I love the Dollar Tree but this location is an exception. Once I reached the checkout there were no cashiers present and none of the register's lights were on. I stood and looked around, saw the manager to the right of the registers talking to what looked like a delivery person. I waited patiently, with my 2 children in the stroller, for her to notice me. An elderly customer then came to check out holding 2 gallon size water bottles, very heavy for her to hold. At that point I politely said "Excuse us, is there any one at the registers?" The manager snapped at me immediately telling me to go to number 4 in the rudest way she possibly could. She was upset that I asked her where I could purchase my items... I can't even believe this woman is the manager. She is the furthest thing from a leader or a good representative of a business. I thanked her for being so nice about it. Oooooo, I love this location. It is never busy, very organized. Unfortunately like all other Dollar Tree Stores, there were only 2 employees in the store. Granted, more employees may have been in the back but as usual there were no where to be found. This location has a ton of Las Vegas souvenirs, it may be way off strip but they have it all. Coffee mugs, magnets, shot glasses, pends, pencils, I think I even saw some cheesy LV tshirts too. A lot less than what you will pay for in the strip. I lived in Vegas for the past 14yrs and yet my mom is always asking me to take her to somewhere to pick up some Vegas theme souvenirs for I DON'T KNOW WHO, but I know have a go to place to take my mom for souvenirs. Really cool location, right off of Stephanie, in the same shopping center area as Burlington, Fallas Parades (I love me some Fallas), Rhapsodille and then across the street is Nordstrom Rack, DSW, Old Navy and some more. I can spend an entire day over in that area. But back to Dollar Tree, I always cool little finds in this store. read more

If you look at this store for what it is - a place to spend less on the "cheaper" stuff in life - then you'll absolutely love it! If you're looking for high quality and world class customer service, skip it. Only a buck for things to organize your life (like storage bins for drawers and under the sink; folders and binders for organizing your important documents and paperwork); greeting cards 2 for $1 (come on, most people just throw these away! Why spend $4-5 on a card?); cheap wrapping and decor for all holidays; etc. Why pay more for this stuff? Good customer service for the most part but there was one employee who couldn't even bother to look up from what she was doing, despite me standing there and saying, "excuse me, can you help me?" The lines usually go pretty quickly but there are people who do some serious grocery shopping here, so don't be surprised to stand in line with one thing behind someone who has a cart full of junk. For the things you don't need to splurge on, I highly recommend coming to Dollar Tree and saving yourself a few dollars! read more

Great selection and very clean store. My grandson moved to California and I wanted to send him a card every week or so and it was nice to pay $1 for 2 cards. Great for parties, and decorations. Any holiday they'll have lots of stuff. Wall hangings, baskets, party favors, you name it. I like their small carts. The stores themselves seem to be run by 2 people. One in the store itself and one at the register. I've seen the line pile up down the aisle and the poor salesperson is doing the very best they can. It's not an employee problem, it's an ''this company is too cheap to put more employees on at one time'' problem. (coughcorporatecough) I let them know this every survey I do. The employees are also told to put 8 items in one bag. Anyone who has used Dollar Tree bags knows this is laughable. They are so thin they sometimes tear when the employee is just taking a bag out. Corporate should lay off these employees, none of them are sitting around doing their nails, they are working as hard as they can. I went in to get some balloons last week ($1 per balloon! Are you kidding me? FANTASTIC!!!) and you pick from what they've blown up and put around the store. There was a fantastic selection and when I went to the front to take a final look I noticed the employee was blowing up a bunch of gold star balloons. I asked her if those were for one special order and she said yes. She then offered to blow me up a gold star. Great Customer Service. That goes a long way in my book. The store is clean, did I mention that? Very organized and they don't change the store around a lot so once you go 5-6 times you know where everything is. read more

It is 108 degrees outside and I am going to set down my basket and go outside to cool off. This store did not get $23 from me today because of being too cheap to turn on the A/C. For whatever reason, I've never lived near so many dollar stores in my life. and I don't feel bad about splurging $20 bucks there and walking aout with bags full of stuff. I have cut down because I have crossed the line of "look how cheap it is" to "I really never use this. As a general rule in purchasing I try to go by the Brewster's Millions rule. Since I have so much crap accumulated at home (see my review where I needed to get astorage unit), I try to buy things that I will "use up with nothing left to show for it after." There's cheap stationary and shower curtains and things. It's like any department store. There are some things like paper or cups, things that you should never pay retail markup for. Who cares if I have a brand name napkin. To be honest, for a few years my brand name for napkins was Burger king, or other fast food chains when my diet was a wreck. With most 99 cent stores, I do look for brand names if it's something consumable. I do realize these bargain stores have stuff mostly made in sweat shops and I am perpetuating this. So I have been more spartan in my shopping there. I've only been to one other Dollar tree, so I better think of a difference between the 2... This Tree is located in a shopping center behind an Arby's next to a pretty cool party supply store and a Burlington Coat factory that I saw a performer there from a show on the strip named after him. I didn't bother him- that's his... wife?- but I was definitely seeing what kinds of things he wears. Pretty decent store. Good cheap things there of course! read more

This dollar tree is the most organized dollar tree I have ever been to. The candy shelves are neatly placed, they always have items stocked on their shelves, and the employees are kind. They have the best selection of items and it's a dollar. Can't beat that. read more

First time here. We ate in the shopping center and saw this place so we went in. Everything is a 1.00. It was very clean and great prices for cards!! I love this store. I come to it a lot. But this time on 8/30/19 it was bad... first it was sooo hot in there. I was sweating. It's 109 degrees outside and it seemed cooler outside than it was inside the store. Then as I'm checking out the cashier was complaining about what other customers ask her. I took one of the dividers and put it in between my stuff and the lady's stuff behind me in line and the cashier yelled at me and said that's her divider. Like wtf? She was so rude. One of the cleanest more organized Dollar Trees that i've been to here in Vegas. Great variety of items some name brands, great place to grab some cheap goodies! This is one of the best Dollar Stores in Clark County. Yes it is well stocked and the staff are cheerful and helpful. I have been to other stores in this franchise and it is impossible to find help. When check out comes at the other stores it can be a line of 9 or more people and there are two employees in the store. But, the other will never come to the register to process customers. This place can get real busy on Saturdays, as the neighboring stores are very popular and bring lots of traffic to this strip mall. But, at this Dollar Tree, they will open a second register when it get very busy. I live in an area of Henderson called Seven Hills. There's a Dollar Store just a mile from my house. But, I would rather travel 5 miles to shop here as it is much more organized. read more

I would say this is an addicting store to go to. =) EVERYTHING IS $1.00!!! Can't beat that! Great place to get stuff for parties like goody bags & novelties. As well as gift wrappings & greeting cards. I normally like to come here to refill on office supplies like pens to notepads to shipping materials. Came here to buy balloons I didn't need them inflated as I have my own tank. As usual this store has only one cashier working and a backed up line. I figured I didn't want to hold up the line making the girl grab my balloons. Since they were in little plastic tubs I shorted through their mess and grab the ones I wanted and nicely folded the other ones back into the bin. All of a sudden the manager walks out and yells at me like a little kid telling me don't touch those. I explained I only needed a few and do not need them inflated I didn't want to hold up your line. She continued to say are balloons are a mess because people like you, I laughed and showed her how I nicely put the extra balloons back into the bin she said I don't care don't touch my stuff. Lady have you looked around your store the whole place is a dirty mess and I'm not a child don't speak to me as one. I said never mind I don't want them and again I nicely put them back in the bin she said good. Called dollar tree corporate I spend a lot there through online ordering since I own a school and this was inappropriate Behavior. But do you think they cared? Haha no way guess this is why they have women like her who work there for a crap company you're def not going to find the top of the line employees. Location on Stephane the manager is extremely rude doesn't smile or greet customers. Only time she says anything is to implement a rule. I was a regular shopper at this location until she yelled at another customer only 1 newspaper per purchase. But witness cashier using them for wrapping paper of glassware.
