From the moment I met Gabby, all of those worries started to melt away. Her warm, kind demeanor immediately put both me and Mochi at ease. She treated us like family, taking the time to chat with me about her experience, explain the grooming process, and reassure me that he was in good hands. Gabby also educated me on how to better maintain my long-haired boy's coat at home, which I really appreciated. While Mochi was being groomed in the van downstairs, she kept me updated with texts so I never had to wonder how he was doing. The results were beautiful, but what impressed me most was Mochi's demeanor afterward. He was so calm and relaxed that I was genuinely floored. Animals know good people, and Mochi clearly sensed what a kind, patient person Gabby is. She has such a big heart, and her compassion shines through in her work. They help incredibly with this. I get daily pictures of their walks, and a log of the route they take. It makes me feel as if I'm right there with them. After a few visits I noticed my dog seemed antsy, so I started to check my alarm verifications for arrival and departure times. I was paying for a 30 minute walk, but noticed two times it was closer to 9 minutes. My dog and I gave them the benefit of the doubt until it happened again at 11 minutes. RoNae was unable to refund me and just apologized. My worry was for the people that do not have anyway of timing them. My main reason for sharing this is for the animals. I always want the best care for mine and I believe this company is NOT the best option.

Also, during pick up and drop off she had just gotten home from doing one on one trainings else where so how is my puppy getting trained when she's not there?? Before she entered our lives, our sweet pup (Oakley) was essentially a tiny, furry sprinkler of pee and a landmine factory of poop. Every day was a new guessing game of "What's that smell?" and "Oh no... I just stepped in it, didn't I?" Enter Victoria, the dog whisperer / saint / wizard / actual angel disguised as a trainer. We sent our puppy to her for board and train, and I swear she sent back a completely different dog--one that pees OUTSIDE. I repeat: OUTSIDE. I don't know what kind of Hogwarts-level sorcery she pulled, but it worked. And that's just the beginning! My dog now knows how to sit like a proper lady, "leave it" like it's hot, and stay "quiet"like a ninja. The jumping to greet everyone like they owe her money? Way down. The nipping with those razor-sharp baby teeth? She taught her that humans are friends, not chew toys. That's all just bonus material at this point--my bar was literally "Please just don't treat the living room like a toilet." Victoria is amazing at what she does, truly. Dawg Life is one of the few places that will board an intact male. They assess your dog and decide which other dogs to put him with, which is great. My dog plays hard and gets stinky so bath time afterwards! Their services also include bath and grooming. This facility is very large and clean. The smell or lack there of is what I was impressed with.So when I mentioned bath above it's due to dogs being dogs in the play yard. We've been taking our dog to this facility for several years and have not been disappointed.

She asked me to give her another chance and keep Luca for the second week, which I agreed to -- and that's on me. Unfortunately, the second week was just as bad. Again, there was zero communication, no follow-up, and overall, completely unprofessional service. I'm extremely disappointed. This experience was frustrating and far below the standard I expected for my dog's care and training.
