My cat, Mochi, is a rescue with a history of abuse related to being shaved, so I was incredibly anxious about having him groomed. From the moment I met Gabby, all of those worries started to melt away. Her warm, kind demeanor immediately put both me and Mochi at ease. She treated us like family, taking the time to chat with me about her experience, explain the grooming process, and reassure me that he was in good hands. Gabby also educated me on how to better maintain my long-haired boy's coat at home, which I really appreciated. While Mochi was being groomed in the van downstairs, she kept me updated with texts so I never had to wonder how he was doing. The results were beautiful, but what impressed me most was Mochi's demeanor afterward. He was so calm and relaxed that I was genuinely floored. Animals know good people, and Mochi clearly sensed what a kind, patient person Gabby is. She has such a big heart, and her compassion shines through in her work. He is in love with his dog walkers. And so am I. I miss my dog everyday. For the last two years he has joined me at work, everyday. This new move has him sitting alone at home. Though, he makes himself busy painting watercolors of his old home in Beaumont-Sur-Mer, or compiling a literary critique of the known works of Franz Kafka. I know he misses me as well. They help incredibly with this. I get daily pictures of their walks, and a log of the route they take. It makes me feel as if I'm right there with them. Without hearing Jeff recite made up Haikus of the various foliage changes during the season. So, I highly recommend Go Go. The owner, RoNae, seems to be very pleasant and honest in the initial meeting. My dog likes everyone, so I could not rely on his opinion of the walker's character. After a few visits I noticed my dog seemed antsy, so I started to check my alarm verifications for arrival and departure times. I was paying for a 30 minute walk, but noticed two times it was closer to 9 minutes. My dog and I gave them the benefit of the doubt until it happened again at 11 minutes. RoNae was unable to refund me and just apologized. My worry was for the people that do not have anyway of timing them. My main reason for sharing this is for the animals. I always want the best care for mine and I believe this company is NOT the best option.

I've used Paw Lofts for boarding and trusted them with my dog Maisie, but after this most recent…read morestay I'm really disappointed. While I can only assume my dog enjoys daycare and boarding, as the facility has no cameras, I have trusted Paw Lofts and recommended to friends many times. Every time I drop her she seems happy. Unfortunately, Maisie was boarded there last week and also received a bath and nail trim on Thursday. Once I got her home I noticed that one of her nails had been cut all the way to the quick -- her paw was actually bloody and there was dried blood matted onto the fur. Then on Saturday while she was playing at home, she bumped that same nail and it started GUSHING blood again. I had to rush to stop it with quick stop powder. This has never happened to her before. She obviously is a dog and doesn't love nail trims, but I have a hard time believing she was acting so out of control that this was unavoidable, she's pretty sweet and I grind her nails myself at home -- When I called to express my dissatisfaction, I was told they don't even use clippers, but a Dremel, which is specifically supposed to prevent this type of injury. That means they must have been grinding her nails aggressively for it to get this bad... I hate that she was clearly in pain and nobody told me or acknowledged it at pickup -- I only discovered it once we were home. I'm including a photo of her sad face that evening when we were having to hold a bandage over her bleeding toe. I have trusted this facility in the past, but transparency and gentle handling are non-negotiable when it comes to grooming. This shouldn't have happened and in the off chance it does I would have appreciated notification, an apology, and probably even a comped nail trim. I hope this is taken seriously so no other pet has to go through this.

The weather has prohibited us the past two weeks from taking 30 minutes outside. We do plan on going to the 3 free follow up sessions. Also, during pick up and drop off she had just gotten home from doing one on one trainings else where so how is my puppy getting trained when she's not there?? Instead, I witnessed behavior that was completely unacceptable.While I was there, I overheard someone using racial slurs while speaking to an employee who works at the business. Hearing that made me feel extremely uncomfortable and unwelcome. There is no place for that kind of language in any professional setting, especially in a business that serves the public. As a paying customer, I expected professionalism, respect, and a positive environment not to witness racist language being used. Because of this experience, I will not be returning, and I hope the owner takes this matter seriously and addresses it being that she's one of the owners so no other customer or employee has to experience the same thing.

I was told Laura would be contacting me with progress reports, but I never heard from her. When I finally called to check in, I was told she had "just left." I decided to stop by in person to find out what was going on, only to learn that Laura had actually been out sick and hadn't been there at all during the first week. She asked me to give her another chance and keep Luca for the second week, which I agreed to -- and that's on me. Unfortunately, the second week was just as bad. Again, there was zero communication, no follow-up, and overall, completely unprofessional service. I'm extremely disappointed. This experience was frustrating and far below the standard I expected for my dog's care and training. One thing I was say the lady at the front desk was extremely helpful and nice and help a lot in this terrible situation
