I was not sure if it's just because it was already evening that many had gone through the items earlier in the day but it was very disorganized. Boxes and many other things were in disarray, making it difficult to search for items. At some point, we even found it hard to identify the items we were looking at. There are at least 4 buildings: the main building, the "she shed", another small building, and the big barn down the trail! The barn is full of bigger furniture and architectural items as well as traffic lights and metal sculptures and salvage stuff & fixtures. The smaller buildings have garden items (I found a big terra cotta planter that I purchased) and statues. One outbuilding housed some lovely art deco pieces, vintage hats and purses, wing chairs, perfume bottles, and even an antique typewriter. The cute little she shed had kitchenware, vintage aprons, old utensils, some wooden chairs, a tiny table and a few other cool pieces (I bought a cute white deco bookcase from this area). The main building is full of antique furniture, dining sets, china and crystal, tea things, pictures, lamps, mirrors, rugs, jewelry, and even some homemade crafts. I was in "junking" heaven. The owner was super nice and gave me a deal on my finds. With Yelp I also got 10% off my purchase. Even the pristine restroom was decorated with things for sale, linens, signage, washboards, etc! While prices are fairly standard for this kind of store, they certainly did not have much on the $10 day (Fri/Sat) that merited spending $10 on. Indeed, most of the boxes here are wrapped up so tight with no labels whatsoever that you can't really be sure what you're getting at all. A gentleman informed me that you could take boxes up front to be checked, though how manageable of an approach is that when each bin has a hundred mystery boxes? A better approach would be for them to open them, write on the side what it is, and put it in the bins, though maybe that's just not worth it to them. All things considered, while I might swing by again if I happened to be in the area (especially on one of their cheaper days), it's not worth going out of your way for. If you want a much better volume of options (most of which you can actually see what you're getting), head down the road for Discount Depot. In the food section it's a hit or miss if you will find everything you need. When in this section when asking for help...you may just want to take time and do it yourself. My grandmother needed a particular sauce that she has purchased there several times and where it usually is...it wasn't this time. We asked and all they kept saying is it's sold out even though the location sticker was gone and it appeared they rearranged things. Since it's my grandmother you know I will not let her down so I started looking and found it was moved two aisles down. Hmmm I don't work here but was willing to do the job, so I was hoping the employees would be as well since that is the job they are getting paid for. I went to Walmart on Saturday because I was in the area. My experience was terrible. I had made a…read morepurchase but the barcode was wet, so the cashier response was the barcode is wet and then proceeded to find someone to help her, but returned with such a nasty attitude. "I can't sell you this product until someone print another, so I ask if she could use the other package to get the bar code and her reply was NO, it sells by the pound and yes it more than likely is but, it was not based on the pound, it was simply the same product from the meat department and the price was the only thing that mattered was the price which was visible. What surprised me was her demeanor, the tone in her voice and when she slammed the package on the counter, and made the comment that the individual is at lunch then proceeded to scan my order and then had the nerve to add an addition charge to my order. I ended up in customer service line to get my refund, but did make her aware of the overcharge, and YES, I did make her aware of the mistake, and what did she do? LAUGH! In the future I will spend my money elsewhere.

Love this place! We just discovered it through a Google search. It's not an antique store, but…read morerather a place where retail displays go for a second chance at life. From the moment you walk in, you can look 360 degrees around you and find all kinds of interesting things. Pictures, figures, frames, mannequins, signs, furniture, and the list goes on. The people there are extremely friendly and willing to help find what you may have come for, if they have it. They have wish lists and will keep you in mind if they come across that odd item you just need to have. This isn't like any antique or home decor place you've been to. This place is a feast for the senses. We ended up leaving with 2 signs, an old stained glass window, and 4 display figures. We'll be going back soon since they get stuff in frequently. I was an hour and half south of us but well worth the trip! 1/29/13 - UPDATE Apparently they are going out of buisness? We went down there on Sunday after not having visited in a while.
