Came by for coffee on a rainy Saturday morning. Wasn't super busy which was nice. Atmosphere was cute, there were interesting tile floors and shelves filled with quirky books. The table we sat at had giant pieces of cork for seats which was a fun touch. Still not totally sure why it's called Do No Feed Alligators though. I ordered an iced latte, and it was pretty good. We got it for drinking there and it came in a glass cup. I will note the at there was a sign that said no tablets or computers, so they don't want people taking up space by working. It was a nice change of pace being at a coffee shop where everyone is socializing instead of doing work. I'm sure this is also due to the limited seating, there were only a few tables inside and a couple on a patio outside. I was drawn to the store by its unique name, but unfortunately was let down. My family and I had gotten four drinks, and all of them were lackluster. The vanilla latte was very milky and had too much syrup, so it was very sweet. They hand-whisk their matcha per order, but our matcha drinks had come out grainy and the flavor wasn't smooth. The staff also weren't very nice. They weren't explicitly rude, but it was very clear that none of them wanted to be there or serving you. They also forgot to make me and my cousin's drink, and my cousin had even ordered 20 minutes after I did. I understand missing orders when it's super busy, but there was a normal flow of business at the time and they had missed two of our orders. The store itself is nice and has indoor and outdoor seating that is relaxing to sit and chat or read a book. They also have a couple pastries for sale. Both drinks were really good but the cups are so small compared to the prices of each! A 16oz cup would've been reasonable and on par with other cafes. There are some tables at the front and a counter on the side with some barstools across from where the baristas are making the drinks. But there is an outdoor patio in the back with some heat lamps!
