I was early once, earlier than the receptionist herself and another person came in, ended up waiting for another hour and the person who came after me was called first. Another person after me was called second. We all just want to get things done as all of us have work and other appointments to attend to. But this department sucks, is related to my race that's why they always leave me last to assist? I hope not. But they have to improve.

I drove 45 minutes to get there, spent another 45 minutes for them to get approval from my insurance since they changed my cash pricing and the insurance deductible now makes more sense to go with and now I have to drive 1 hour 15 minutes back home due to rush hour traffic. This place has no respect for patients' time or for their own word. Unfortunately, this isn't my first experience here, and every single visit has involved some kind of issue. My Doctor had already spoken to them at length (I have proof of this) before I got there, yet they claimed no one had talked to him. I asked when the Dr. could see me to evaluate me and they didnt have an answer. I explained that I had just paid $4,000 two hours ago in order to come in and get a quick CT scan. No response, just looking at me blankly. I was also clearly in a lot of pain from my surgery, and there was no attempt to hurry things along in order to get me back home. No attempt to make me more comfortable, no apology, just confusion as to why I was even there which is the last thing you want to feel when you are in so much pain and looking for help. I left and went to urgent care to get the scan. a MUCH better experience. I am still fighting to get a refund for a service they NEVER PROVIDED.
