I'm giving two stars only because of the location & the consistency & flavor of the drinks. With several different flavors to choose from you can't go wrong it's sort of like having a fat Tuesdays on the beach. Now the staff is another thing extremely rude and I sat and watched them serve four to five different people prior to coming to take my order; and those customers came after I had sat down and was waiting to be served and I flagged my hand at the bartender to try & be served, if it wasn't such a warm day and I was thirsty and wanted one of those drinks I would've got up and left. Stumbled upon this place while here for a business trip with one of my coworkers. I must say this was one of the best meals during our week here with definitely some of the best views. I got the Buffalo chicken wrap and she got the shrimp po boy and we were both satisfied with our meal. We had ocean view dining and great service by our waitress. Everyone was incredibly friendly and prices weren't too outrageous. I will definitely be back here if I come back to Pensacola beach in the future. Great beach side bar and grill! I will say though we came back on a Thursday night expecting some night life after 9pm and the place was dead. We still enjoyed sitting at the bar watching some of the NBA finals and having a drink, but had to go elsewhere to keep the night going. read more

Their location and ambience were fantastic. The shrimp tacos were very good. The buffalo wrap was average. We waited over 1 1/2 hours for our food on a Wednesday afternoon which was not good. I would not come back here again if they were giving away food for free. I understand there was a labor shortage and the waitress did tell us they would be a 45 to 60 minute wait for our food, but it was ridiculous. read more

This place is what it is: a ratchet beach bar. Most negative reviewers are approching this place all wrong. This place is great if you do it right. I go here to drink shitty beer and people watch. Grab a cold one and a bar stool facing the gulf and enjoy the parade of beachgoers. It deserves at least 3 stars just for this. I would never even consider eating here. If i did i would absolutely expect it to be greasy awful bar food. Not sure why people are surprised when it sucks. Same goes for the frozen drinks. I mean, just look at those gross machines. The worst hamburger on the beach...by far. It's a pre-formed, frozen patty in the shape of an asteroid. Or something. I've bought the same burgers from Sam's Club, where they are called TNT Burgers. The difference? When I cook 'em at the house, they don't cost $9 apiece. Hell, I didn't even get a toasted bun for my money. Greasy fries. Blech. Stopped in for lunch during the winter off-season. Our server was courteous and attentive. Food we ordered was very well prepared and above surprisingly good quality for a beachside bar. We were advised in advance about a longer than customary wait by our server - but so what, the view of the gulf was magnificent and we enjoyed drinks in the meantime. Even gave them the chance to redo it and they still burnt it. Thing is we also ask for wings to be well done and they undercooked it. Dang, people are WAY HARSH on the Dock. Come on, you know what you are getting when you roll up at this type place so why not just go with the flow and enjoy? Definitely more of an adults and not family place though. So take yo kids somewhere else probably. It is a beach bar right on the beach and gets really packed on days where the beach is packed. Why? Because it has those delicious frozen beverages as well as cold beer and also just regular liquor drinks. There's a bar area facing the beach and also another bar inside. They do pump some loud festive music but it helps get the party started! During the day it was a mix of all kinds of things (I mean, Journey! Come on!) but at night this place definitely turns into a beach club. I mean, like a beach club where only 21-28 year olds should be. I wouldn't come here at night since I am a bit too old to feel the club scene but in the afternoon it is perfectly fine. Bartenders were efficient and they are used to dealing with a ton of people including drunk people and people that never drink so have no idea what they are getting. We heard from a couple of locals that this place made the best Creamsicle drinks so we got one. "You want an extra shot with that?" Um...well...HELL YES I DO!! (Ok, maybe I WOULD do ok at the club later on at night hahahaha.) So they put an upside down test tube of 151 Rum in your drink. They mix orange and a cream flavor frozen drink (didn't taste like Pina Colada but maybe it technically is?) and it was THE BEST FROZEN DRINK I HAVE EVER HAD. It tasted just like those creamsicles you remember. It was better than the one at Bamboo Willies. It was DIVINE. And the extra shot...well, that just added to the fun. We came here to rent two scooters. We paid and were on are way. 20 minutes later one broke down, after sitting on the side of the road for 30 minutes and calling 15 times (no exaggeration) they answered and said some one was on there way. 45 minutes later no one showed up so I called another 8 times before I got ahold of some one. They again told me someone was on the way. So again we waited for 30 minutes. After no one showed I left and came back to get my car to go pick up my brother. When we came back Bruce told us there were no refunds. And that I was crazy for thinking I would get my money back. The only one here that is good at anything is the bar back. I think his name was Alex. Bruce never once apologized for not answering or the fact that we were stuck on the side of the road for 1 1/2 hours. read more

I very seldom give a one star reviews. The restaurant has to really shock me and I make it a rule to go there at least twice before I decide. Walked up to bar and took like 5 mins to be noticed when the bar wasn't even busy. I ordered a dreamcicle which was a mix of frozen liquid sunshine and Piña colada mix. I opted out of the extra shot (day drinking is a careful calculated sport). I didn't see this drink on the menu or written anywhere but thanks to a previous review I knew what I wanted to try. The bushwacker is always a good go-to as well, though I think this dreamcicle has taken the lead. We also ordered fish tacos and after putting our order in, she told us our total and we paid before our food even arrived. Kinda weird, non-standard, and didn't feel right to tip before we were even done with service. She made eye contact with us multiple times but never came over to ask if we're doing ok or at least tell us the status of our food...It also took over 30 mins for our ONE order of tacos to come out which is No. Bueno. Did they have to catch the fish first? We asked to speak to a manager and he said it was lunch time and busy for them but it really doesn't add up when it's Friday, in the Summer. shouldn't they be staffed accordingly to negate such a long wait? Or even have the courtesy to let us know it would take a while for food to come out. I would've understood if it was packed but it wasn't. He pretty much stalled and wouldn't give us a refund on the food but did offer to give us a refill on our alcoholic drinks but we needed to leave so another drink wasn't going to solve the problem so we declined the offer. Another downside is that since it's a pretty open/outdoor area, there are the occasional smokers which doesn't make it very kid friendly even though there are a number of families here. I'm pretty disappointed in this establishment. There are so many other restaurants on the beach that I've had better service at. Won't be coming back any time soon. read more

They just closed the beach doors so no one can access the restaurant from the beach. Website says they close at 7:00. Not sure if front is open. It is obvious the staff runs this place. You are going for the view! The dock sits directly on Pensacola Beach to the left of the water tower. You can park in the lot there. You want an outside deck seat to enjoy the view and people watch. The food is all right, but most people seem to be drinking or cooling off from the beach. There are servers but they need more. Its a divey, woodsy, western feel decor and kind of dark. The deck has picnic type tables and you can kick back, eat and relax while enjoying the beach view. read more

Stopped in this place to grab a bite to eat before one of the Bands on the Beach concerts nearby. It is a shabby beach bar that serves what may possible be considered food, but I emphasize may. This was the worst Po Boy sandwich I have ever had, anywhere. I will give a little credit, the fries were acceptable. To make the experience ever worse, I got one of their margarita specials, which was mediocre. The prices were very high for what you get here. My advise is to avoid this place. read more
