My mom and I have been visiting Broadway for the past three years and I'm not sure how we missed Doc Holidays, but I would highly encourage you to go to the end of Broadway and visit this bar. It was a very welcoming atmosphere. The music was great, and Alex the bartender was phenomenal. This is truly a hidden gem in a very tourist influenced area. Just go, you'll get it.

This is a really small place with dollars plastering the walls & lots of character but what made it an amazing experience was the quality of the music. Noah Anthony was really really good & the cram packed room full of music fans was a fun bunch to hang out with. It did get a little crazy, a woman on the bar dancing, but all in good fun.

    Huge Bloody Mary's

We wanted a good Bloody Mary and Doc Holliday's definitely has it. One of the best Bloody Mary's we have had and they are huge. The garnishes are a meal. The drink had a great flavor. We sat at the bar and the bartenders were great and very attentive even though they were absolutely slammed this morning. Just about everyone coming in was ordering the Bloody Mary. They had Tombstone playing on the TV behind the bar. This will definitely be on our list the next time we are in Nashville.

Came here just for the jumbo Bloody Mary's and they were fantastic! Almost a meal in itself and so tasty. Bartender served them quickly and liked how they used Tito's vodka too. Kind of a hole-in-the-wall with tourist dollar bills taped all over ... so we had to add our own, of course! The solo guitarist playing at noon on a Thursday was also a nice touch.

Fun vibe. I enjoyed the sunny-d shot. We went to play darts and I put in $1 only to find out it was $6 for one round. I forfeited my dollar. There was also some awkward situations with spinning the wheel. Some young girl was being pressured into showing herself. Totally uncomfortable. We added our $1 bill and left after one round of drinks.

Mellow dive bar with good music and people watching. One of the smaller places in Nashville but still worth it to stop in.

Ambiance and service was great. It's right off Broadway in Nashville. One of the most interesting bars I have ever been in.

I'm 30 years old and have used this license without issue for years. When I asked what specifically was wrong with the ID, nobody could provide an explanation. Instead, staff consulted a manager and simply told me they would not be serving me. Meanwhile, the other members of my group, all around the same age and carrying valid IDs, were able to order drinks without issue. As an Asian customer, I left this establishment believing I was racially profiled. I was singled out, denied service despite presenting valid identification, and never given a legitimate explanation for why my ID was supposedly unacceptable. Since the incident, I have found multiple reviews from other customers of color describing experiences that raised similar concerns about profiling and disparate treatment. The entire experience was humiliating, unprofessional, and unacceptable. There are plenty of businesses in Nashville that can verify IDs without treating customers this way.

This time, we switched things up and hit it for lunch instead. Good call. We grabbed seats at the bar, where Todd was holding down the fort. The guy was outstanding. Drinks never sat empty, food came out smoothly, and he somehow managed to be attentive without hovering over us every five minutes asking if everything was okay. My wife started with the Nashville Margue, which goes down way too easy for something packing moonshine. Light, refreshing, and carrying enough kick to remind you you're in Tennessee. Then Todd introduced us to a Bloody Mary made with a new pickle-infused vodka. Now, that sounds like one of those ideas that should either be amazing or a complete disaster. Turns out it's amazing. My wife loved it so much she's already talking about coming back tomorrow for another one. For food, we started with the pretzels and beer cheese. Simple. Warm. Soft. Salty. Exactly what you want while settling into a Nashville afternoon. Nothing fancy, just done right. Then I went all in on the mac and cheese topped with Nashville hot chicken. Yee Haw. Creamy mac and cheese. Crispy chicken. That signature Nashville heat. Comfort food with a little attitude. Just the way it should be. The best thing about The Stillery is that it knows exactly what it is. Good food. Good drinks. Good people. No gimmicks. No trying too hard. Just a fun place to sit down, relax, and enjoy yourself. Fifteen trips to Nashville (together) and it's still one of our first stops. That's probably the strongest review I can give. Five stars.

The spot is in an old building in the middle of the entertainment district (Lower Broad area). It has a small outside seating area, for when it is not a sauna, Inside there is a nice sized bar, if you are just seeking a drink. They are known for their mac & cheese, which I have never tried in all of the times I have been to the Stillery. Very creamy, cheesy mac & cheese. The Nashville hot chicken has a nice spice to it. A bit mild for the serious hot chicken fans, but the flavor is there. The chicken tenders are fairly standard. And the crinkle fries are mid. I enjoyed both of the drinks. At $14.50, they are at least $1.50 less than the standard Broadway cocktails in the star bars, so iti s a less expensive option to get a drink. I don't think they ever have live music, unlike some others here, so you are going for the food, not the noise. Service was great, as always. The staff is always prompt and knows their menu. It is more bar food and the menu is limited, but what they do, they do well.
