I hit up some Irish pubs in Long Beach for the first time last Saturday night and had a great time at Quinn's! We had just come from another irish pub down the street around 1am which was loud and packed, so I liked that Quinn's was a lot more chill with friendly, attentive staff. My friends and I ordered Guinnesses to try splitting the G, which we all failed at LOL. the hostess was super chill because she counted down for us to split the G and she ended up giving us all complimentary fireball shots which was a nice surprise! Loved the atmosphere here overall, even the R&B music they played was such a vibe and bathrooms were clean. read more

The staff are usually friendly and even offered me things like a free beer shot - However I was assaulted here once quite badly on the neck - and they didn't do anything - and even allowed the perpetrator to remain until I brought it up - He attacked me as I was about to sing a song mid day - It was around my 40th and the bartender had asked me if I wanted to sing anything. I loooove Quinn's!! I come here all the time. All the bartenders are super friendly and welcoming. I appreciate the vibe, even though they only serve beers it's always lit and I love their beer selection! An Irish bar! My favorite. :) I visited on a Saturday night, and it wasn't too crowded. There were definitely people at the bar, but it wasn't overly busy like some of the bars down 2nd street in Long Beach. I was really impressed with the menu. They have a veggie burger, beyond burger and grilled cheese for my vegetarian friends. Wooohooooo we have options! Not just French fries and vodka hahaha This bar has a warm and inviting atmosphere, with friendly staff and a cozy ambiance. Although it was a beer and wine only spot, we made the best of it and for me it was my favorite Einstok that the had on tap, and it was on sale. Hidden gem of a pub in Belmont Shore. My bartender this afternoon was awesome. She truly provided amazing service. One of the best bartenders in Long Beach. I had a Beachwood James Brown Ale on tap. It was delicious and reminded me of Newcastle. Chicken quesadilla was ok. Wasn't busy and very laid back, friendly atmosphere. 2/27/2024. I've been excited to take some friends to Quinn's for a while as it looked like a cool small pub. Unfortunately the waitress, I believe her name is Maddie, was rude to my friend, refused to serve anyone after 11 despite being open until midnight, started stacking chairs on tables rushing customers out, and had everyone vacated from the building and lights out by 11:30. If I was the owner I'd be upset to know paying customers were turned away long before closing time and that people already in the bar were basically chased off to close so early. My boyfriend & I always pass by this spot but never went in, until last night! Ever heard of GOOD bar food? This is where it's at. We ordered the nachos & sliders while we drank our ciders & OH MA GOD were the nachos delicious. The cheese. The cheese did not dry up into clumps. It was a pleasant surprise. Sliders were great! In Belmont Shores but kind of tucked away off 2nd Street on Nieto, this place is a gem. Never realized it was right there until i checked on yelp for a bar that served fried zucchini, and yes they do served fried zucchini among many other things. Their food menu has a good selection and the food that comes out of that kitchen is amazing. i have also ordered a patty melt, fries, onion rings, wings, and they were all delicious. they have a great selection of drinks for a small bar from ciders to beers to cocktails to shots to wine. plenty of selection on draft and a variety of bottled drinks. whatever you are looking for they probably have it. there is a good amount of seating at the bar, tables inside, and outdoor seating as well. there are televisions and some type of sports game playing. the ambiance is cheerful and loud and the spirit of the place definitely comes from the bartenders who are super friendly and provide excellent customer service. i really enjoy going to Quinn's because it has good vibes, good food, good drinks, good customer service, and good location. read more

Definitely could've been better. Dirty bathrooms was the biggest gripe. A 'nice to see improve' would be the wine. But atmosphere was nice. However ---- when I posted a review on google - the owner was clearly bothered by honest feedback. This 'owner' came back super sensitive and unwilling to take any type of input that wasn't an over the top amazing review (which this place certainly does not deserve more than 3 stars). Its an extremely small pub, most residential living-rooms would surpass in size, and only serves beer and below average wine. This place is at best average.... but, when you then throw in a dirty bathroom, lack of any quality (non-cheap) wine, and a really sh*tty attitude from the 'owner' when you give an honest review ... this place is nothing over 2 stars. By any luck you'll see a reply to this post from the 'owner' which will surely be comical seeing as how they're in the customer service industry with some sort of chip on their shoulder. read more

Visited for 1st time. Waitresses were awesome. I did ask for a Cider but they didn't have any even though they were listed on the menu. They did pull a bottle off the shelve and chilled it for me. I thought that was pretty cool. When it was brought to me, it was a little flat but I didn't say anything. I drank it. When my tab arrived, I noticed I was charged .50 cents more for my drinks. They were listed on the digital for $6.50 but was charged $7. Overall, it was a relaxing time. read more

Went there the night for the first time in years. Food was good, very good beer selection, bartender was very busy but she was great. Dog friendly, cool vibe. But.....likely won't be back, music was ear splitting loud. Bartender/waitress had to lean in close to you to hear your yell your order. Went with 3 other friends and it was impossible for the four of us to have a conversation without yelling. I thought maybe it was a bad night and would give it another try, but I asked a few friends and they said it's always loud in there. I don't understand places like this, are they afraid they are going to lose business if the music isn't ear splitting loud?? Too bad. read more

I have to say the craft beer selection is top notch. They have my favorite here Made West Pale Ale on tap which you can't really get anywhere unless you're more up north. I can't even find the canned version in Long Beach anywhere. Their tap handles here are immaculate. I've only gone here on Saturdays after beach volleyball nearby and Dom is literally the best! This place is great especially if you love beer. I have yet to eat the food. But the beer is VERY good. read more
