However, I have experienced enough bad service from the bartender Bree, that I feel I need to share my experiences. Her attitude is always so dismissive, unfriendly, and unprofessional from the moment I sit at the bar. She rolls her eyes, serves attitude, and stands behind the bar with her arms crossed looking pissed off. On top of that, it took her so long to make a basic margarita, even when it's slow. A bar should feel welcoming - this one doesn't whenever she's behind the bar. I hope management takes this seriously as I know I am not the only customer who shares this sentiment. It would be nice to have a bartender who is actually happy during happy hour. I now call ahead of time to ask who the bartender is before coming in. The bar is on the corner of the block, so you can't miss it from any direction you're coming from. Pretty clean for a busy bar. Bathroom was clean too. What made it worse is that later in the night, other people in our group received pink hats because their bartender actually asked which color they wanted.
