The facility is always clean and is very well operated! I was worried when they ownership changed but once I met Jamie the manager my fears were gone, she puts everything she has into the operation and each furry client! I know when my guy is there for daycare each week and any boarding he is being taken care of, loved and looked after so I don't need to worry!

The staff was very welcoming and answered all of our questions prior to arriving. When we got there I felt prepared and not overwhelmed, even though my dogs were SO excited and just trying to run through the doors to play with the other dogs. The gentleman asked some clarifying questions about the dogs and what they enjoy or don't enjoy. I found this to ease my comfort in where I was leaving my dogs. It showed they wanted to give my pups personal attention even though I'm sure there were many other dogs at day care. The final touch, a report card for BOTH dogs at the end of the day. What was better is that they clearly took time with my dogs because the report was spot on to their behaviors and how we see them interact at home. I really loved receiving this so thank you Red Dog!
