The saga continues. I tried to have my credit card company stop the payment to Computers & More,…read morebut it was denied. They stated I had signed a receipt saying I had received the services listed and therefore the charge was valid. This is unfortunately true. On the day in question, I stopped by the shop to pick up my computer as they had told me the repair was successful and completed. I was on the way to a doctor's appointment, in a hurry, so I signed what they put in front of me, which, unbeknownst to me, stated I had received the listed service. There was no stipulation that the service was successful. It was not. When I finally got home, I turned on the computer, and it was in exactly the same condition as it had been in when I gave it to them. Long story short, I was charged $386 for nothing! I see from other 1-star ratings that folks are finding out about this shop. I recommend you do not trust your repair with these people.
