The largest dollar tree I've ever been to has well-stocked shelves. The location offers a larger selection of Dollar Tree items as well as higher-priced items. Most of the items start around $1.50, but many of the higher-priced items are better quality for $5.00. The store offers seasonal items towards the front entrance. The side wall to the right is where they have stationary/party supplies, etc. Overall, the store is well organized, and the staff gets the lines down as quickly as possible. read more

Dollar Tree needs to change their name. Of course, it will take many dollars to make that change. Just know that (for awhile now), the majority of the merchandise sold at Dollar Tree stores are priced higher than $1. This Dollar Tree store in the Norwalk Town Square Shopping Center is not as nice as my neighborhood Dollar Tree branch. It is clean, organized, and the staff was decent. There was no homeless loitering or stealing while I was there which is always a good thing. Parking situation is not the best. Parking lot is narrow and tight. Came in last night with my husband to get a few little things for work. I prefer to come when the store first opens or an hour before closing, those seem to be the best times for me, not too packed which is perfect. The store is normally clean too compared to other Dollar Trees that I have been to. This makes it easier look for items and walk around the store. Danielle was our cashier, she was so friendly from us walking in she greeted us. When we got to check out her energy was just so positive and upbeat, she had my husband and I laughing so much. I've only been to this Dollar Tree twice and the two times and I've been here I definitely have to say that this is the most nice neat and organized Dollar Tree I have been to I actually found everything that I pretty much did not want to find but everything that I did need to get was there stocked I do recommend this Dollar Tree . I stock up every weekend on house supplies or anything that I might need extra they didn't have much of a food selection it's not like the 99 cent store where you can buy all these foods and veggies but for the most part anything that's freezer or refrigerator related you can pretty much probably find something of a small assortment here but they do have tons and tons of candy and I always leave here spinning over $100 read more

This place is similar to 99 cents store, except it's a penny more. I came here for some more canned/dry goods for a Food Drive at work to support the City of Norwalk. Was able to get lots of stuff and I liked that this place had good name brand items, like Libby's and Betty Crocker. I'd shop here again cuz I like familiarity; feel comfortable. Overall good experience. Except the long lines and this young kid working was gonna go on break. The woman (including myself) didn't notice the light off. She had a young toddler in her arms and about 15-20 items of different sizes already on the conveyor belt. The kid told her the typical...sorry I'm closed. She just stood there trying to figure out what to do. Her child was a handful (I suspect some kind if disability, perhaps autism). The kid still politely stood his ground. So I told her I'd carry all her stuff over to the last lane for her. She was appreciative and mentioned her child gets very upset in large crowds. I said no problem and then got my stuff rung up. If that kid was a gentleman, he'd have done that for her or got her a cart, which was right in front of his register. Little things people, go a long way. I'd go back, but humans make me sad sometimes. read more

I love Dollar Tree!~ This location was selling 3.5oz STEAK this week for the brave souls and stomachs. I recently made an online purchase on their website, which typically you have to by in bulk. I ordered 12 vases as centerpieces and 16 small plastic pink flamingos. There is no shipping charge when you pick up from the store. I ordered on July 8th and was ready for store pick up by July 11th. Not bad! My staples for Dollar Tree: party supplies, bleach, dish soap, Irish Spring Clean Scrub (for BF- he loves it), Udderly Smooth hand lotion, cotton squares, office supplies, and cleaning supplies. This location is inside the Norwalk Square - usually pretty busy with lots of parking, friendly staff, even frozen food in the back! read more

I like the fact that this is also close to the 99 Cents Only Store. If I can't find my dollar item here, I'll just go to the 99 Cents Only Store. WIN. They are pretty organized for being Christmas Season. I needed wrapping stuff and bags. I got all my bags... ONE DOLLAR! Love it so much! Target /WalMart/CVS - all their bags are overpriced. DollarTree... $1. WIN. But 99 Cents Only store... 79 cents. Damn. But they were pretty organized for a DollarTree going through Christmas. Of course they were understaffed like every holiday store but hey! I went in and out and done. Got all my packing goods needed! They have a private lot but since it's Christmas season... So today was a long awaited visit since I haven't been in a while. Happened to be across the street at the bank and thought I would give the store a try again. The female cashier was very nice and seemed genuine when I donated to a charity. For a dollar, a pack of pens are donated to students. I liked that and liked where I saw my dollar going! So good job on that. Parking was available so I came at a good time. But the downside is the food. They always seem to have the same items. But the funny thing is that I like those items so I don't worry too much. However, the soda section is much to be desired for. I didn't see any 1.5 or 2 liter sodas like Coke or Pepsi which they had in the past. That section could use some improvement. Once at the register, I did see cans of Coke Zero and diet which was nice so I won't knock them too much. Nothing ever seems to really change here unlike the 99 cent store. read more

My cousin died. So I went to dollar tree to buy 3 sympathy cards, I bought, to plant pots and I welcome decoration 6bucks and change. So much on my mind thinking of signing and dropping off the cards at post office all while digging in my purse for keys. I then inadvertently left my bag with purchase. I then realized I left it after another errand. I called the store and told the girl who answer I left my bag, and she said yes, what was in it? I told her and she said yes it's here, she had it. I asked her name she said Adriana, I said I would be there soon. Going there the manager was looking for in in all the registers and where the put backs were. She asked where I left it, and I said in the cart, she said "oh were not responsible once you take it". I said but Adriana said it was here. She called her and she remembers but said this is all that's here, they were 2 other bags not my items. Come on 3 sympathy cards! 6 bucks she wouldn't let me get the items saying someone probably took it. But the bag was there when I called. She was not interested in helping me at all. I left her my receipt on the counter and said her policy is no good. Kindness is better business.That's the last $6 plus tax I will ever spend in that store. read more
