My name is David vargas, I'm patient of docdental smiles, I found this hidden jewel tru the Menifee 24/7 homepage, I'm a guy who doesn't usually write reviews but I felt obligated to do so because of the great work dr Tran and his team have done, don't know how start but I will do my best, too many good things to say and nothing bad to say at all, let me first start by saying dr Tran is a great great dentist, I take my hat off to him, if you are scare to go to the dentist, trust me after one visit with dr Tran,that won't be the case anymore, you don't feel nothing at all, he has great hand and is a perfeccionist, he will do a great job on whatever work he's doing on you, in my case I got implants and let me tell you he did a great and excellent job, I'm very happy and very impress with his work, trust me you won't leave unsatisfied with dr Tran, not only is he great dentist, he's also a great person, very friendly and a very professional, together with his team they make you feel like family, right at home, the team he has set up at his office, I would call it a dream team, starting with Amanda at the front, does and excellent job and what can I say about maricela and Cristina,both are excellent as well, they do a great job assisting dr Tran and also make sure to make you feel at home, nothing but good things for those 3 ladies, overall would I recommend dr Tran? This is a small practice & they dedicate their time taking care of every single customer. My whole family been going to Dr. Tran for 2 years now & they treat us as family members since day 1. Love the special care/ attention was given at this office. All the staffs are friendly and fun. They make my appointment went by like a breeze. Never we have to wait more than 10 minutes before seeing Dr Tran even though they are pretty busy sometimes. Dr Tran is a gentle & honest dentist. He always has patients' best interest in mind. He recommends treatments considering our financial situation. We appreciate that he always takes time listening to our concerns. Their price is reasonable & their service is excellent. Dr. Tran and the rest of this office is phenomenal. I was unable to go to the dentist for 3+ years, and today I went to this office for the first time. I was greeted warmly by staff and they really made me feel taken care of. I've never been to an office like this. Dr. Tran was very kind and gentle with me. He explained every step he did and frequently checked in with me to make sure I was doing okay. Like many other people, I have some pretty bad dental anxiety, and I've never been to an office so understanding. Dr. Tran and his working family makes us feel like their family. They are the most friendly and professional dentistry office we have ever experienced. Thanks to Dr. Tran my Husband will be able to smile again and eat whatever he wants with 4 posts and a set of full dentures as he only has 2 teeth to eat with right now. He's properly sedated so he doesn't feel a thing or remember a thing . Believe me He's so excited about what Dr. Tran is doing for him . The Dental Assistants are hard workers and friendly . I wish I could give them 100 stars. I wouldn't recommend any other dentist. The staff here is absolutely wonderful. I was so scared to go back to a dentist after having horrible experiences with my first dentist but Dr. Tran and his whole team have put me at ease. They worked with my schedule and really made my dental plan for me. They are so gentle I almost fell asleep! I had to go for 5 visits to complete my dental plan and after the first one it was like going to the candy store (minus the cavities)! I would recommend Dr. Tran and his amazing team to anyone! The office staff is very friendly and informative! I went in on a Friday due to tooth ache, Dr. Lee extracted my wisdom tooth and it resolved the problem! I highly recommend this dental office! I had very severe wisdom tooth pain that came suddenly. I was able to book an appointment with Dr. Tran right away. Upon arrival, I felt very welcomed by the staff and they made the process very smooth. The office is very well kept and extremely clean. I waited no longer than 5 minutes before seeing Dr. Tran and he evaluated and treated my wisdom teeth with ease. I normally hesitate to go to the dentist but Dr Tran made all my visits so pleasant! Dr Tran cares about his patients and his staffs are super friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond to take care of me. Trust me I'm not the easiest person to deal with. I had two wisdom teeth removed, a crown, couple fillings and a deep clean. My wife and I have been paients of Dr. Tran since 2014. Staffs are very friendly and professional. Dr Tran is very gentle, caring and honest. He would not recommend any unneccessary treatments and he is really good at what he is doing. I have got a few fillings, crowns and implants done. This dental office came highly recommended. I drove all the way from Costa Mesa & I'm so happy i did! The staff is extremely helpful and caring and I had an AMAZING experience with the dr. as well. Went in with an infection and ended up needing my wisdom tooth removed and 2 cavities filled (which i was SUPER nervous about) but the docdental team were amazing and made me feel so comfortable and at ease. They were able for fit me in their busy schedule for same day appointment. My root canal treatment was painless. The price was reasonable considering I don't have dental insurance.
