They usually have great options and often carry new items I haven't seen at other stores. Although I didn't find the item I was specifically looking for, I was able to pick up a few other good items. I also met a couple of nice customers who were searching for lamb, which made the experience a little more enjoyable. Bri, the cashier, provided great service--pleasant, efficient, and friendly. Sadly, friendly interactions with cashiers here can sometimes be hit or miss, so her positive attitude definitely stood out.

When going to check out he refused his cashier to tender me and I said lets call the cops. He called them, they came and basically the outcome is that it's private property and he can have anyone leave the store. I highly recommend to NOT shop at this location (Fernley). Vince should not be a manager and will lose customers with his unprofessionalism towards customers left and right. I believe the police force is going to get tired from all his calls as I was informed my call in wasn't the first. So I was banned for that day. Do you really think I want to return Vince. I was pleasantly surprised to be greeted by a very nice and very helpful gentleman, who either genuinely likes his job or is a great actor. The store was clean and organized, he was very helpful and polite. We visited several more times that week and it was the same each time. We'll be back the next time we're there. I've lived in town for 3 years and they say the registers are all down except for one. So the Lions will be 9 mi long and they'll take 45 minutes to get one item. I recommend going to the family Dollar across the street who has limited customers and lots of time to wait on their visitors such an easy deal with so many people working. Think that they wouldn't have no problem opening a second register to please their customers but there's signs on the register saying closed and they're always saying the other registers are down in 3 years. Those registers have never been open. How are they down?
