I don't know who is running the shop these days but, they have extremely strict time frames for scheduling time to bring items in to consign, these hours are inconvenient for anyone who holds down a job outside the home during the day, and if you can't drop off your stuff within that narrow time frame, and pick it up the next day (same narrow hours) Oh well... you are SOL. I used to shop in there more often, haven't been in, in a min. because I have a day job, did go in a couple weeks back... meh

Sometimes though it's hard to find help because the place is so large. They have humongous Frozen food section. You really need a good if you're going to spend anytime in there. They also have a Target, but I frankly don't know what Target is doing these days, I am not part of the loyal fans group for it ever but some ppl seem to really like it. Ross is great for finding relatively cheap canvases and decors. Best Buy is decent. Michael's is fun if you are into DIY. I wish there was a Nordstrom Rack or at least one higher end store there.

You will see a lot of WA license plates because tax free shopping is a big plus for those living there. Rounding out the shopping options are Michaels Crafts, Old Navy, Lane Bryant, Ulta Beauty, and several places to eat. Panera Bread has a big following, but I'm more of a Jimmy John's fan. There is a McDonalds for those Mickey D lovers and even a Stanford's. HomeGoods is definitely what brings me to this shopping area. Put in a HomeGoods or a Marshall's and I'm there! Always lots of fantastic and affordable priced home decor, bed and bath items, art, pantry staples, and fun seasonal items in every department. It's worth a visit just to see what you can discover. Rarely do I leave HomeGoods without a purchase. This isn't an outdoor mall where you walk the entire area. It's more like a ginormous parking area with clusters of stores throughout so you do have to drive and park then drive if you are hitting up a lot of stores. They no longer have the outdoor carousel and while many who grew up in this area and have memories of a vastly different Janzen Beach are disappointed in the change, for me this shopping area is convenient and serves a purpose.

The cutest beaded summer bag with 2 lemons and bamboo handles caught my attention. Unlike some of the gaudier bags in this style, this particular bag was subtle, with just two lemons on a sand colored, beaded background. it's sophisticated and perfect for an upcoming trip to Italy in the fall, but no way I could wait until them I ripped the tags off in the parking lot and used it that night! My friends, the waitress, and another person at the restaurant complimented it! The bag is unique, stylish, and quite the "find" for $49. The clothing racks were full of many newer spring styles And I spent a lot of time in the dressing room trying on various outfits. So many of them worked, but I had to do a catch and release on a few because I have been buying a lot of clothes lately. I bought a beautiful white boho cropped spring sweater and a pair of wide legged pants, in a fun, beachy print, to go with. Found a two piece set in a light caramel color, perfect to wear in several seasons. The pants are fitted up top, but looser in the legs and paired perfectly with the crocheted knit top in the identical color. This outfit and the purse with lemons are definitely coming on my trip! Also bought a pretty pink athletic jacket and wore it immediately on my walk the next evening. The woman who was managing the dressing room was friendly and super helpful when I needed other sizes. It's such a pain to get dressed and go back out on the floor, so when she offered to bring me a different size, I was so grateful. My only complaint was they had a selection of maxi dresses hung on a low rack so all the bottoms were filthy. I'm not buying anything that is dirty and I'm unsure if it will wash clean. Definitely an area of improvement for the management. They didn't have as many food items as usual, and area I like to peruse for pantry items, but the housewares was completely stocked, as was the bedding and bath area. Lots of fabulous finds! Oh, and I guarded my cart because a friend told me that when she went to use the restroom, her cart went missing and she and the staff never found it. LOL. I Think a worker probably put the items back thinking it was abandoned, but I wasn't taking any chances!

For natural oils and fun gifts for my family and friends. Not only the items in the store are handpicked with the best quality and care.
