Their wash tubs, soaps, ear cleaners, and face wash, supply is wonderful!! They also have specialized shampoos too if your doggo(s) needs that. My absolute favorite thing about this place is their dryers. Dirty Dog Wash has the strongest dryers I've ever used in a doggy wash and I absolutely love the conditioning products they offer. Ive also never had to groom my golden but I've seen them groom dogs there and they make them look incredible!! I would definitely trust this shop and team if I wanted to get Kealoha groomed. We've been bringing our pups to the Jamboree location for quite a while, and up until the beginning…read moreof this year, we had nothing but positive experiences. Last year, we brought them frequently and always felt confident leaving them there. The staff was friendly and welcoming, the facility felt clean, and our dogs always seemed happy to be there. That's why it's so disappointing to see how much things have changed since the ownership transition. Since the change in ownership, we've noticed a significant decline in the overall experience. The staff no longer feels as friendly or approachable. While there are still a few kind employees, several team members come across as cold and unhelpful, making drop-off feel uncomfortable and even a bit intimidating. It no longer feels like the warm, welcoming environment it once was. We've also noticed the facility doesn't seem nearly as clean as it used to be. Our dogs consistently come home smelling strongly of urine after daycare. We occasionally check the live cameras throughout the day and frequently see urine sitting on the playroom floors for extended periods before being cleaned up. If messes in the common play areas are left unattended, it raises concerns about how often the kennels are being cleaned when the dogs are resting. Combined with the odor our dogs come home with, it has made us question the overall cleanliness of the facility. Another noticeable change is how little time our dogs now seem to spend in the play areas. We'll pay for a half-day of daycare, and by the time we pick them up, we're lucky if they've spent more than 30 minutes interacting with other dogs. The majority of their visit appears to be spent kenneled. We choose daycare because we want our dogs to have a safe, clean environment where they can socialize and play. If they're spending most of their visit in a kennel, it's difficult to justify paying for daycare when they could be comfortably resting at home in a cleaner environment for free. Customer service has also become frustrating. Recently, one of our dogs came home without his collar. We didn't realize it until we got home, so we called the facility and were told someone would call us back because they were too busy at the moment. We never received a callback. After calling several more times over the next few days without getting an answer, we ultimately had to drive to the facility ourselves just to ask about and retrieve the collar. Pickup has also become much slower than it used to be, often requiring a long wait before our dogs are brought out. We're genuinely disappointed because we loved this location for a long time and trusted the team with our pets. Unfortunately, since the ownership change, we've experienced a noticeable decline in cleanliness, customer service, and the overall level of care. We hope these concerns are taken seriously because we'd love to see this location return to the high standard that made us loyal customers in the first place.

My husband got in contact with LeNay about pricing and LeNay encouraged us to bring the pups for an evaluation with Andrea. We went and met with Andrea and immediately I fell in love. The first thing I noticed was how clean it was. There was no smell and the facility was spotless. It was a huge difference from the last place we went to. Andrea spent over an hour with us evaluating the dogs and talking about how they run their daycare. Andrea explained that they like to take the dogs on 2-3 walks when they are at the daycare full day. Andrea asked us to go on a walk with the dogs so she can evaluate how they are on leash. I really appreciated the thorough evaluation because it made me feel that Andrea cared about our dogs and that every other dog that will be coming into the facility will be appropriate. Andrea told us since they are new they are offering 1st daycare for free so we tried them out and decided to buy a 30 day pass. So for we've taken the dogs 3 times and really appreciate Andrea & Brittany. Andrea texts my husband throughout the day and gives us updates about the dogs. I would HIGHLY recommend Ruff Life for pawrents who need a trustworthy place to drop of their dogs. They also offer grooming and baths at a great price. I can't wait for their hours to extend so we can start dropping them off on the weekends :)

It's great socialization for her to play with her kind and great for us that evening at least...it's like a free night for the hubby and me because she just sleeps. haha. Puppies have so much energy! He did love the doggy daycare but when I picked him up from Bone Adventure Boarding where he stayed two nights on Sunday evening my dog was very ill. He got two ear infections, paws red itchy, and bloody. He seemed traumatized and very ill. I took him to the vet and they had put him on antibiotics, they gave him steroids and allergy shots and it's still 16 days after and his paws are not healed and my puppy is getting worse and lots and lots of vet bills. It is worth it to pay for a dog sitter.

Amazing First Grooming Experience! I recently took my puppy for their very first grooming appointment, and I couldn't be happier with the experience! The staff was incredibly welcoming and made sure my pup felt safe and comfortable from the start. They took extra care to explain the process to me and made sure to go at a pace my puppy was comfortable with. The grooming itself was fantastic--my puppy came out looking (and smelling!) adorable with a perfectly trimmed coat. It's clear the groomer was experienced and attentive to detail. I'm so grateful for how gentle and patient they were--it made this first experience such a positive one for both of us. The woman who owns and runs the place (it's just her and sometimes a helper on the weekend) was very nice, and sweet with my dog when I brought her in. This is the only reason she gets any stars. She asked me if my dog would need a haircut at all, besides a sanitary, and I said no. She has short hair and we don't ever cut it. However, when I got her back, I noticed at home that her hair on her belly and part of her back leg had been shaved, and not well. See the picture I've included. It looks like she realized halfway through shaving my dogs belly that she wasn't supposed to, and there's a strip on her belly that's shaved, with the other half of the belly not shaved. She also shaved all around her nipples and part of her back left leg. If this was a mistake, I wish she'd just owned up to it when I picked her up. Instead, she kept quiet and left me to discover this on my own. I won't be bringing my dog back here.

I paid 90$ which is a-lot considering the service they are actually providing. 2 stars because they did clean my cat very well.

The second he arrived, Tonya was visibly upset and made it very clear with her attitude. She was disrespectful toward my husband and unprofessional with our dog, manhandling him and even calling him a "bad dog." When my husband told her we had plans to breed him in the next few weeks, which was the reason we wanted him cleaned up, she made an inappropriate comment that we probably needed to have our dog fixed so that he would "behave better". Our dog was not being bad at all. Our Golden Doodle only had some matting behind his ears and a few knots on his legs. Tonya told my husband it would take three hours to groom him. Yet when he came back less than ten minutes later, she hadn't washed him, she had just started shaving him down to the shortest length possible. Why would that take three hours? At that rate, she would have been done in another ten minutes. On top of that, she shaved his tail down to the bone, even though there was no matting there. Where the matting was under his ear, she shaved him down to bare skin and gave him razor burns. She never communicated with my husband or gave him any options for how to address the knots or attempted to demat him at all. In my opinion, she shaved him down to spite my husband because she was mad that he was late... After my husband told me what was going on, I asked him if he trusted her to not abuse him without supervision and he said no so we decided to get him out of there. When my husband walked back in to the salon he found her yanking hard on his front legs and he told her to stop. She suddenly tried to act friendly and said our dog was "fine", but my husband insisted she stop and give our dog back. Unfortunately, the damage was already done. But today at pet haven, he's his usually happy self! I didn't have an appointment but Steven took in Squirtle early in the morning and a couple hours later, he was ready to get picked up. I can tell this place really cares about the quality of their services so if it takes more than two hours, it's well worth it. Be patient! For a full sized shih-tzu, the cost was 45 dollars which is great! I got exactly what I wanted. He also got a cute Halloween scarf. You can trust Pet Haven to groom your pet!
