Multiple times, I've had employees ignore that I was at the front waiting for several minutes for checkout -- like they have looked at me, made eye contact, and kept doing their task without coming to the front or contacting anyone else to do so. They also don't wrap fragile items even if I ask them repeatedly to wrap fragile items and throwing them in thin fabric clothing doesn't cut it. I'm always wary about this and now I carry packing paper to do it myself in the car afterwards, which is ridiculous with Goodwill prices. They clearly use Google lens to make pricing decisions based on active listings, not actual sales. They get their merchandise for free, so the significant up charges and pricing make me angry and feel exploitative, at minimum. I have found other thrift stores and don't go here much anymore.

Much easier to find sizes when they had them hung up on racks. There was a large variety of household items and Christmas stuff (1/2 off). I love the drive-through donation drop off here. We had a truckload of stuff, so this made it really easy to drop off stuff and then head into the store right after. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Their prices on gently used stuff is pretty great. Perfect for Halloween costume time and for ugly holiday sweater season. You don't feel like you are breaking the bank when you want to wear something only once.

I'm no longer a customer of this Target due to such slow drive up service and getting rotten food…read moreevery other purchase. I have waited 15 minutes for a drive up, even when I press the "on my way" button. The employee pushing the carts is usually super nice, but the manager should be offering people something for how long they wait. They also bring out one order at a time, it's a huge waste of employee time and energy. We once went and one of us went in to grab something while the other waited in pickup and he was able to buy 3 things from grocery and the drive up order wasn't out by the time he got back! Another 10 minutes -- we went in to get the order ourselves. Last night I went to returns, and 6 employees walked by and around me, the manager came up to two other employees and not one of them helped me until someone brought keys to the customer in front of me.

It is relatively well merchandised with a little bit of furniture in the back corner. They do have five dressing rooms and the bathrooms don't require a key. Finding hidden treasures at a Goodwill seems less likely these days since they'll usually just add it to their online store. However, if you're just looking for clothes for the kids, knickknacks or a used pair of shoes, that should be in line with your expectations. They do have weekly discounts and color tag sales. Clean and bright, and booths have generally been fairly organized and merchandised well. Booth SP always delivers and I just love his stuff. One observation (for this shopper) is that the current mix of vendors feels saturated by vintage clothing (if that's your thing, get over there asap) and cluttered 1960s-1970s booths. This trend probably reflects the customer demographic, though, so I get it. I see a lot more college and older 20-somethings shopping there, and that's nice to see. As a middle-aged person who gravitates to timeless pieces, however, I find myself spending less and less time there, which is disappointing ... because I've got disposable income to blow! lol

It's really an adventure to shop here. This is a very large business. It can really take you quite a while to go up and down all of the aisles, examining all of the pieces they have available. It's really a nice adventure. I can't say enough about this shop. It's really great! She tried to charge sales tax on both he grocery items and blamed it on "a new system" they have plenty of things they could invest in I'm guessing a POS isn't on the top of their list. When I got home I just noticed the beans had expired almost !8! Years ago. Bought 1/27/25 expired 5/22/2017.

Had a very bad experience shopping here. Wanted to pick up a few cheap items, hot sauce jalapeños…read moreand sour cream. Should have totaled about $10. I was charged $28.45. Of course, I knew immediately I was being robbed, but am I going to make a big stink with the abuela manning the register while also minding two niños? Further, after getting home with my thrice as expensive as they should be groceries, I come to find out they're out of date and the hot sauce is actually molded. And, of course, no receipt and no prices on most of the items. I will never shop here again. You shouldn't either.
