And she loses it just a tad. There's an edge to her voice that was not present with the people in front of me. Lady: It's a dollar, everything is a dollar. That's why it's called the DOLLAR tree. Me: OK, well there are lots of places called 'dollar' stores, Dollar General, Family Dollar... where not everything is a dollar. Lady: Look at the wall back there. It says $1, everything is a dollar. She opened the store at 8 and this transpired before 8:30--it's going to be a long, ornery day for her if she keeps going at this rate, especially if I give into the dark desire to go back in and ask again about the prices.

The quality of the items is why I'm not a huge fan. I swear, 99% of the things the kids buy end up breaking within a week, sometimes even on the ride home. Then, some items seem overpriced at $5. In fact, the last time I went there, I was able to find one, but it was damaged; cracked glass specifically. I'm surprised staff did not take it away from the shelves. However with the new Teso Life opening nearby, I suggest going there for snacks instead.

The bag area has one, makeup counter, jewelry counter and throughout the store they have those giant clear boxes with colognes and Polaroids and other goodies! They have a great return policy, keep your receipts! And try to make it in within 30days. I also appreciate the customer service, the staff is there to help us , so don't take advantage of them, and if you're having a bad day , it costs nothing to be nice to another individual, nowadays people are so entitled it's sickening. I received all notifications as usual, from Michelle, she did her part and my order was ready for pickup 11:30am, I notified them through the system that I'm on my way at 1pm and 1:02pm I confirmed my arrival and the system showed associate is heading my way. 8min later I called when no one showed up, I'm told they're looking into it. After min without update and I'm there waiting on the call, associates talking among themselves. I hang up and called back to be told there was a system issue and my order isn't ready. In total I lost 27min waiting on an order that technically was not there. Sprouts management what do you do about such situation??
