did not want to help. And, unlike a sight built home, a Mfg Home is sold like a car. However, as someone who has dealt with both the MVD, and numerous 3rd Party Offices, these 3rd Parties are much faster than the MVD. And, in some cases, much closer. So, usually well worth the extra dollars for the speed, and convenience. The place is on the small side. But, is very clean. They only have 2 Windows. But, when I was there (both times), only 1 Window was open. Luckily, they weren't crowded. So, the wait time was like 10 minutes. A must use facility for most MVD transactions for people in a hurry.

I had everything they requested including a birth certificate, and two registered letters of mail at my address of record. The kid working there said my birth certificate was no good and was giggling and the manager Gabriel said the same thing. I think the office is very unprofessional. They acted like they didn't want to help me. I don't speak spanish so not sure if that was the reason. I have had good experiences with other employees working at that office but those working today were not great.
