Every other groomer I tried left me frustrated -- uneven cuts and/or my pups coming home stressed. But from the moment I walked in here, I could tell it was different. The staff greeted my dogs like an old friends, took the time to ask questions about their coats, and what style I wanted. My dogs go to groomer every 5 weeks, and ever single time I pick them up from Dapper, I am blown away. The cut is absolutely perfect -- clean lines, soft finish, and they smelled amazing without being overpowered by heavy perfume. Most importantly, my dogs co bouncing out, tail wagging, totally happy. That's how I know they were treated with LOVE and care the whole time. I've tried enough places to know how rare this level of service is. Professional, skilled, kind, and consistent -- they've earned a lifelong customer. If you want your pup to look their best and actually enjoy the grooming experience, this is the spot.

We walked in and Bruce was greeted by the lady behind the desk saying "Bruce Bruce" and then his groomer comes out and is like "Bruce is that you" I just felt like they know him and were actually excited to see him. I then picked him up and he's just chilling behind the front desk and I just love that he gets to hang with the workers and other dogs it makes the grooming experience much better.

Haute Dogge Grooming in Franklin is where I have taken my golden doodle for quite a while now. I…read moremake an appointment time in the morning and they call you when your dog is ready. Sometimes they call at 1pm, but usually it is after 3pm. I recently also started sending my long-haired dachshund. I always feel bad about it when they go because when they come home, they run to their bowl and guzzle water. It's a full day ordeal. Well, today, I drop them off a few minutes before the designated "appointment" time, 10 AM. I realized at 12:45 I needed to get them before 2pm but thought that should be doable. So I called asking if they'd be ready by 1:45 (almost FOUR HOURS AFTER I DROPPED THEM!). Attendant said no. They had another dog in front of them for grooming. So they had been there almost 3 hours and had been bathed. I said fine I can't wait until 3 (again, 5 hours there!) so I'll just come get them..."what do I owe for the TWO BATHS". I understand they just aren't done yet. They said $183!!! (I pay $210 for full grooming!) I said surely there's some mistake, there's no way I'm paying $183 for two baths. Attendant said I could speak with the manager when I arrived. (They had no intention of yielding on this.) So because I cannot wait the full *five hours* for them to finish the appointment that I set for 10 AM they are charging me $183 to retrieve my dogs after two baths. Take that for what you will. I find it completely unacceptable. Because I find it best to not walk back in there with how I now feel about them at this point, my husband called back and told them to please finish the grooming job and he will pick them up later. For that the charge is $210. I will never recommend this place to anyone

They always seem to get right any grooming requests we have, especially with our geriatric dog that recently passed. They are also extremely thoughtful, giving us a sympathy card with individual messages from the staff members. They also custom made Christmas ornaments with shih tzus names on them. These folks go above and beyond a professional service. We are so blessed to have such a great pet grooming salon right here in Spring Hill. I've ran into the same issue multiple times with Dee-O-Gee. I recently dropped off my female Bernese Mountain dog for a full grooming at 9:30AM. At 2:15pm, I called to check on the status of my dog, and the person working told me she was almost done drying and was next to be groomed....fine...I'm not going to be that guy. I call back 5:05pm since I haven't heard anything..... MY DOG IS STILL WET AND DRYING and has not been groomed!!! ....again they give me the excuse she takes a long time to dry....almost 8 hours of drying!!! Why did they schedule my appointment at 9:30am if they couldn't groom my dog timely? Who knows if they've given my dog water or a potty break. So many questions, but again read the reviews...this place sucks!
