I normally have no problem at this location. Unfortunately today is very different. I was there yesterday to transfer title on my new vehicle. The form was signed and completely filled out. They didn't like where the previous owner signed so they said I had to come back with the same signature in a different spot. I did that and now today they're saying different things. First it was the address. When I asked to speak with a manager she said it was the signature not matching. Then they came back to say that it was never filled out on Friday. Which is total BS because they verified everything multiple times before I left. The customer service is horrible. I have no reason to falsify anything. Sadly this isn't the first time I've witnessed their treatment of customers like this. Supervisors need to do better. If I could put zero stars I would! read more

Go to a primary DMV instead. Came to get a license. They told me it would be delivered in 15 days. It hasn't and they told me I actually have to wait to 30 days to get a photo retaken and to pick it up at their location. Ridiculous since paying $35 in convenience fee. It should be delivered to my house. They told me I'm basically paying that convenience fee for a chair in the waiting room. Do not come here it is basically a scam. Go to the primary DMV to get your license or whatever without having to pay that inconvenience fee. This has happened to various other people too. Also they added a QR code to my temporary photo ID to leave a review. It doesn't even work. They don't want you leaving these reviews. read more

Jessica was super helpful and answered any questions I had. I'm new to the state and was confused on what the process was but she walked me through everything. Her and another girl were super friendly, let me re-take my picture and run out to my car to get my glasses. I came to get an Arizona drivers license and it was $57. I could not get the federal one since I didn't have 2 proofs of address so make sure you bring all the right documents! She also let me know the federal one would be mandatory in 2025, which was good to know. Came on a Monday at 4:00pm and left at 4:49pm. Fast service compared to other places. The only reason I'm docking off a star is because it smelled terribly like urine. read more

I've been to this location three times in the past 60 days to get my licensed renewed. I was told my license would arrive in 15 business days... I came back in after 30 days because it had not arrived. I was told that they would send another one out again that would arrive within fifteen days. It has now almost been 60 days since I first came in, so I went again to see where my ID was. I was met with rude customer service as they told me I needed to wait the full thirty days to see if my license would come. I explained that I have an upcoming trip that I absolutely need my ID for and I was told that I should've had it send to the location rather than my home address. I was then told that, if my ID doesn't come, that I would have to pay an additional $35 dollars to get it resent. This whole experience has been absolutely ridiculous and I am realizing that I should've just went to the DMV. What a waste of my time and money. read more

I actually didn't have any issues going into this place. The reviews had me preparing myself mentally for bad service but I actually got quite the opposite of that. I needed to get a 30 day permit and my temporary registration from New Mexico where the car was shipped from was expiring today on a holiday on all days. This was literally the only place that was open. I entered and got a number at about 2:10 and was out of the place by 2:45. Don't let the amount of people waiting fool you because these people hustle. The lady behind the counter was very friendly and personable for having to work on a holiday. Everyone that was working there was very friendly. Check the MVD website for anything you might need to bring in. I notice a lot of the reviews for this business at the many locations on both yelp and google are due to not bringing what's required and the frustration that the agent wasn't able to complete what was requested because of that. I paid $30ish for my 30 day permit. $15 was the MVD fee and $15 was the convenience fee. I didn't mind paying that. It was a convenience to be able to go down on a holiday to get what I needed cause with the way cops have been driving up close to read my New Mexico temp tag, they would definitely pull me over if I waited till June 1st. COVID standards were good. There was hand sanitizer, plenty of chairs available that were all spaced out. Masks are required and one will be provided to you if you don't have one. The only downfall which I didn't knock a star off cause its out of their control is the area. Be sure to keep your doors locked and valuables hidden. read more

I went to get my IL drivers license changed to an AZ one and left this location feeling that I'd just been robbed. First, it costs a small fortune and second, they did not mention that the picture they took was horrible. My hair was sticking up from pulling my sunglasses off and that was the best part about the picture. They would not allow me to retake it. VERY EXPENSIVE FEES ! Went here for title and registration for my 2017 Yamaha XT250. My cost breaks down like this: MVD FEES: $43.55, GG & D FEES: $44.95, total cost $88.50. Plus there were at least 20 people here, so I had to wait about the same time as going to MVD, really regret going here and paying them more than MVD would have charged me! I went in to do my drivers test and called ahead to see what time they stopped doing them, the robot that tells you the times said 8-5 so we showed up right before 4 and when we went up to the window to ask to do the test, the lady told us they weren't going to help us because it makes it less complicated and easier on them. The lady even told us they stopped doing them at 5 as if it was 5 when it was barley 4 and made a face at us like if we were dumb. read more

One of the worst things people hate the most is going to this type of places. Well I gave it a five stars for the most amazing customer service I could have experience on GG&D. And I'll be honest I been here before and hated the girls, they are mean and look like cholas. Lol but once in a while you bump into girls like Maria. Let me tell you about her. And sadly I'm sure this place has maybe. 2-3 Marias. Well I went in to update my drivers license informations and I'm so happy she helped me. She was so sweet and nice and polite. She wasn't mean like the other girls. She was honestly helping me. She spoked to me about my day and I asked about hers. She also gave me few compliments on my clothing, now what woman doesn't love complements I know I do. Well thank you Maria it was so nice to chat with you and you made my 20 minute wait time seemed like it was 5 minutes. The building its not the prettiest, it needs some work done. Amazing service. I went here today, took a number, and waited maybe 2 minutes before my number was called. I told the guy what I was there to do and he advised me that there was a premium (which I was more than willing to pay to not have to go to the DMV), then started the process. This place is up to 3x the price just for being a third party. I came to re new my license it was almost $45!! I told the girl "it's always $12" she says yes at the main location. Extremely terrible service and customer service skills. I paid for a replacement ID that never came in the mail. I went in to ask for another ID however my birthday had passed so I needed the over 21 ID and the woman claiming to be the manager refused to let me do a price difference or get my money back from the ID I NEVER got in the mail. She offered to resend my paperwork but there was no point because I don't need that ID anymore. She said "you paid for our services and you received them" no ma'am I paid for a new ID that I never got in the mail. Went in to renew my license plates and was turned away because I needed additional information. When asking what all I needed to come prepared the agent instead had an attitude repeating over and over that they wouldn't be able to do anything. I kept asking the rep to please provide me a copy with what all I needed in order to come better prepared next time and kept going on and raising her voice. Finally printed a note that said they would not be able to renew my plates without the one and only thing I ALREADY knew I needed. Very unprofessional, unwilling to help and lacks customer service skills. The rep was Eli G, hope you use this a learning opportunity to improve on how you treat CUSTOMERS. And hopefully this 3rd Party Facility also uses this as an opportunity to provide better training and teach their reps common courtesy and a few things on customer service skills. read more
