The staff were helpful, the prices were reasonable (especially with the grand opening sale), and I got a taste of this location (literally and figuratively). Every now and then, I have stopped back at this location to buy a gift or even get a few single chocolates for my wife and myself. There are plenty of boxed options including assorted chocolates, nuts & chews, soft centers, chocolate & variety, milk chocolates, dark chocolates, caramels, bridge mix, and more. We were always offered a sample of one of the chocolates, and it's fun to see the big smiles on the staff members' faces when they give us a free sample, knowing they are about to get a big smile in return. The reason for the 3 stars is the pick up area inside the store seemed unattended. I approached the area to pick up an order and there was no counter or anything, just a standing booth with no one there. I waited around and asked an employee if anyone was available, she just said I'd need to wait until they were back inside from taking out drive up orders. At this massive location, you'd think they'd have a better system in place.
