    Gummies galore!

It seems like one dollar can't buy you much these days, but it is enough to purchase anything at the Dollar Tree! Everything here costs just a dollar, or less! I visited for the first time recently and loved exploring the variety in the store. They have cooking instruments, books, toys, cleaning supplies, houseware, gift wrapping, craft materials and SO much more! Their food selection also occupies a few aisles which includes snacks, canned goods, candies, beverages and frozen items. You won't find a ton of name-brand products here, but that's not necessarily a bad thing. It is just the tradeoff for extreme discounts. I would hope that most of the products are fine, but definitely consider the quality of the items here before you buy them. We bought a couple foil cooking tins which appeared very sturdy at the store. However, when it came to actually using one to cook a rib roast, it leaked and dripped grease all over the oven. There was apparently a tiny hole in the bottom of the pan that we didn't notice beforehand. On a more positive note, we got a couple word search books for fun and a package of four shrimp Top Ramen! While there are a ton of goods in the store, some of the shelves are not very organized and a couple areas were on the messy side. The holiday section was overflowing with merchandise and the aisle of books was in disarray. I didn't really have high expectations though and the disorganization won't deter me from coming back. I'm just happy that they offer so many products for just one dollar! Have I said that enough? :)

We got a TON of stuff for upcoming birthday party today. New and clean. And organized. Cashier was super friendly and even engaged with my kiddo and he told her he was getting goodie bag stuff for his bday party. We racked up a $98 but it was mainly cause we bought 25 tote bags to start the haul on top of 25 etch sketch minis. From there on out it was just loading up the cart like we were pros. They have helium balloons at front which i def will keep in mind for next time. Also the freezer section had the best frozen dessert stuff. If we were going straight home i would have stocked up on their shaved ice cups. Next time. TONS of plastic totes and bins and organizers. I could have spent an hour in that aisle alone. Tons of craft supplies and paper goods and decor. A whole aisle of kids toys with dinosaurs and other plastic junk but mixed in were awesome disney and paw patrol lil items. We just had to sift thru the generic items to find them. Also lots of puzzles ! And some cute girl dress up clothes and plastic play food etc. The parking lot is huge. They had fall and halloween decor out already which my son was all into but i couldn't quite commit to witch lights in August. Will be back. Hopefully its still clean and stocked like it was today.

I happened to be in the area so I popped into to see what they had. They are hiring and you can tell they need more staff because the line was pretty long and they only had one cashier. The shelves seem like they needed to be stocked and re-organized. But overall they had a great selection. They had a lot of household items as well as fall decor, beauty items, and lots of crafts! I for sure will be going back if I'm in that area again.

While the store is large and well-stocked, the employees are very rude, they seem to NOT enjoy their jobs for sure.

An elderly black lady dressed in what could only be described as a costume from a Civil War-era plantation was very mean and practically accused me of stealing when I checked into the dressing room. She had on a turban wrap on her head and a flowy long dress. She first argued with me that the 2-piece sets count as 2. Fair enough. But then she said "I count all the pieces when you leave" with a stern tone and stare. Wow!! Then when I checked out to leave, another lady was arguing with her about the 2-piece count. I didn't want to spend all night waiting. I just said that is the way she counts it, don't argue. Then she counted my pieces. I gave the ones that did not work out and held on to the ones I am buying it. She looked at me and demanded to know where the other pieces are. I told her I am buying them... She had a surprised look on her face. One of the worst store experiences and will avoid the dressing room if she is around. Hopefully not for long. I am sure there will be complaints.

I come here often and let me give you the breakdown…read more.. Pros: 1) staff is friendly and understanding 2) there is a large verity in what they have and u will most likely find what u need 3) there r mirrors around the store so u can see how something looks on u 4) if u donate then u get a card with a bunch of discounts that work immediately- I saved almost 10 dollars from it 5) it is very organized 6) they have the best selection of items I. The area Cons: 1) there r a lot of stained clothing items that are marked for a high price - but was looking at a pair of branded jeans that had a period stain on them for 23.99 which is a good price for a branded item but u usually wouldn't wash jeans because of shape and sizing 2) there r no dressing rooms and there is a strict policy on not using the bathrooms to change- however if u can slip the clothing piece on quickly then u will be able to check itself in the mirrors Overall it's a pretty average thrift store... Edit: I went back for some more thrifting and upped my review by one star because the staff was so kind about finding every possible way to get a charger for my android because it ran out of charge. The staff was also super nice, and you can find some steals there that were amazing! There are also 30% off on Tuesday for seniors which came in really handy when shopping with my mom who qualified as a senior.

This location…read morestarted going down hill during covid and it looks like it finally failed the test of society. Bad management, terrible customer service, crabby corporate decisions are all reasons why a location fails. I've experienced many bad scenarios of customer service here. I brought in an umbrella once on a rain day and got stocked around like I stole it. I stopped supporting this location when they introduced the ai technology where they make you wait so the thing can scan you before entering. Shelves started becoming stocked less and less and I sort of figured they were starting to shut down. During covid they closed the main changing rooms and installed the front ones. They timed you in these booths and if you took longer than 15 min they rudely requested people to leave them. It amazes me how customers heavily disrespect public areas. I've seen parents let their children just play with toys and merch like it was their play ground. Then blame it on the clerks when the clerk requested them to pick it up or leave... I've seen targeted harassment by loss prevention on customers. It's difficult I know unless you have all 5 elements of loss prevention you can not say so and so is stealing. I'm not surprised this location went down hill. Bad customer service, poorly run stores, high turn over, terrible corporate decisions.... Bs like this is why I stopped shopping Ross. Another reason I stopped shopping here is because I couldn't find anything that fit. I refuse to buy clothing unless I try it on. Many of their styles did not fit me so I came less and less. Lack of cashiers and long lines during peak shopping times. This is another reason I stopped coming here. Cashiers ranged in service from okay to snooty or I hate my job so I'll be rude to the customers. It ranged all over the place. A lot of times during peak shopping times the lines would get long. Most customers do not understand there are two lines one for returns and one for check out. Return policy is terrible. I'd buy things try them on when I get home or find out the item I bought wasn't quite right for what I needed it for... I'd go back to return it and ... some times I'd get my full refund other times they would not give it to me. They were real hard asses about return policy. Another reason why I stopped shopping here.

We are creatures of habit, with my wife using JoAnn's Fabric for her sewing crafting needs because that's where her family shopped while she was young. Later Michael's became the place as they expanded and opened new stores in our area, and her other mom friends recommended. Now Hobby Lobby seems to be the place as we convert to an empty nest and help my newlywed daughter decorate her new place. This location isn't as new as the ones we have been going to in California, and wasn't nearly as well staffed. In our case, we were able to find everything on our own. I did learn that items marked as 'Your Price' (which is a large portion of the store) is the final low price, no other discounts apply. The vast majority of product are inhouse brands, with the price preprinted (which saves labor on pricing tasks). The only hiccup was that nobody was actively manning the registers when there were no customers, and could only scale to one register even with many customers waiting.
