The food here is really good. Ample parking and located in a great part of Montgomery County, PA. However, the staff leaves much to be desired. When dining in, the place is very clean, but the menus have handwritten notes like "add $1.00" which is confusing and does not clearly explain what is additional or included. They did not bother to say there is a surcharge for debit cards, which is unprofessional. When trying to call in for takeout, I was left on hold for 10 minutes. My daughter tries to call while I am on hold and someone answers to take the order. It was piping hot, thin, crispy and most importantly delicious. It was Great pizza. Our party dined in on a Friday night and I personally saw over 25 people picking up their food orders. I even witnessed a young lady carrying out 4 pizzas boxes. Apparently the establishment does not offer delivery nor Ubereats, Doordash, etc. It offers an extensive menu. There are Pepsi products on offer. I also tried the 18" Vincent's Cheesesteak as its described on the menu. I'm a big guy and I had to take 1/2 home. It was also steaming hot and packed full of chopped steak meat. I was warned by our friendly waitress that it was going to be intimidating. And it was. It was absolutely delicious. Bizarre experience. Food is good but... I ordered the grilled chicken parm scallopina with a side of spaghetti and a side salad. The bowl of spaghetti came first. Then the salad after a while. Then finally the entree after the others had their food. Instead of printing menus they scribble "add $1.00" on almost every section of the menu. Then I ultimately was charged $2.00 more, not $1.00. Then the check comes and I pay with a card and they added $2.00 to that. And, the check comes with a note, "Cash only for tips". You don't know that until the bill comes. I'm sure some poor server will get stiffed because the customer has no cash. Just make new menus, price appropriately! read more

Not your average pizza joint. Vincent's is where it's at! Each specialty medium pie ranges from $14.00-$18.00 (a little bit pricier than most places) but it's so worth the money. I ordered two pies ($16.50/each) - one Greek white and one buffalo chicken. Incredible. They also sell by the slice. Staff is friendly. They have a nicely sized dining area with tables and booths. There are sodas and chips available for purchase by the counter. The one disadvantage about Vincent's is that they don't deliver. I enjoy dining in once in a while, so I have no problem going in to have dinner, but they'd make a lot more money if they offered a delivery option. Awesome food and pizza. Yesterday i decided to stop by Vincent's for lunch, I haven't been here since moving from fox chase 10 years ago. This place looks the same but the food has changed quite a bit. I opted to dine in. Our server was very nice and friendly. I decided on the mushroom cheesesteak with pepperoni and an order of mozzarella fries. The cheesesteak was so so at best. The roll was very fresh and honestly the best part. My steak was extremely dry and overcooked. It also lacked the toppings. They were very skimpy with the pepperoni and mushrooms. The fries were blah as well. The cheese as just in the center and not layered. Their prices seemed a bit high for the quality of food. We left a bit disappointed. We were a large group about 15 or so after everyone was seated so I could definitely understand the service being a bit slower. She took our drink orders right away but she took entirely too long to take our food order. Also had to wait over 40 minutes for order of pizza and garlic knots but the manager was nice and apologized even though she had been repeatedly asking for the order from the cooks. I hadn't complained but I appreciated the gesture. The garlic knots were apparently taking a long time for them to make, and they were very good, but the potato skins and fries were cold and soggy.
