And this time my dogs belly wasn't fully cleaned. She still had uncleaned area's which I had to bathe my dog just to get her cleaned up write. I should have just bathed / groomed my dog myself and saved myself $85.. I'm pretty disappointed this time with these groomers. Our first time using this mobile service and wanted to compliment their work. Reached out a few mobile groomers on Yelp looking for an appointment and pricing. Although normally I would most likely go with the most positively reviewed (unless they're outrageously overpriced!), my husband suggested trying one of lesser reviewed-but still mainly positive-groomers. Well one never responded, two others didn't have available appointments soon. The one that did respond within the hour and incredibly could a same day appointment was Doggie Grooming! And to top it off was the least expensive of the bunch!! Our year old maltipoo's first mobile grooming experience was easy, no drama and she looks and smells wonderful!! And with her cut she's all ready for summer! The van showed up10 minutes early and they took about an hour and a half to do a full grooming. Okay I wasn't going to write this review but it happened more than once. The first time I booked for grooming at 3pm. He then said 3:30. He didn't show up u til 4:30. Second time I asked he said he was booked and said "tomorrow" I agreed and said okay. HE NEVER SHOWED UP. That second time he showed up he forgot to give me back my puppy's collar. I just needed a wash for my dog and it was all done under 25 mins, generally with an appointment when I take him to a groomers it's still an hour or more just for a wash. This was so much more convenient with services only costing $5-$10 more than at a groomers and much faster. Plus I know the family from a groomers my dog used to go to and they do an amazing job, they're the only people my dog doesn't shake going to and is totally fine afterward.
