First of all the price is great in my opinion. Their facility has plenty of play space and the livery room we got was large. We always want, maybe even need, to be able to check in on them. While on past stays we would look and find them pacing and awooing all night. Something about this place made them zen. They looked out the windows, climbed and snuggled in their bed. We signed up for both of them to get a bath before pick up but due to some error with their system only our little guy got his, which was sad because if we had to pick we would have picked her. For our two dogs it was $115 a day for the luxury suite. When we arrived to pick them up we expected our Dachshund to scream like he does when we come home and our Auggie to go crazy and we were so disappointed when they came up to us like okay cool, summer camp is over? Not one cry or bark, no jumping or crazy tail wags. Next time we hope to board them for training. Our dogs would have required 3 weeks and that just didn't work for us right now.

I called multiple veterinarians in the area, and the average price was $65-$70 for the exact same medication. With the new Florida law requiring a monthly physical prescription, getting medications through services like Chewy now means mailing paperwork every single month--an obvious inconvenience for pet owners. This clinic is fully aware of how difficult and time-consuming this process has become and appears to be taking advantage of it by dramatically inflating prices. This feels less like caring for animals and more like exploiting owners who are stuck with fewer options. Completely unethical behavior. I will no longer be bringing my two dogs here and strongly advise others to shop around before overpaying at this clinic.

We've always had good experiences with the staff and with both vets and vet techs. They've always been very helpful and willing to answer all of our questions and address any concerns as well as provide suggestions upon request. They've also been very helpful any times that we've called up with questions (which was helpful in avoiding to have to come in for a visit) I appreciate that we have to option to check in at the front desk and then wait in the car until the exam room is ready for us, rather than wait in the small waiting area with other pets and pet owners. Honestly, the only reservations that we've ever had is that some visits have been a bit more expensive than expected, particularly when we've had to come in for vaccinations every 3 weeks for the puppy and have to pay the exam fee each time. That being said, they did at least turn each of those visits into opportunities to answer questions and make sure everything has been going well-- but I would like the option to just bring him in for his shots and then head home without paying that extra fee each time. But even this won't be an issue once he's had all his shots.

As experienced pup owners, we knew what qualities we wanted, and didn't want in a pet sitter. We struggled to find someone that we trusted with our "baby" and access to our home. One weekend I decided to board my pups and was told I would not be charged twice for puppy preschool enrollment which is required when boarding puppies. Yet, the staff at check out advised that the package purchased did not apply to boarding. The logic is still lost here. I prepaid for a package, that during boarding, could not be honored? There was nothing in writing to support this policy, in fact I located information on their website to the contrary. I submitted my concerns to the manager via email, but my email was ignored, in that I never received a response. As a dissatisfied consumer I decided to withdraw my pups from the preschool, despite having 10 days remaining on their package. But, one evening the very pleasant student groomer reached out asking if I would be interested in getting my pups their first cut with her. She was amazing with my pups and did a great job with their initial bath and blow out, so why not. And, just for the day, I decided to give the puppy preschool another shot. However, prior to booking I double confirmed the cost. Sadly, I again experienced the same issue at check out, in that I was told the initial price quoted was incorrect. The staff member that completed my check out completely ignored my concerns and did not offer to honor the rate quoted, nor did she direct me to the manager. She was very dismissive and unpleasant to engage with, no eye contact, no apologies. To make matters worse, my pups haircut was unlike anything I could have imagined. There were multiple patches, uneven hair spaces, the pink of her skin was visible in multiple locations. My requests for her cut were not adhered to, and there was no explanation provided. In fact, when I submitted my concerns regarding the cut, I was told the very pleasant student groomer was unavailable. Ergo the risks of agreeing to a student groom. But, regardless of the groomers student status, at a minimum, an explanation as to what happened, would have been professional. The convenience of this location to my home, the seemingly pleasant pet environment, and the professional and courteous attitudes of most of the staff here, sadly doesn't make up for such egregious management oversights. I pray in the future, the management team here places more focused attention on the handling of consumer concerns.
