Visited this Dollar Tree location today (11/23/22) at 9:30 AM. It was pretty packed, actually. A lot of people in every aisle from checking out Christmas decors, to electronics to food, household items and kitchen stuff. Saw some DVDs on sale. Old movies at $1.25 each. Pretty old flicks, but decent a couple of decent ones from a whole collection of them. The lines were long to check out. Only 1 cashier. read more

It's filthy, messy, disorganized, most shelves are empty, super-long lines, they no longer wrap your glass or breakables in paper, they just put glass in a bag to be broken before you can get home. There are children walking around asking for money, people outside asking for money, staff on the floor are not at all helpful but cashiers are friendly-enough while ringing you out, that is when they aren't making it seem like you are inconveniencing them personally by checking out. This location makes Walmart in Renton seem like Nordstrom in Bellevue. Suggestion: Go to the downtown Kent location, it's 100% better on every level. read more

I love the dollar tree went in to get a bunch of st Patrick's day decorations and some other random stuff but there was only one checkout lane open and the line was so long. All the way to the back of the store, I felt bad for the poor employee she was doing amazing but this store needs to have more checkers on I waited for 20 min before deciding to just leave. People with only one or two items kept cutting the line too so it was seeming to never move lol. I wish that poor girl working had some help I bet she was stressed! I hate this Dollar Tree location. It's soo messy & untidy, the aisles are always littered with unfinished-unboxed items. It soo unorganized, I'd get it if they were short on employees, bt 4/5 times, there's HELLA employees in the store, with only two actually doing any more. The lines are waaaay too long, with one or two registers open, while all the other employees just walk around. The customer service is ass. When you ask fr help finding something or fr balloons, they always giving you attitude like they mad that you asked them to do their job. The only reason I go here is fr the proximity to my house. I stopped by this Dollar Tree today to pick up some reading glasses, and was horrified by how dirty and messy the store was. I regularly frequent other Dollar Tree stores in the Seattle area, and they are usually quite nice. But not this one...it looked like the place had been recently ransacked. The floors were filthy, with trash literally everywhere, in all the aisles. It looked like it had been ages since anyone vacuumed. I only saw one worker anywhere in the store, a cashier. She was busy ringing someone up, with a huge line waiting to be rung up, but she took a moment to turn and greet me as I walked in. She is the only reason I'm giving even one star. Management of this store really needs to get this place cleaned up...it's an embarrassment, and I will never return. read more

I only come to this store when I need to buy birthday/holiday paperware, balloons, and decorations because I love that it's only a dollar. But today, when I stopped in, it was a mess. They were changing out some of the seasonal items, so I get that. But the whole store looked like some toddlers/children had ransacked it. People were having trouble maneuvering their carts around the stuff. I grabbed a card, which is the only thing I really needed, and got out of there. I understand this is a dollar store but just wow.... This place is so run down and such a mess. My friend and I went in there and thought the place was looted. Everything was knocked down and the aisles were cluttered. The carpet was also extremely dirty along with everything else! Everything's a dollar. Awesome, right?? Nah, I dig it. I'm an art teacher so whenever I need crafty supplies right away, Dollar Tree is great for that. It's a good place to go for celebration decorations and Christmas wrapping supplies. The customer service at this store is pretty much nonexistent, but at least this particular location is clean and organized. It gets busy around 5 to 6 after work and the lines are slow. I'll keep going back because it's so damn cheap. read more

If there is a choice I would like to give this store no rating at all. I went in to buy some stuff and the manager ring up my order but over charge me. Before I walk out of the store I count how many items in my bag and found out she charge me for extra item. I turn around I told her she over charge and I let her count the stuff. She over charge then she ask me to go get another stuff. I dont need another stuff. I told her to give me my back the money she said there is no refund. I told her its not a refund but you over charge me so I want my money back. She refuse to give me back my money. I ask who's the store manager was and she pointed to herself that she's the manager. I told her if your the manager you have the right to give me back my money, finally she open her cash register and gave me $1 back. I know the policy of the store is no refund but exchange only but in this situation she over charge and should honor the customer request!!!! Her customer service sucks! If it weren't for the customers coming in and out she wouldn't have a job. I went online to look for the headquarter to make a complaint but see no number online. read more

Falling apart. I don't like to bash, but this place needs some help! The place is a mess (items all over the place and nothing is stocked) and the roof needs major repair. There are buckets throughout the store catching the leaks that have come through the ceiling. My advice would be to at least move any products that are near a leak in the ceiling to a different location to avoid an damage to the packaging. I saw all sorts of wet packaging when I went in the other day. After walking in and around for a brief second I instantly walked out. You don't get a second chance at a first impressions.
