The Rover Oaks staff members are all very friendly and they have a very organized online system to enter any immunization records and you can also view your pup's pawgress report. They also offer daycare and boarding services. It also looks like they may offer training as well. Every time we come here, all dogs are eager to go in and are all happy when they are there, so it seems that they are doing things right here!

They had a blueberry facial, they had bandanas, they also had a lot of exercise and 1:1 time. What I loved-- is how we can check the pet cameras to make sure they are ok! They also did brain games too and they were so tired when we picked them up! I drop my dog off at 10 am for an appointment 6/6 I made weeks in advance, they confirm my appointment the day before as well, at 2PM IN THE AFTERNOON I'm informed there's no groomer there, never was a groomer down on the schedule at all. The best they could give me is "sorry you can come back tomorrow or another day and we can TRY and make sure someone is there" Oh not to mention every time I go it's always a different price with no explanation. As someone that's been with you for 5 years, never no showed, not payed or caused any fuss this customer service was extremely disappointing.
