If you love olives they have the best olive bar, the selection is extensive imo, I'm kind of an olive snob and these fit my criteria for perfect olives. The tuna mac, best I've ever had. All of the salads we tried have been incredible (Caprese, potatoe, cucumber, antipasto) AMAZING!! The hot food bar, has so many options for quick take home hot meals. The butcher shop has just what you expect. Last visit we ordered sandwiches and ate in the cute little cafe seating area. The store is well set up and the staff is so friendly. 1 million out of 10 recommend this store.

I had eaten at Saati Deli before and since I was already in the plaza, I decided to go there. There were a few people in line and a few waiting for orders. I grabbed a soda and when it was my turn, an employee was moving around behind the counter but did not acknowledge me. It only took a few minutes for a woman to come over and ask if I had been helped. She took my order, a turkey and Swiss on toasted rye with fries, and I paid. My order took a little longer than expected. When my sandwich was brought out, the fries were missing. The employee realized it and went to get them, but there was a brief mix up before the correct order was brought out. It was not a big deal for me since I was not in a hurry, and I have eaten here before without delays, so this may have just been an off day. I had more errands to run and did not eat right away. By the time I got home, the fries were still warm, which impressed me. The sandwich was tasty as always and the fries were very good. My order was correct and the food quality was exactly why I keep coming back. I have also been at events that Saati has catered, and the food has always been very good there as well. The space inside is a bit small, but I do not mind that. What stands out less positively is the customer service. Several other reviewers have mentioned the staff not being very friendly, and I would agree. The interaction feels less than businesslike, more like they will get you your food but without much engagement. A little more warmth would go a long way. Prices are on the higher side, but that comes with freshly prepared food and I am fine with that, especially when supporting a local business instead of a big chain. I will return because I do enjoy the food and appreciate having a local option like this. With more consistent friendliness, this place could really elevate the overall experience. 4 stars.

The only dish I wasn't entirely pleased with was the antipasto. I was envisioning whole chunks of cheese, olives, peppers and rolled cold cuts. Instead it was finely chopped cold cuts and American cheese on a bed of oily greens with a few pickled vegetables. Alas, I don't have any pictures! I didn't think to take any with all the festivities. I would definitely use them again for my catering/party needs.

It was good to know the turkey is roasted "in house." I took half home. In my opinion, the prices are not only fair but on the low side for the quality of food served. My sandwich was only $9.99 with chips and a pickle spear. Side salads are inexpensive and delicious I hear. The two sided laminated menu was easy to navigate. Specials of the day are posted at the entrance. Service was prompt and friendly. The charming cafe is located at the end of a strip of businesses off Rt. 7 near the Galleria 7 Food Court. There are many tables and a full bar in a well lit inside seating area. In addition, there is a great patio with nice planters on one side. Lots of parking. Easy access for wheelchairs and walkers.
